im on phone with BOA now..they locked my acct. something about "free riding" I cant do nothing until oct 14th. i cant believe this.

i suppose so, the guy at the bank told me they sweep loses and gains, boa investments says i dont have that type of acct. i have to pay a bunch of fines and banned.

Damn...you need a margin account and, even then, you can only do 4 round trips in 5 days unless you have over $25,000 in your account. BTW I got out at .028. Look to re-enter on a dip.

let me ask you guys, you might know...I started with $1000 buy, in the last 8 days Ive made just about 5K. The guy is telling me with fines and such, ill probably lose everything plus my starting $1000. Is this correct? what a heartbreaker this is, I guess I should have read a few books first and not trusted the bank guy that made his $2 to set up my acct and lie to me. thanks for any advise you can give. when this is over ill move to a margin acct with choicetrade, its already set up (if i have any money left)

Sounds like big old bull to me WB. Speak to a manager and be very unhappy that this rep didn't tell you of any of this when he set up the account for you. That said, it does sound like you may have violated some trading rules. However...losing all you capital because of it? Don't accept that as an answer. Investigate.
This stocks seems to be hitting it's head at .029 today. Think we can break or is it the glass ceiling?

Bid slippage but if ask can hang tight it should start to firm up.
