Ok guys, I have read all the messages out there and will clarify some questions!
This scenario has happened before where a co. changed cusip# and the brokers/mm where still selling under the old cusip# as well as the new one! It is extremely rare( I believe it has only happened a few times in market history) but can happen and has in the past! We are in unprecedented territory here Gentlemen! The brokers/mm have screwed up big time! Whether they did so on purpose(to steal yet more money from the investing public) or not, doesn't matter. What matters is they screwed up big time and now will have to buy back at market price every share sold under old cusip# at market price and then cancell those shares immediately!!!
In essence, by selling under old number as well as the new, they where artificially diluting the available float, as thus keeping the price artificially low. This is very unfair to the co. as well as the investing pubiic! So they will have to buy back all excess shares sold under old cusip# at market price, so the shares will be reduced back to the actual(and official) outstanding count!
Now listen closefully because this is where it gets interesting! We have 36m in the float. I heard from a source that there are 2 guys outside of our message board(they are not even aware that it exists) that own between them 20 million shares of the float!!! That means that we only have control of 16 million shares!!! THE FLOAT IS ABSOLUTELY GONE!
Now if we hold and do not sell and the mm have to buy bacdk 10's of millions of shares at market price, then how high could this go? Those "other guys" are not selling any of their shares, they are keeping them for several years! So in effect we control the price of how high this could go!!! I wont consider selling any thing untill a dollar myself. So I guess pick your price gentlemen!!!

I did some DD here wat it's..pardon my english
Company a year ago made a forward split followed immediately by a reverse split..Now here where I think all the problems start..Ameritrade and most other places where I saw profile of PLYCF they showed 336 million shares outstanding ..but actually a reversed split of 1:5 had occured resulting in around 60 million shares oustanding..Company might have noticed that n asked for new cusip# with proper mention of 60 million outstanding i.e. post reverse split effect. Now brokers/mms kept on shorting on old cusip# assuming 336 million oustanding (wow! I wonder how many they shorted)only to realize that cusip# has changed. Per Nathan 20 million with 2 guys..(If thats true i.e.) but half of 37 is owned by strong hands..so other 17 goes there..so wat we on IHUB hold and every other share out there is basically a NSS.So Nathan all comes down to wat NOBO Pr has to say
