It doesn't matter who's right or wrong. We are all here to make some money and today it didn't happen. Tomorrows another day. Cheers!

BZCN BizAuctions Lands Liquidation Services Contract, $1,000,000 Retail Value
Business Wire - October 5, 2006 5:00 AM (EDT)

SAN DIEGO, Oct 05, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- BizAuctions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BZCN), a prime provider of commercial eBay liquidation services for excess inventory, announced it has executed a Liquidation Services Contract for distressed inventory and other assets with a retail value in excess of $1,000,000.

The Company executed the contract with a former retailer, who provided an inventory manifest showing an estimated retail value of $1,043,000. Additionally, this contract marks BizAuctions' first contract outside of its local/regional area, in accordance with plans to begin offering eBay liquidation services across the nation.

"This contract is indicative of the tremendous opportunity before us as we work to build a major operation and have a significant impact on corporate America," noted Delmar Janovec, BizAuctions' CEO.

"It is contracts such as this that demonstrate the $60 billion inventory problem that plagues companies across America. We feel the revolution for enterprise-scale eBay liquidation of excess and distressed inventory is just beginning, and are confident BizAuctions will be able to obtain many additional liquidation contracts," Janovec concluded.

With the inventory and assets currently stored in three 10x30 storage units in Arizona, BizAuctions is initially listing the items for sale on consignment basis on eBay in one lot at an opening bid price of $99,999. The inventory manifest and estimated retail value of $1,043,000 were established by the selling client, and there is no assurance that the auction will close with a winning bid at any price. The items and photos can be viewed through BizAuctions' eBay store under the member name bizauctionsinc. Interested parties are encouraged to track the status of the auction regularly for updates.

A virtual tour of BizAuctions' facilities and flash video presentation can be viewed at http://www.bizauctions.com/tour.shtml.

The Company's clients have included some of the Nation's leading retail names at the forefront of their industries. With a long-term strategy to provide eBay liquidation services to Fortune 1000 enterprises, BizAuctions is a clear and lucrative solution for most any business to liquidate excess inventory on eBay.

At $60 billion, BizAuctions is targeting an enormous market while helping companies solve one of their greatest problems. BizAuctions employs two primary business models, whereby it liquidates inventory through eBay on consignment for a lucrative commission; and/or it purchases inventory at a fraction of retail price for the purpose of liquidating it for a profit. We consign, we buy, and we liquidate through eBay!

BizAuctions' operations are designed for maximum capacity to handle most any eBay liquidation project. Whether the client is a Fortune 500 company with 1,000 items or a small business with 100 items, BizAuctions can take on most any project and recover funds from clients' excess inventory.

I hope you are right. I held on to some after the last run up and would be happy to see it go again - but after past history I am very watchful.
