Just about the ceo. He was a crooked politician in ecudor. something like 30 million dollars was being laundered or something. But corruption is good for oil companies they have to be or they will not get the good deals for the big oil contracts!!! jmho.

Alright I called him and he calld back after 5 minutes. I didnt even leave a message. This is what I understand so far.
1)He said the website was being formed when internet was coming down designed to be portal from many companies. They have suspended the making of the website , they need to formulate the merger and get of cornell.
2) Cornell is the biggest enemy out there. Cornell has so much money in escrow . For the past week , they have been trying to get rid of debt with cornell. He said its very close, he said they are in the final steps , final process.
3) Rob has 6.7 million shares which he originally bought at 0.10 cents. He knows how to deal with cornell and he said he is going to make things happen.
4)The shareholders should not be scared , they should have faith and realize cornell will be done .
5) They need to get rid of all debt which is $250,000.
6) Rob brought Texeco in 1992 the first company to deal with oil and he did that of his own reputation and now he is working with them and he can do it again.
7) The debt he said should be paid off within a week or two . Once the debt is done , merger will be done.

The chart itself shows very good upward movement is possible this coming week!
The merger news would just send it through the roof if it is what people are saying it will be.... That in pinky land is just gambling on a rumor. Some times a very good way to make money! All IMO!

I'm one of those that sold...did I make a mistake, I will find out. Got my finger on the trigger though. I't was a nice two days! The chart is pretty and a good chart move right now is what we all need. No dilution happening which is sweet. Holding above the 200 day and a cross among us. Theres a big difference between reverse and just a merger. LYNX is not public they must be buying shares of EZTO in order to become a public company which is what they're trying to achieve. They want to go public and a reverse merger is the easiest way for a non-public Co.

Couldnt tell ya. Lynx Petro is moving into the share structure of the company so it is probably a reverse merger? Im not an expert! I do know that EZTO is cleaning up the share structure to accomodate Lynx Petro. Lynx probably had requirements before they moved in. So far all has been satisfied! Read the last PR's. Do some DD.

That's what I thought, you really have no clue When a company wants to go public by merging with a public company they have to buy share of the public company. EZTO moving into a new business. EZTO could be paying LYNX with shares to to get in on Lynx's Revenue. I don't think this is a reverse merger. I could be wrong.

yes it will, how soon???? Let me say, this is shaping up for Lynx Petro very well. The company (EZTO) is based in Miami, FL. So there has got to be a group play involved here to squeeze the shorts out!!! And finally when Lynx moves in BOOOOOMMMMMM!!! Check the charts its is still gathering strength for Boomage! JMHO.
Although this stock does trade a little wierd you cant beat the chart, steady upward momo, Huge short position just starting to get chipped away, NOBO list coming soon, so yeah im pretty confidident of .15 in near term! How about .60 and above when Lynx settles in! O/S and Float should drastically be reduced.

there's definitely something going on with this play and it's gonna pop. looking simply at its 2 mo. chart... no way this thing goes from no volume at approx. .0022 low in early august to .02 present with big volume and then fizzles out back to prior lows. i'm in this play first thing tomorrow.

Just came back across this one tonight. Missed the news early today and although just an LOI. EZTO appears getting to a good buy point again. Note chart shows usually bounces well when it bottoms around .01- .011 range. The merger appears complete with Lynx so expecting a symbol change per previous PR's.
I'm keeping on radar and watching for a quick dip and volume. Could run back to .02-.025 easily.
