Amer bulls has this as:

SKYBRIDGE WIRELESS INC
Daily Commentary

Our system posted a BUY-IF today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 09.26.2006 (7) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0012. Since then SBTG has fallen -16.67% .

The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Engulfing Pattern . This is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend.

SkyBridge Technology Group, Inc. (''SBTG'') Announces Its Subsidiary (Sierra Pacific Aviation, Inc) Has Been Given the Green Light from the FAA Regarding Its Part 141 Pilot School
Business Wire - October 05, 2006 09:00

LAS VEGAS, Oct 05, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- SkyBridge Technology Group, Inc.'s (OTC:SBTG) Board of Directors has announced today that its subsidiary Sierra Pacific Aviation Inc. has been given the green light from the FAA regarding FAA internal review of Sierra Pacific's submission to become a Part 141 Pilot School. "This is great news," said Sierra Pacific VP Scott Hughes. The San Diego FAA Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) contacted Sierra Pacific at the end of September, informing Sierra Pacific that the Certification Services Oversight Process (CSOP) was going forward. Hughes estimates this will speed up the certification process from a six-month endeavor to 90 days or less. "Coupling our Cirrus FITS-based training curriculum with Jeppesen proven Part 141 Syllabi, we should have few hurdles in CSOP," Hughes added. Part 141 Pilot Schools are certified by the FAA after a rigorous review process. Hughes, who has been an instructor under Part 141 prior to co-founding Sierra Pacific, explained that continuing oversight of the FAA and the higher standards imposed on 141 Pilot Schools will give Sierra Pacific the ability to endorse students for flight exams with reduced hours, opening up GI training eligibility and certain scholarships and student loan programs.

States James Wheeler, CEO of SBTG, "We are pleased at how Sierra Pacific continues to upgrade its training programs. By upgrading the quality of the training program and decreasing the certification process, we feel it will entice more individuals into our flight training school, thereby increasing the revenues from this part of the business."

news hasn't hit all the news wires yet.

This one is slowly and steadily increasing, which I will take over the stratospheric rise and asteroidal crash back to earth. this is still a great entry point as the chart looks like it could go much higher still.
