I noticed the .0095 shows as the high for friday, which would have been in the am. But I recall the .0095 peaked on Thursday afternoon before it dropped down. It opened at 75 friday morning and may have jumped. But the .0055 high for thursday listed here on www.barchart.com shows the high for thursday as .0055 not 95. Well thats simply not true. I witnessed it as did you all. Now why is it being reported at the 95 high first occured on Friday, when it was really Thursday. Just wondering what people think about it. Whats up with this crap. Securities Securities Securities. People that don't review their work before they publish need to be fired! as the Donald would say. I may not know much about much but I think it is important that public information be concise, its not that difficult for a professional. This would change the day count mark on Direction/Oscillator/Bollinger marks by one day on the high, from the 19th (th) to the 20th (fr) then a count out 7 days etc... this is like a compass on a boat on the ocean, if you know what I mean... watch it.

LOL Cute article that came out yesterday, but I missed it:

Grave news follows fans to bitter end

By McClatchy News Open
Last Update: 10/20/2006 11:26:19 AM Data provided by

Oct 20, 2006 (Akron Beacon Journal - McClatchy-Tribune Business News via COMTEX) -- Frustrated Cleveland sports fans ready to give up their title hopes for dead, take heart. A Michigan company is about to bring new meaning to the phrase, "Undying loyalty to your team."

Major League Baseball is forming a partnership with Eternal Image to place team logos on caskets and urns starting next season.

Six teams have embraced the never-say-die attitude -- the Indians aren't one -- but the company hopes eventually to include all 30 baseball franchises. Eternal Image also wants to offer coffins with NFL, NHL and NASCAR insignias.

No word as to whether a Jeff Gordon-detailed coffin would come with logos of his team's sponsors plastered all over it.

Is the company's idea tacky and Major League Baseball's involvement tasteless? Absolutely. Loved ones to the dearly departed, however, have been offering similar tributes for years.

Who hasn't attended a funeral where the casket didn't include an item from a favorite sports team?

"Passionate fans express their love of their team in a number of different ways," MLB spokesperson Susan Goodenow told the Associated Press. A year ago, a deceased Steelers fan was shown at a Pittsburgh-area funeral home in a "living room scene," seated in a recliner, a Steelers blanket across his legs, wearing black-and-gold silk pajamas. The die-hard was clutching a remote and stationed in front of a high-definition television showing Steelers highlights.

And you wonder whether this coffin logo thing will catch on?

Americans have become sports fanatics from the womb to the tomb.

Searching for the perfect gift for your unborn Bambino? Why not a sonogram with a New York Yankees logo?

There seems to be no ground too sacred for a sports insignia or ceremonial burial. Some fans have their ashes scattered over beloved stadiums and golf courses. Corporate America is only following our lead and cashing in on the obsession.

The Eternal Image urns and coffins will be stamped with a message from Major League Baseball recognizing fans' lifelong devotion to a team.

I find this part most troubling. If Cleveland teams intend to take from the dead, they should be made to write apologies in their stamped message.

Here lies our dear friend, Lou.

Sorry we couldn't produce a winner for you.

Your loyalty to the Browns is beyond reproach.

Wish we could have supplied a better coach.

You found Art Modell's franchise move appalling.

What finally did you in was Mo Carthon's play-calling.

Cleveland teams also should band together to help defray costs. The city hasn't generated a world champion since 1964.

Think about it. The Browns, Cavaliers and Indians should spring for half the expense. After all, they have been killing us for more than 40 years.

Sadly enough, eternal happiness too often is linked to the success of sports franchises.

When the New York Rangers won the 1994 Stanley Cup, ending a 54-year title drought, a Madison Square Garden fan unfurled a sign that read: "Now I Can Die In Peace." ESPN columnist Bill Simmons, a longtime Boston Red Sox fan, used the same words for the title of his humorous book about that team's 2004 World Series championship.

The level to which some fans will go to display their affection never surprises me. It's a sickness almost as terminal as the ones that send us to the grave.

Of course, who am I to cast judgment? I've spent half my life chasing down sports stories and telling my editors, "Please, I need 10 more minutes."

That's why I plan to buy an urn but have my ashes included only after the conclusion of the service:

Here lies Reed.

Even on the ultimate deadline

He was late again.

A new image has been added to the IBox of the Vatican urn. This is not on the web and not on Eternal Images web site either...this is exclusive to IHUB at this time.

The Vatican endorsement is Huge...Bigger than most people think. Once the Catholic population is told about this it will be in great demand....I would expect a Christian Urn will be next.

Im thinking something translucent and similar to the Vatican Urn. Maybe a projection of a rising Christ.

Under the terms of the licensing agreement, orchestrated by United Media on Precious Moments' behalf, Eternal Image is now authorized to reproduce the inspirational and heartfelt images of Precious Moments on its custom caskets and urns. The company believes this agreement will create significant demand for its unique products, as Precious Moments is an extremely successful licensing property with over 83% brand-recognition by American female consumers.

Eternal Image Forges Ahead With Major Licensing Partners
NOVI, Mich., May 12, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Eternal Image, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ETIM), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of customized designer caskets and urns, today announced the success of strategic meetings in reference to the licensing agreements the company has with its unique products.

In early April, Eternal Image announced a licensing agreement with Precious Moments, one of the most recognized licensing properties in the United States. Dominating the $21B gift and collectibles market, Precious Moments has been the top selling brand in the category for the past 15 years. Eternal Image is pleased to have completed the concept, art, and design of the Precious Moments caskets and urns, and is currently working diligently to bring products reflecting the enduring and inspirational images of this American favorite to production.

Moving forward, the company expects to extend agreements with Major League Baseball, the American Kennel Club, and the Vatican in the near future. According to the Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association, sports licensing is now over a $13B annual industry, and one of the fastest growing segments in the licensing business. Additionally, the American Pet Products Manufacturers Association cites a $36B market for pet expenditures in the United States alone, with over 43 million households owning as least one dog. Further, the exclusive agreement with the Vatican affords Eternal Image an opportunity to reach a global audience of over 1 billion Catholics.

The latest data available from the Cremation Association of North America (CANA) projects that as the American population grows, natural deaths will increase nearly 50% within the next twenty years. This will create over $100 billion in aggregate sales for the funeral products industry, in which Eternal Image will be well positioned. Management believes the licensing relationships established today will build the foundation for Eternal Image to be a mature and respected company in an annual market providing consistent and reliable growth.

Eternal Image Promotes Nick Popravsky and Donna Shatter
NOVI, MI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 27, 2006 -- Eternal Image (PINKSHEETS: ETIM), the world's first manufacturer of caskets and urns featuring licensed images, today announced that it has promoted two key founding members of the company, Nick Popravsky and Donna Shatter.

According to EI President Clint Mytych, Popravsky was formally named Vice President, Sales and Marketing and Shatter assumed the title of Vice President, Operations.

"Nick, Donna and I have been together since the days when Eternal Image was an unformed idea, and they have both been instrumental in bringing the company to fruition," said Mytych. "As we get ready to launch our first products toward the end of 2006, it became important to add more structure to our management team and I am pleased to be able to acknowledge the importance of both of their roles."

Popravsky joined Eternal Image after working for many years in the car rental industry in various management positions. He was the co-founder of one of the largest car rental reservation consolidation operations in the United States. Previous to that he spent several years with General Electric in corporate relations. Early in his career he was based in Los Angeles working for The Los Angeles Daily News and MCA Corp. Popravsky currently resides in Michigan with his wife of 24 years and their two college-age children.

Shatter joined Eternal Image at its conception and has been instrumental in everything from raising capital to strategic operations planning. She comes from a long line of entrepreneurial business owners with experience primarily in administrative and finance duties. vatican library collection vatican library collection

This special collection features over 100 exclusive fine art prints, carefully chosen from over 2 million printed works that are housed in The Vatican Library, est. 1451, located in Vatican City

VIEW THE COMPLETE VATICAN COLLECTION

ABOUT THE VATICAN LIBRARY COLLECTION

Giovanni Battista Piranesi - Winged LionessesImagine a priceless collection of ancient maps, illuminated manuscripts, and fine art protected for centuries in vaults at the heart of the Church's most spiritual and intellectual center. Imagine, too, that this premiere collection has been protected with such dedication that only a handful have had access to its rarest treasures. Now imagine that the doors to this extraordinary collection are slowly opening for the first time in over 500 years. But there is no need to imagine. This collection actually exists. Since Pope Nicholas conceived the Vatican Library in 1451, only scholars have seen the vast array of Vatican treasures that span 2000 years of art and culture. Until now.

ABOUT THE BIBLIOTECA APOSTOLICA VATICANA

The Vatican Library, or "BAV" (Biblioteca Apostolica Vaticana) has been accessible only to church officials and scholars since its inception in 1451 by Pope Nicholas V for the "convenience of the learned." Located in the Cortile Del Belvedere in Vatican City, it is the oldest library in existence. The BAV is a rich repository of manuscripts, prints, coins and art from around the globe. Its holdings make up one of the premiere collections in the world.

Francesco Rosselli Chierico - The Urbino BibleThe BAV contains almost 2 million printed works (including 8,000 incunabula); some 75,000 Latin, Greek, Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, Ethiopian, Syriac, unique and illuminated manuscripts from the second century A.D. onward; 65,000 units of archival volumes in twenty-three deposits or collections, and 100,000 prints, engravings, etchings, drawings and maps. While many of these works are religious in nature, secular works in the liberal arts and sciences make up the majority of the library's collection. Among these works are the Palatine Virgil, the love letters of King Henry VIII to Anne Boleyn, autographed works of the Italian poet Petrarch, original working-sketches and letters of Michelangelo, and Botticelli's illustrations of Dante's Divine Comedy. In addition to the exceptional western works the BAV also contains thousands of works from Asia, Egypt, the Near East, and South America.

Antonio Tempesta - View of Rome, 1593Throughout the Renaissance, the Vatican Library acted as a catalyst for scientific and geographic advancement, and the library's holdings reflect its contributional role. Within the library's walls are ancient timepieces, scientific instruments, navigational tools, stellar and terrestrial globes, coveted maps of the old world (illustrated with vicious sea monsters in the ocean's depths) and, of course, intricate maps of the new world (Christopher Columbus was born coincidentally, in 1451 the year of the library's founding).

Unknown - Astrological Chart IThe BAV has also collected priceless works of art. There are over 330,000 ancient Greek, Roman, and papal coins as well as sacred and secular artifacts in the library, including ceramics, crystal, gold, glass, sculpture, ivories, silver, and other media. Many of these treasures are gifts from kings and pontiffs to the library. The BAV also holds original works of Michelangelo, Botticelli, Bernini and others.

Thanks penny, Being put on a list,,,,,,thats something I never think about..let alone the fact it scares me seeing my name on a list..lol I would be happy having no membermarks really and if you knew me you would understand it to be true. Im about making money and more than that I am about seeing others make more than me...that makes me happy since I know if everyone else is making money then I am tooo.....lol

I love TA and do apply it to all stocks...especially when doing scans in the mornings...but when trading I also factor in Dynamics and Psychology that is presented and that changes all the time.

In this particular case when I first looked at the stock, to be honest I was going to kick it to the curb. I didn't think it was worth an investment or even to play it after seeing they had a forward split and at such a low price...that spelled trouble in my eyes.

Then I heard and watched one TV spot then saw it covered on another and then it was “OH Holy CRAP” this is gonna be big!

First off I saw it made a bottom on Tuesday and confirmed on Wednesday so I figured it would consolidate then bounce a little but continue to consolidate until I started hearing the Media Coverage.

I had also read the CEO's statement about the NOBO list and short position that was suspected and saw a perfect storm brewing. I think the shorts saw the same thing...new it was going to run and knew they had a problem.

It was these very thoughts that had me wondering if the company knew what was going on and if they might address the Trade show they had just done as well as the media attention.

My answer to myself was NO....thats when I picked up the phone and called ***.com....my first question was "HEY ARE YOU GUYS FOLLWING THIS LITTLE COMPANY CALLED ETERNAL IMAGE?" They said no...and then I said these guys are getting media attention on TV, Radio and on the internet....you guys need to get on the ball RIGHT NOW....thats when they put me through to Sal and we got spotlighted.

I don't think my call instigated the high volume that day…. I think my call was just an indication of what everyone else was thinking....THIS WAS GONNA BE BIG.

Companies just don't get this kind of coverage for no reason and most companies don't have the money to do it either. The big boys would salivate just getting half, heck one tenth of this kind of exposure for FREE...anyway I’m getting carried away again..lol

All I’m saying is at some point and under certain circumstances you have to put TA on the sideline and go in with all gut knowing that this is one of those that will be gut wrenching but the public is not going to let it go down...why?

BECAUSE THEY LOVE IT and the product.

The company is the talk of the town, at parties and different events. It is being joked about but in a very serious way and people are checking it all out and taking it all in. When coverage makes a difference such as make you cry, make you mad or make you smile or laugh it gets imbedded in your mind and you think about it…..the mind won’t let it go……that’s the psychological factor kicking in.

I think we are in for some real surprises here...I think we have a perfect storm setting up and its in our favor. Big short position that IS gonna have to be covered...TV, Radio, Sports you name it they are talking about it...yeah it might blow over in a week or so...but thats ok...in the mean time it will have made a mark and will have all the items, tools and money necessary to move forward..IN A VERY BIG WAY.

I think we have a sleepy little monster here thats JUST waking up and will make a ROAR on the street that will be talked about for some time to come.

I also think everyone you put on that list knows this.... Besides, it would be interesting to get their take on it as well.

Again thanks for allowing me to share my thoughts on the matter.

This is how I see things....

If the O/S and Float are even close to accurate, and the CEO keeps his word about no selling shares, then I see nothing stopping this from multi-pennies by weeks end. I just see no way for a pinky with all this national attention and a ridiculously low float to not be trading in the pennies.

The real question is how long will this continue to go and when would be the time to sell? Who knows....we're already running on all the momo and hype, and haven't even got any real details yet on revenues, other deals in the works, the NOBO list, etcc....

This is one of those plays you may only find once or twice in a lifetime....so me..I'm gonna ride it out for awhile. I see this running into the pennies easily, and then at the very least, once the momo DIES down it should settle above a penny and then once the revenue numbers and other deals come.....skys the limit.

I agree 100%. You just don't find pinky/penny plays daily that have REAL business occuring or being legitimized and endorsed by National Media and National Organizations like MLB. I wouldn't doubt that the players find out about this and call up their brokers and start putting big money into this company themselves. This could really catch fire in the personal investment community of the wealthy, which would put major buying pressure on this stock. That could potentially be a snowball effect of this company's recent exposure.

I am not worried about it attracting investors..It will attract more business and more deals...Don't you think the marketing folks at NFL, NBA, NHL, NASCAR etc. (and not just sports since we have Vatican, Precious Moments and AKC) are saying "heck if MLB is doing this and look at the free press coverage, we should too..can't hurt to have another revenue stream"....hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Current market cap is $1.7M..What do you think the license alone with MLB is worth alone? Never mind add in Vatican, AKC, Precious Moments licenses and soon to come NFL and NASCAR ones.

Also Party's DD and research show that the company is on the up and up and also would MLB and The Vatican do a deal with a "scam" company???

Also, NOBO is just icing on the cake...I look for PRs this week regarding NOBO and the Philly trade show recap at the least and then possible contracts with NASCAR /NFL /NHL and preorders, revenue projections etc. in the near future

This is just the beginning.....

Good post Nathan!

current float is 160,000,000 shares. The $$ capitalization here is TINY. I sat in unbelief watching Fridays action.

I'm pretty sure we here on Ihub hold 100,000,000 shares.(Yes,I really believe that)
I know its frowned upon so I'm not going to start a list to prove it.

My question is this: How could they walk this down/prevent it from running back up into to the pennies with the kind of national news coverage the Company just had, along with all the other factors.

One month ago we were trading at .02 or better and thats before the media coverage, etc.

good luck to all,
Rvr

** ETIM - predicting peaks and number crunching...

Ok..I will get slaughtered for posting this, but I was playing some number games with 2 stocks that I feel traded like this is so far (USXP 2001, INSQ/GSEG 2006)...so here it is:

USXP 2001:
0.016 -> 0.068 -> 0.032 -> 0.30
GSEG 2006:
0.0013 -> 0.0033 -> 0.0021 -> 0.0099
ETIM 2006:
0.0016 -> 0.0095 -> 0.0042 -> (0.05?)

For those mathematically inclined, the pattern is:
*********** -> 50% retrace -> 2 x original *********** (roughly)

Which gives me an estimate of a 0.05 peak IF ETIM follows in those footsteps...
heck even FHAL/CSHD followed it:
FHAL/CSHD
0.10 -> 0.35 -> 0.15 -> 1.50
