BZCN Sets Sights on $1.3 Trillion Pool of Inventory for eBay Liquidation

Business Wire "US Press Releases "

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

BizAuctions, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BZCN), a prime provider of commercial eBay liquidation services for excess inventories, today reflected on the U.S. Department of Commerce's Manufacturing and Trade Inventories and Sales report, where the total pool of manufacturers' and trade inventories exceeded $1.3 trillion.

An excerpt from the September 14th report, which released trailing data for July 2006, outlined that "Manufacturers' and trade inventories adjusted for seasonal variations but not for price changes, were estimated at an end-of-month level of $1,347.3 billion, ... up 7.4 percent (+/-0.4%) from July 2005."

Delmar Janovec, CEO of BizAuctions, noted, "We view any increase in inventories as a potential positive sign for business, even when sales escalate as they did here, because inventory surges may indicate trickledown growth in excess inventories.

"Excess inventories continually plague retailers and manufacturers with a tremendous financial burden to the tune of $60 billion, in addition to the notion that they spend hundreds of millions of dollars in inventory carrying costs alone.

"BizAuctions addresses this $60 billion problem with our commercial eBay liquidation services, which provide our clients a channel to generate cash flow on excess inventory while at the same time freeing up their valuable storage and retail space," Janovec concluded.

Readers are encouraged to review the full report with Inventories, Sales, and Inventories/Sales ratio released September 14, 2006, which can be viewed at: http://www.census.gov/mtis/www/mtiscurrent.html.

The Company's clients have included some of the nation's leading retail names at the forefront of their industries. With a long-term strategy to provide eBay liquidation services to Fortune 1000 enterprises, BizAuctions is a clear and lucrative solution for most any business to liquidate excess inventory on eBay.

At $60 billion, BizAuctions is targeting an enormous market while helping companies solve one of their greatest problems. Currently offering services in select Southern California areas, BizAuctions plans to begin offering services nationwide in the near future.

BizAuctions employs two primary business models, whereby it liquidates inventory through eBay on consignment for a lucrative commission; and/or it purchases inventory at a fraction of retail price for the purpose of liquidating it for a profit. We consign, we buy, and we liquidate through eBay!

BizAuctions' operations are designed for maximum capacity to handle most any eBay liquidation project. Whether the client is a Fortune 500 company with 1,000 items or a small business with 100 items, BizAuctions can take on most any project and recover funds from clients' excess inventory.

AMRE rough figures: 350M shares out. Leads to .10/share value just on the BZCN holdings of 20M shares at $1.82. More to look at, such as 38% of NAUC which in turn owns 39M of BZCN (that would be 10M more of BZCN to AMRE right?). Also owns 47% of RBSY at .11/share

The big fish are circling under the boat.

Re AMRE and BZCN. A historical perspective.

RBSY began trading in early January 2005 at .50 and rose a penny or two each and every day for about 5 weeks. Then, in week 6, enormous volume came in and it topped out at about 2.40. During that same time period, AMRE slid from .05 to .02. Here's where the story takes a twist. AMRE, always a diluting, S-8 issuing stock, had bumped against its' 1 billion AS in late 2004 and consequently they R/S'd on December 17th, well ahead of the launch of RBSY. The OS decreased from 925 million to 38 million. With RBSY's success and AMRE's low OS, I was really stumped when AMRE didn't move. In fact, here's an early post of mine. http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=5057604

NAUC began trading early May 2005 at 1.00. Like RBSY, it rose by a few cents each and every day for about 3 weeks until enormous volume came in and it topped out at about 4.60. Here's where it gets interesting. AMRE had flatlined at about .01 between the time RBSY started trading and NAUC started rolling. By the second week in May, NAUC had doubled to 2.00 on low, steady volume. AMRE was still falling and had gone sub-penny. The alarms started going off in my head and that's when I posted this: http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=6385148

Note the date. It was a day or two before AMRE's stellar climb from .0096 to .21, a 2000% increase in a couple of days.

What's different now? The AMRE OS is back to an almost bloated 350 million. However, it now has revenue. All from NAUC. NAUC, since it IPO'd and subsequently fell, rose, and fell again, doubled its' first quarter revenue in the second quarter, from $108K for the 1st Q to $205K (rounded) in the 2nd Q ($313K for 6 months). And NAUC now has a new subsidiary, BZCN, which is adding to its' revenue with each eBay sale. http://stores.ebay.com/BizAuctions-Inc_W0QQcolZ2QQdirZQ2d1QQfsubZ0QQftidZ2QQtZkm

AMRE has another subsidiary, too, that's idle so far. http://www.voipcomusa.com/ with a waiting ticker symbol http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/company_profile.jsp?symbol=VCMU. I was surprised they didn't roll BZCN into that one. Oh, and RBSY's still out there waiting for a press release or two.

A play within a play within a play. Gotta love them.

BizAuctions Announces Eight Contracts for eBay Liquidation Services
10/2/2006

SAN DIEGO, Oct 02, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
BizAuctions, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BZCN), a prime provider of commercial eBay liquidation services for excess inventory, today announced eight Liquidation Services Contracts for various commercial clients.

The Liquidation Services Contracts called for BizAuctions to provide liquidation of select inventories or assets such as printing equipment, hardware supplies, restaurant equipment, and medical equipment, through eBay auctions or other distribution channels.

"These eight contracts are indicative of the growth of our business and the tremendous opportunity before us, and we expect to be able to obtain many additional contracts to provide our eBay liquidation services," noted Delmar Janovec, BizAuctions' CEO.

"At BizAuctions we are doing solid business and are providing valuable services to our clients. It is clear that American companies are in need of liquidation services, and we are aggressively targeting that market.

"With the excess inventory market near $60 billion, we are working to build a major operation and have a significant positive impact on corporate America. We believe that eBay liquidation services are indeed the future of inventory liquidation," Janovec concluded.

Took this from another board: Check it out!

How about this for AMRE being undervalued...do a little DD and you'll see. This info can be found on BZCN's webpage and it confirms the bigtime, and I mean BIGTIME, value of AMRE if you base it on nothing but their holdings in BZCN. That changed everything on AMRE; the IPO really moved the bar. 50 bagger? Don't think it can't be.....

just did a little DD on the BZCN website and according to the filing that's listed there, AMRE owns 20,500,000 shares of common stock of BZCN and 3000 preferred shares....do a little quick math there. On the common stock alone, 20.5 million times $2.07 (closing price on BZCN today), that means AMRE owns over $42 million in BZCN stock!!! And that's not counting the preferred which usually translates into a lot of common shares...Also AMRE is the parent, with a controlling interest and shares of Net2auction which is the direct parent of BZCN and they own almost 40 million shares of BZCN!!!!! Put the numbers on this and AMRE needs to have a market cap of somewhere north of $75 or even $100 million. And its market cap is what?? $3 million??? Is this a 50 bagger or what??? Notice that AMRE also has a couple other smaller subs too.... just on stock holdings alone this company is worth over .50/share right NOW. With BZCN going public last week and holding its price, its really raised AMRE's value significantly. Some big money knows that all too well. They also are preying on the quick profit takers today. Do some DD on this....its on BZCN's homepage...

(Pink Sheets:BZCN - News), a prime provider of commercial eBay liquidation services for excess inventory, overstock items, and returns for retailers, distributors, and manufacturers, announced that it is now offering its eBay liquidation services nationwide.

The Company has begun the nationwide initiative to solicit Liquidation Services Contracts with select Fortune 500 company facilities in more than 30 towns/cities in 25 states.

"We have begun offering our eBay liquidation services across the nation, and we feel that evaluating projects nationwide will open new doors and new revenue channels that we have not had access to before," explained Delmar Janovec, CEO of BizAuctions.

"BizAuctions has taken tremendous steps towards growth, and we expect that trend to continue as we ramp up our efforts. We feel that the revolution for enterprise-scale eBay liquidation of excess and distressed inventory is just beginning, and we are working to position ourselves to capture as much of that growth as possible.

"It is estimated that various companies across the nation are sitting on $60 billion worth of excess inventory, and we strive to help those companies liquidate that excess inventory. We are aggressively pursuing that $60 billion market opportunity," Janovec concluded.

Retailers, manufacturers, or distributors in need of BizAuctions' eBay liquidation services are encouraged to view a virtual tour of BizAuctions' facilities and flash video presentation at http://www.bizauctions.com/tour.shtml.

Additionally, those parties may contact the BizAuctions Sales Department at 800-961-3275 or sales*BizAuctions.com.

Previously BizAuctions has not pursued or entertained nationwide projects because management wished to develop its core on a local/regional level. While this continues, it will now entertain projects from companies across the U.S., based on the merits of each opportunity that may be presented. BizAuctions has begun an introductory marketing program to solicit Liquidation Services Contracts with select Fortune 500 company facilities in more than 30 towns/cities in 25 states. Because business development outside of the current service areas will be limited, and because nationwide projects may entail operational challenges, there is no assurance that the Company's solicitation efforts will be successful. Nationwide projects will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis on variables including, but not limited to, inventory volume, geographic location, type of inventory, facilities requirements, inventory dollar value, transport viability, capital requirements, and transport cost; as well as compliance with any state and/or local laws.

Whether the client is a Fortune 500 company with 1,000 items or a small business with 100 items, BizAuctions can take on most any project and recover funds from clients' excess inventory.

do you think this will help AMRE pps

Posted by J_U_ICE on :

up 16%

Posted by roba70 on :

If you hold AMRE shares, don't worry:

AMRE shares: 350,000,000
(INCL. dilution of 100 M which is NOT DONE till now.)
actual price / share = 0.0116 USD
therefore AMRE market capital = 4,060,000.00 USD (wow)

Actual BZCN share value = 2.43 USD
AMRE holds BZCN shares: 20,500,000 (ONLY COMMON, WITHOUT PREFERRED!)
that makes totally 49,815,000.00 USD ("Ohh"...see market cap of AMRE...)

Net2Auction holds BZCN share: 39,100,000 (ONLY COMMON, WITHOUT PREFERRED!)
that makes totally 95,013,000.00 USD ("Ohh" again...)

So, how much does AMRE own of NAUC?
I read something of 38%.... but don't know why.

This I fhave found in the disclosure statement of NAUC:
"As of December 31, 2004 and 2003, AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. ("Parent" or "Affiliates") controlled approximately 45.3 % and
0.0%, respectively, of the outstanding common stock of the Company. As of December 31, 2004 the Parent owned 100% or 6,500,000
shares of the Preferred stock outstanding. One share of Preferred stock has voting rights equal to 10 shares of common stock giving the
Parent company effective control."
I didn't find any filing for a dilution, so AMRE should still hold 45% of the common shares.

Lets calculate with both, 38% and 45%

So lets see the total figures what AMRE is worth ONLY with BZCN and Net2Auction:

AMRE direct BZCN: 49,815,000.00 USD
AMRE via Net2Auc: 42,755,850.00 USD (45% of 95,013,000)
===================================
AMRE holds BZCN: 92,570,850.00 USD
************************************

AMRE direct BZCN: 49,815,000.00 USD
AMRE via Net2Auc: 36,104,940.00 USD (38% of 95,013,000)
===================================
AMRE holds BZCN: 85,919,940.00 USD
************************************

**************************************
*(MARKETCAP OF AMRE IS 4 MILLION !!!)
**************************************
*
* AMRE SHOULD HAVE A SHARE VALUE
*
* of AT LEAST(!) 0.24 USD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*
**************************************

THIS CALCULATION IS WITHOUT
-Roboserv (RBSY) and
-West Texas Real Estate and Resources, Inc. (WTRER)
(A wholly owned subsidiary of AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. The Company is in discussions with firms in the Oil & Gas Industry regarding various opportunities.

BZCN BizAuctions Lands Liquidation Services Contract, $1,000,000 Retail Value
Business Wire - October 5, 2006 5:00 AM (EDT)

SAN DIEGO, Oct 05, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- BizAuctions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BZCN), a prime provider of commercial eBay liquidation services for excess inventory, announced it has executed a Liquidation Services Contract for distressed inventory and other assets with a retail value in excess of $1,000,000.

The Company executed the contract with a former retailer, who provided an inventory manifest showing an estimated retail value of $1,043,000. Additionally, this contract marks BizAuctions' first contract outside of its local/regional area, in accordance with plans to begin offering eBay liquidation services across the nation.

"This contract is indicative of the tremendous opportunity before us as we work to build a major operation and have a significant impact on corporate America," noted Delmar Janovec, BizAuctions' CEO.

"It is contracts such as this that demonstrate the $60 billion inventory problem that plagues companies across America. We feel the revolution for enterprise-scale eBay liquidation of excess and distressed inventory is just beginning, and are confident BizAuctions will be able to obtain many additional liquidation contracts," Janovec concluded.

With the inventory and assets currently stored in three 10x30 storage units in Arizona, BizAuctions is initially listing the items for sale on consignment basis on eBay in one lot at an opening bid price of $99,999. The inventory manifest and estimated retail value of $1,043,000 were established by the selling client, and there is no assurance that the auction will close with a winning bid at any price. The items and photos can be viewed through BizAuctions' eBay store under the member name bizauctionsinc. Interested parties are encouraged to track the status of the auction regularly for updates.

A virtual tour of BizAuctions' facilities and flash video presentation can be viewed at http://www.bizauctions.com/tour.shtml.

I did a little calculating, Check this out. AMRE owns 70% of RBSY market cap 3,760,000. AMRE`s share is 2,632,000, RBSY owns 100% of SSTI market cap is 448,000,000. AMRE`s share is 313,600,000. AMRE owns 70% of Nauc market cap is 7,430,000, Nauc owns 70% of BZCN. AMRE~S share is 5,200,000. Added up it comes to 321,432,000 DOLLARS. This does not count BZCN or the other 3 company`s. Divided by 250,000,000, AMRE`s OS according to Yahoo Finance. This comes up to $1.28 Per share not counting BZCN or the others. AMRE is worth about $1.50 to $1.75 right here, right now!!! I believe these figures to be correct. My God it`s less than a penny, Go figure?

Who would be selling a stock that is worth at the least $1.00. For less than a penny? When people figure this out it could run bigtime. Is this a Gold mine or am I way off base?

guys believe what u want to, but this company is a scam. It runs up big and then leaves many bag holders when it drops down even faster.

Anyone have insight as to what is happening here? I'm too new to this to understand, but it seems like it should be moving the other direction.
