That should have read .014 not .14 at 1.522M x 2 on Scottrade at the end of day. Can anyoone confirm those cross trades on their L2

fellas, i got out first thing this morn. at .016 for a modest gain.
yesterday's volume was very nice comparatively to past days but the pps barely moved and though it reached a high of .02 (barely), the bid never moved past .018. also, at one point about mid-day ARCA jumped on the ask and unloaded a ton of shares. so, i got suspicious. i read through their 10q with a little more detail and there are some anomolies/wording in there that makes me nervous regarding prospect of dilution going on. just a gut feeling thang, and all imo. i'm out for now though until this play really swings one way or the other. good luck.

Phat, I thought the same thing yesterday when I saw ARCA show up on the ask with all those shares.

phatman, sorry to see you go brotha! of course we will welcome you back anytime
my charts are still saying we do a nasa space shuttle launch the day before or after the full moon!
notable AXGJ did its run from .06 to 4.50 also on a full moon day...
on the 60 minute bar chart I am seeing an ascending triangle which is bullish, volume is still bullish and my favorite breakout indicators are also all still very bullish..
that is my take on WLKF right now anyway as of this morning...

I wish I had 10K spare change to invest because that is how much I would put into WLKF right now if I had it. I am extremely confident in this trade.. almost too much, its scary

anyone see ARCA jump on the ask and sell today and then disappear? only curious cuz i had to step away for an hour or so and wasn't able to diligently watch the L2s on this one.

same as f'n yesterday... definitely dilution going on then, imo. won't touch it right now. might not be absorbed for a long time. look at the 10Q regarding WLKF oweing dutchess.
excerpt: Additionally, on December 23, 2005, the Company entered into an investment agreement providing for the sale and issuance from time to time of up to $10,000,000 in shares of Common Stock for a period of up to 36 months from the date the registration statement is declared effective. The maximum number of shares that the Company may put to Dutchess at any one time shall be equal to, at the Company's election, either:
(a) 200% of the average daily volume in the U.S. market of the Common Stock for the ten trading days prior to the date the Company notifies its intent to sell shares, multiplied by the average of the three daily closing bid prices immediately preceding the date a put notice is delivered, or (b) a number of shares having a value of $200,000. The Company may not submit a new put notice until after the completion of a previous sale under the Investment Agreement. The purchase price for the common stock to be sold shall be equal to 93% of the lowest closing best bid price of the common stock during the five-day period following the date the Company delivers a put notice.
that's just one element. the way ARCA is jumping on the ask and then disappearing just isn't right for me.

We have negative working capital of $ 2,586,330 at June 30, 2006 compared to negative working capital of $1,118,388 at December 31, 2005. A working capital deficiency or negative working capital results when the company's current liabilities exceed its current assets. Our working capital deficiency is the result of borrowings which are currently due or will become due within the next 12 months in addition to an increase in our accounts payable as the result of the accrual of management compensation not paid.

You make valid points Phat Man. I read that in the 10Q as well but don't possess the savvy to discern what you just stated (as a possibility). I called the company and asked for IR but was told no one is in at present. Had difficulty hearing the woman on the phone but will try again later and post if anything of interest is gleaned. thanks for your insights.

i have seen stocks with much worse dilution situations and fundamentals still get a rally going..
the only thing that matters is the balance between supply and demand at any point in time.. and for the current time period, this balance seems to favor the bulls...

yeah, i called to and had a length convo with her. her name is Tara. quiet and softspoken and i let her know that (in a nice way... had to turn up my phone volume). in the past few days i've called and emailed, mitch segal has NEVER been at the office. strange... why wouldn't he be up for taking investor calls? something's amiss imo and he knows it, knows were onto it and doesn't want to answer for it. all jmho.
