UniverCell Announces Letter of Intent Thursday September 14, 10:40 am ET
MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Sept. 14, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- UniverCell Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:UVCL.OB - News) and Pure Romance, Inc., a privately held company with its principal headquarters located in Loveland, Ohio, announced today that they have signed a letter of intent with respect to Pure Romance's proposed acquisition of UVCL in a reverse merger transaction. Under the non-binding letter of intent, Pure Romance and UVCL will endeavor to negotiate a definitive merger agreement. Under the merger agreement, Pure Romance would merge into UVCL, and the shareholders of Pure Romance will maintain controlling interest of the outstanding capital stock of UVCL after the merger. They are about to go Public via the UVCL.OB shell!
On October 10th, we contacted Pure Romance Inc, of Loveland, Ohio to inquire about the possibility of the company going public. It was announced via a September 14, 2006 press release by UVCL.OB that they had signed a letter of intent to pursue a reverse merger. It's amazing how those SOB MM's can drastically raise and lower B/A's on NO volume - or very little volume....
Nice to see us back to .014 though - it would be nice to be around .02 when the news comes out so we can REALLY fly!

well all in just a waiting game now, but when the merger happens this will explode, however, even if there is a last minute glitch with the merger this shell is very clean and will eventually find a merger sooner or later, this is an excellent stock to keep building on and adding extra change to until it does merge. the neat thing about this shell is the risk is limited, the price is already very low, the only downside here is the waiting game, when this shell does merge, I am sure uvcl will not be getting a dead bankrupt company, the shell is very clean, pure romance into this one will make a huge paycheck, if it does not work out, there will be another great company moving into it. RM prospects look good, PRomance has 50mill in rev and an established sales/mktg team, the o/s and a/s are 200mils... looks like another great investment opportunity.
DONT INVEST ON MY ADVICE !!
