are you surprised, he's a ceo, lol.. that is pretty normal from what i have seen. but there are exceptions. I could care less if he has the attitude like bobby knight in a rage. if he can pull this off, he's the man imo, lol
Idaho i see a nice clean shell here, and company hasnt issued any shares recently from my DD.. from the latest filing.

200 mill O/S isnt bad at all as im concerned, especially for rev merger possibility.

UVCL is basically a clean shell, ceo has been shopping it around for a rev merger. this was prior website i think.

looking like .0075 may be bottom right now, could go to .01 again. Not sure why POS ceo has given no updates, looking like it was all BS to draw in money. still not over yet, 200 mill OS. and low on the charts regardless. maybe due for a technical bounce. anyone still holding this dog, i avgd down a little at .0075

I think this POS still has life.. 200 mill OS and light vol today moved this big.. that shows me that resistance was BS, and hallow walls and mirrors like a fun house.. and a sign MM's wound this like a coil lately. charts still oversold, and nice MACD cross coming on the weekly now. if the merger happens, then we hit the lotto, Im only giving that a 10% chance, regardless, its a clean shell, with a decent chart. and I'll hold for over .015 at least..

Ask and Last Sale up to .012 but bid has only bumped up from .0094 to .0095???? WEIRD - but that's how this one trades...... Notice that NITE hasn't even played on bid today, and has only moved from .0075 to .009.....
Where's da NEWS?? LOL

I have a sell in at .02 for almost 500,000 shares. I have a Dr. app't. at 9am - and probably won't be able to even check the price on my cell phone until 10am. (Heart Dr. - can't have phone on in his office). I hope there's pre-market news and I come out and find it SOLD at .02 and back down to .013-ish to load up again! (That's how are runs have been the past year - 20-30 minutes..then CRASH back).

I owned this once (I paid .02) when it ran to .0173 in Oct. 2003 and DIDN'T sell........until it was back down under .05....many months later....
