From I H U B Posted by: 4Godnwv 1st of all the web-site IS secure - they have paid for a certificate - MT wsn't sure why the 's' didn't appear on the http, but it should be there. He will get that fixed tomorrow.
2nd there are a number of fields that DO NOT need to be filled in. For example, the passport fields are there for people that are from foriegn countries.
He is gonna fix those fields as well so that you get a little message when you cursor over them.
You are going to be registering to be a member of the foundation.
Next the TA - The current registration agent in Nevada for the corporation is going to be the new TA. That is who is handling the name change, the cusip and symbol change, etc.
MT wanted to put everything in one house rather than have it in several different places -
This should be finalized in approx 10 days. The new TA will be:
Nevada Agency and Trust 50 W Liberty St. Suite 880 Reno, Nevada 89501

From I H U B 4Godnwv PDR's are tradable and sellable through the foundation. They do have a value. That value has been suggested to be between $10 and $20 per sq meter. MT insists that none of the restricted shares are hitting the market - says he knows where they all are, and they are all accounted for.
Fla Transfer confirmed in DEC that the O/S was still 7.6 billion -

For those having doubts about Panamersa's legitimacy, a reminder...You don't publicize high ranking Panamanian government officials as being on your BOD if it's not true! Think it might get back to them? Nor successful businessmen and bankers....ask yourself "Would they allow their names to be associated with a company that was anything less than legit?"

CEO Micheal Terrell announced: "I have returned 2 Billion shares to the company's treasury today in order to do my part to increase the stocks value to add value that directly benefits every shareholder. The change will not be reflected for a few days because we are in the process of changing Transfer Agents. My reason for moving those duties from our present Transfer Agent to Nevada Agency and Trust Company in Nevada was to consolidate the transfer duties with our long standing Agent of Record in Nevada. This change makes it more convenient as well as more cost effective for the company. I believe it is important for us to be as transparent and informative to our share holders as possible. I am happy to report we have completed the name change to PANAMERSA Corporation, have gotten the new cusip number, and will soon have our new stock symbol. Financials will be out on or before Feb 15th, as previously stated there will not be any reverse splits or dilution, and I will be adding a CEO ****/update page, which will include share structure and share buyback information, updated daily, to our website www.panamersa.com.
"I encourage all of the shareholders who owned stock December 20th 2006, and want to receive their dividend, go to www.panamersa.com and register with the Foundation and submit your Broker Certification of Shares Form. If you are not able to register online or prefer to register by phone please give us a call at 214-774-4870 and speak to one of our representatives or if after hours leave a message and we will be glad to call you back and help you get registered.
"I would also like to wish each shareholder a `Happy New Year.' I am very excited because it is going to be a very good year for PANAMERSA Corporation and all of its share holders as we become very profitable, a fully reporting company, graduate to the bigger boards, and execute our business plan and vision."

just went to the www.panamersa.com site to take a look at the divi reg. I see what onemorehit and wallymac were talking about. They want way more info than they need. its kind of creepy, i wouldnt give that sort of info beyond my name and email. I emailed them and asked why they need it. havnt heard back from them yet. I still have shares and I realy don't care about the jungle land. I am in a wait and see mode with pypr in light of the most recent news. I hope the CEO follows through with what he said.

Burn you seem to be on target. I hope the coming weeks keep getting better. As far as the jungle land I didn't think you could own land in Costa R, unless you were a citizen. I thought you only could lease to work the land?

The company's been making administrative moves lately (divy, reduction of o/s).. My guess is there's more going on than just that. Looking forward to growth and progress PRs here.

It's nice to see we're building strong support around .002 now. I knew this was going to be a long term play, but I'm still a bit surprised that we're still trading at these levels.

this is not done falling yet, why not, I still have $600 more to go before I hit zero on this stock. LOL! I am not selling my shares, though. I am getting used to seeing the red here, just kinda scan right over it now!!!! Don't play this stock unless you can afford to lose!! Hopefully big payoff on the horizon.
