Check this out people, the OS count is much lower than believed. Pinksheets dot com has the OS at 109,790,000 on 9/27/2006, but on 9/29/2006 POFG announced a mutual rescission with Premier(a subsidiary) and cancelled 39,000,000 shares that were issued to Premier shareholders. That puts POFG at 70,790,000 shares!!! This thing is about to break a $1, Yeeeehaaaaaawwwwww!!!

OMG THIS COULD BE HUMONGOUS...
EVEN IF THE WHOLE O/S IS THE FLOAT...
ITS EXTREMELY LOW O/S REGARDLESS !!!
"POFG is in discussions with several acquisition or business combination candidates and will make further announcements as material events dictate. The POFG board and officers revert back to those in place prior to the Premier acquisition date and the 39,000,000 shares issued to Premier shareholders in that acquisition have been cancelled."
They have a VERY UNIQUE business model that is taking the mortgage industry by storm!
Amstar Mortgage Corporation is a mortgage banker/broker primarily engaged in the business of originating and selling mortgage loans secured by one to four family residences. We operate through a network of retail branches that consist of independently managed retail mortgage branches. All branch managers and their personnel are employees of Amstar Mortgage Corporation.
Amstar Mortgage Corporation is one of the nation’s leading and fastest growing retail branching companies. Each retail branch office is staffed by Amstar employees primarily engaged in marketing and acceptance of mortgage loan applications from the general public. Each branch office is networked to the Company's headquarters through a sequel server database loan origination software (LOS) called Encompass TM which provides all the compliance and documents necessary to process mortgage loan applications in accordance with applicable State and Federal regulations.
Amstar provides administrative support (such as personnel, human resource, bookkeeping and similar services), quality control, lender contract negotiations and development. Each branch office retains the discretion to choose among the more than 300 lenders or Amstar’s own proprietary mortgage programs.
Amstar Mortgage is one of the first mortgage companies to offer various commission-based compensation programs. Amstar's CEO, Howard Wayland, Jr., pioneered this plan in the Mortgage Banking industry and was the one who created the flat payment method of compensation. With our multiple fee program options, our retail branch managers can select a commission payment program that they believe will maximize their retail branch profits. Amstar programs target experienced, qualified loan officers with attractive financial opportunities to establish a branch with limited risk and overhead chargeable to their commissions.
Amstar offers its branch offices the opportunity to place prospective loan applications with Amstar's own Mortgage Banking Department. Through our Mortgage Banking Department, Amstar functions as a correspondent lender with underwriting authority delegated from institutional investors.
Amstar also offers many “value-added” services to our branches. From discounted services through partners like FedEx®, Staples® and Dell®, to a networked loan origination software system managed by Amstar’s IT department, and comprehensive administrative support. no, just the opposite. it is not currently publicly traded so there is no public stock price per say. But to have this page up could indicate it will be soon. There are a couple of other pages on their site that are under construction or "coming soon". this is IMO. and I am invested. I also worry about the too good to be true analysis, this is the pink sheets. Amstar looks legit to me, and from pofg sept.29 news. http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/news.jsp?url=fis_story.asp%3Ftextpath%3DCOMTEX%5 Cpr%5C2006%5C09%5C29...
It appears as a nice shell to move into the public market. glty.

Good analysis. But your numbers are a little low!! Mortgage Industry stats for the mortgage industry are at:
As you can see below as an industry the P/E is 14.1!!
Market Capitalization: 84B Price / Earnings: 14.1 Price / Book: 2.0 Net Profit Margin (mrq): 11.5% Price To Free Cash Flow (mrq): 1745.9 Return on Equity: 7.2% Total Debt / Equity: 19.5 Dividend Yield: 3.5%
Anything I say here is just my reasoned opinion.

That depends on what the profit margin is and how fast they will become a reporting company.
According to their website, they had about 58 million in revs for fiscal year 2005, but only 37 million in revs for 3 quarters of 2006 - which would seem to indicate this year will be worse than the previous year, unless Q4 is real big for them, as it can be for a lot of companies. Let's assume for 2006 they'll have 50 million in revs at a 10% profit margin (good standard to use if you have no idea). That's 5 million in profits for 2006.
$5,000,000 divided by 110,000,000 shares = .045 EPS. With a conservative P/E of 10 that's .45.
That's assuming reduced revenues from the previous year and no future growth - in other words, that should be the MINIMUM valuation. I would expect this to go higher than that rather quickly, especially if the company plans to be reporting out of the gate or very soon thereafter. Nonreporting companies are usually heavily discounted for the added uncertainty.
Hm. Wish I had caught this one before the close of market... _______________________________________________

Check this out. Based on the first 9 months of revenues Amstar should do $50 million in revs this year(or more). Multiply that by the industry average of 11.5% profit margin. That's $5,750,000 in profits for 2006.
$5,750,000 divided by 71,000,000 shares=0.08 EPS $0.08 X P/E of 14(industry average) = $1.12 Price per share.
Right now it's at $0.15 and worth $1.12, can you say Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

We already have our first basher on IHub, even though the board was just started yesterday, LOL. It usually takes a while before the bashers move in, so my guess is one of the MMs is short. I made a post calling out this basher(which was deleted for some reason)and she replied within one minute of me posting. Now who hangs out on Ihub all day and night on a Saturday but a paid basher trying to manipulate Mondays action, LOL. These guys aren't even good at what they do, they could try being a little less obvious if you ask me. Bob

Acquisitions and reverse mergers have always been good IMO. But let me ask you a question? Why does the courts have to approve this one, rather than the SEC, which normally analyzes such acquisitions. It looks to me like the SEC said No, and that's why they are going to court. Why would they go to court if there is a regulatory body that monitors such acquisitions? IMO beware until you get confirmation from the company being acquired.
