Um...isn't Cornell in this stock? Cornell is a toxic financer and kills all stocks does it not? MSSI for example.

maybe, but the situation right now with a merger and shares changing hands to lynx, that shouldnt matter! plus we are getting close to the cross! take it for what its worth.
Im more focused on what lynx petro is bringing into this merger!

Just about the ceo. He was a crooked politician in ecudor. something like 30 million dollars was being laundered or something. But corruption is good for oil companies they have to be or they will not get the good deals for the big oil contracts!!! jmho.
Im playin this for the potential of the properties they will be updating us on. They might be in some other areas of natural resources as well, just hear say.

Alright I called him and he calld back after 5 minutes. I didnt even leave a message. This is what I understand so far.
1)He said the website was being formed when internet was coming down designed to be portal from many companies. They have suspended the making of the website , they need to formulate the merger and get of cornell.
2) Cornell is the biggest enemy out there. Cornell has so much money in escrow . For the past week , they have been trying to get rid of debt with cornell. He said its very close, he said they are in the final steps , final process.
3) Rob has 6.7 million shares which he originally bought at 0.10 cents. He knows how to deal with cornell and he said he is going to make things happen.
4)The shareholders should not be scared , they should have faith and realize cornell will be done .
5) They need to get rid of all debt which is $250,000.
6) Rob brought Texeco in 1992 the first company to deal with oil and he did that of his own reputation and now he is working with them and he can do it again.
7) The debt he said should be paid off within a week or two . Once the debt is done , merger will be done.

I dont care what anybody else says. This is looking nice. A golden cross is coming shortly with this one. No doubt. Just need a little more buying pressure to kick this one into second phase of goin higher!! Oct. 12th the PPS will be much higher, heck even the eow it will be. This is just my humble opinion though!!! GLtA

Does it seem the risk to benefit on this one is to high. I would have thought that with recent merger news, reduction and cancelation of shares and debt pay-off this one would have a little more credibility? Well, we will see by oct. 12 or so. Still have time to pick up more shares imo!!! hahaha GLTA

They are a shell for other companies to move into. As of now Lynx Petroleum is moving in on or before the 12th. They are an oil and natural resource company from ecuador. Lynx Petro will be moving into our share structure soon.
