I see that they do voluntary quarterly reports, and have 79,754,324 shs outstanding. Their 52wk low was .001, and their 52wk high was 1.60?? That's what it says on pinksheets, but the charts don't show that. .25 maybe?

This stock has very low float, only
28 M shares, and the MMs took it down
to 0.0011 -- so she will rebounce by
the nature force of supply/demand,
no PR needed. All low float stocks
at 0.001* are good gamble, like WWCD,
CXTI, and RFDU a few weeks ago.

It had news 3 days ago? Maybe that's the reason it's going up? I don't know for sure, but here's part of the news:

Monday, September 25 2006 9:02 AM, EST SkyBridge Technology Group, Inc. ''SBTG'' Announces Its Subsidiary (Sierra Pacific Aviation, Inc) Will Produce a Televised Aviation News Magazine Business Wire "US Press Releases "
SkyBridge Technology Group, Inc. (OTC:SBTG) Board of Directors has announced today that its subsidiary Sierra Pacific Aviation will be producing a televised aviation news magazine, Aviators Paradise, that will air at strategic locations targeting the general aviation community. The hour long news magazine will focus on general aviation news, aircraft, equipment, destinations and close with an interview with high profile people involved with general aviation. "We have been working on this program for several months now, and already have key sponsorships in place," said Brent Neville, President of Sierra Pacific and Co-Anchor of the show. "We want to keep the general aviation community informed and entertained with up to date industry news, products and services," Neville continued.
The programs will be aired in private broadcasts at selected airport and aviation business locations initially covering the Southern California market. Since California represents approximately 30% of the aviation marketplace, and Southern California represents approximately two thirds of the state's aviation economy, the show will be aired to a combined audience of 15-20% of the US general aviation community. "Plans for syndication of the show are in the works, but we want to ensure the quality and acceptance of the program before we expand our territory," Neville adds. The final product will be comprised of regional and national stories to meet the needs and desires of each market the same way local television stations cover everyday news. For more information on the show contact Sierra Pacific at 858-268-0030 and mention Aviators Paradise.

they took the pps down on good news.
They collected tons of shares thru
stop-loss sale orders.

SkyBridge Technology Group, Inc. 'SBTG' Announces Its Subsidiary (Sierra Pacific Aviation, Inc.) Has Submitted Application to the FAA for Part 141 Pilot School Approval

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
SkyBridge Technology Group, Inc. (OTC: SBTG) Board of Directors has announced today that its subsidiary Sierra Pacific Aviation, Inc. has submitted application to the FAA for Part 141 Pilot School approval. Part 141 Pilot Schools have approved curriculum and operating procedures by the FAA to ensure the highest quality in pilot training. The comprehensive nature of the training, and reductions in the number and types of flying hours needed to earn specific certificates and ratings, give Sierra Pacific an advantage over other non-141 pilots schools which make up the majority of flight training companies. “This represents the next step in our training business growth,” said Scott Hughes, Vice President of Sierra Pacific. “Coupled with our FITS and Cirrus Standardized Training, Part 141 brings a level of quality and consistency to our training business that gives our students the best in aviation training methods and procedures,” Hughes continued. Part 141 will open other revenue sources such as GI benefits training, certain scholarships and student loans.

I use the average of 20-day and 5-day highs
as the next high; so for the above example,
it would be 0.0028, assuming that there is a
sharp drop and the pps stays at the bottom
for more than 5 days.

I'm in this one too and getting smoked. Oh well. Hopefulyl it'll bounce back soon.

This one has a crazy low float if I recall correctly.

Just checked.. . According to pinksheets.com 79,754,324 as of 2006-06-30

Take 80mil x .0008 and you could buy the whole company for $64,000.

Seems a bit absurd to me. This can absolutely fly with any real volume. Once I sell out of some of my AWYB I plan to double my position down here.
