Can some one explain what significance a NOBO list will do for the naked shorting. I know it is to determine the number of outsatnding shares there are available, but what affect this this have on the stock price? It looks to be a positive, but how? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

ETIM - Updated Share Structure on Pink Sheets
Great to see the updated #'s this evening, larger investors have been anxious to see. The next few PR's released explaining corporate plans will validate the company for these investors who have had alot of exposure here in the last week. One of my contacts is a broker for a large firm in Denver and has been contacted by numerous large players inquiring about this company, next few PR's will give ETIM a chance to validate themselves and bring in the big boys.

ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT WHILE THAT WAS HAPPENING...
THEY DILUTED 3X THE FLOAT INTO THE MARKET !

Hi Ed,
Yes, there should be a release out tomorrow that should explain to most investors where the additional shares came from. I truly look at this in the long term and believe that the company is worth far more than the $6 million it is currently valued at with the 900 million outstanding.

I think they have a good business plan and will be overwhelmed with orders from all the national exposure. I believe right now they need lots of cash to carry themselves to a new level. If they need to dilute so be it. Dilution can be good if funds are invested to create higher PPS. The PPS is holding up extreemly well despite dilution. IMHO.

Has anyone checked out the O/S for some of the big boys on the NYSE/NASDAQ? Some worry about the huge O/S for ETIM, but like Fredgrasshopper said.. with the national exposure, etc.. those shares can disappear fast. Anyway, here are a few of the big stocks O/S #'s from their last quarterly reports:
EBAY - 1,415,394,158 a/o 7-21-06 with an S-8 for an additional 30mill shs.
IBM - 1,521,839,006 as of 6-30-06
