There are First Oil companies, "Shell oil" and then secondary oil companies, "PGPM". For Shell oil to be doing business with these guys the amount of oil must exceed a certain amount. Typically they will sell a lease that is not producing enough oil. It cost them so much per day to keep the Oil Derrick there, and if there is another location that surpasses, they will move it. This is HUGE fellas. I feel when the details of the contract come out; this could be well into $1 land.

If shell is doing business, you really don't understand how much oil were talking about. It should be HUGE. They don’t typically mess with small Hydrocarbon contracts.

At .10 you’re talking about a $20m company. I would bet the contract itself is more than that. Look at the wording "on going". This is extensive, not just a spot contract. I like it.

Wolf Pt Linked to Canadian Oil-Sands: Montana's Governor Proposes Oil Refinery in Heart of NAEG Operations Wednesday September 20, 10:03 am ET
FOREST HILLS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 20, 2006--Native American Energy Group, Inc. (the "Company" or "NAEG") (OTC Pink Sheets: NVMG - News), a publicly traded, independent energy company operating out of Wolf Point on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation in Northeast Montana, reports today on some enthralling news from the Governor's office. The Schweitzer administration has named Wolf Point as one of seven Montana towns that might welcome an industrial-sized refinery for the purpose of processing crude oil from Canada's mega-field, oil sand development. Describing the administration's plan is an article entitled, "Governor gauging interest in new refineries," by The Gazette State Bureau that can be viewed at the following link: http://www.billingsgazette.net/articles/2006/09/08/news/state/30- refineries.txt
