AWYB is the #1 Most Read At IHUB today.

That says something about the interest involved in this stock right now.

PCola, you are free to play your game.
But, I think Skip got a very good point.
I just presented tha history of this ceo,
which collaborted with Skip point of view.
Yes, this stock could go to 1.00, but
it could also go to 0.0001 again, as stated
by Skip.

Never, get sucked into a rally.

All reverse split/short squeezes/both like PAIV/PAVC, CSHD etc have gone on to new highs till the squeeze comes to an end. For people who have bought in the low teens, nothing to worry. Others, I am not sure. I would not buy at these levels. Just holding to see the real top...

Art has been good to me so far [Smile] Should be interesting once the NOBO list comes out..could go either direction depending on how many are short...

I just got off the phone with the source of that information. He had a conversation with Don, who also said he'd have the NOBO list in his hands tomorrow, or first thing Wednesday AM...

In regard to the 5MM float, he said that the OS and Float may eventually get increased to 15MM OS/5MM float(possibly)/10MM restricted, but AFTER the finalization of the merger, not that it already HAS been increased. Which was just proven out by the numbers from the TA not changing.. And even so, 1.2MM more free trading shares? who cares, lol that's not gonna help any shorts.

This info was mentioned in Pannetta's paltalk room, and that's what started the 3:30 selloff. So.... as of right now, no increase in the OS or float, and not gonna happen until after the cusip change, anyway, so in the meantime the shorts are as screwed as they ever were.

Basically, the MM's took it down on some panic selling, for something that hasn't actually even happened and may not for weeks..lol

In a nushell, bargain priced shares tomorrow AM... should rebound quickly once everyone knows why it dropped there late-day...

I am not basher, I just want to make sure everyone not to lose money because I lost a lot money because of greedy. If you can see AWYB gained from $.10 up to $.66 (up to 500%) within 3 days. Normally, stock will fall on third day after it run.
- got in .12 and got out .20
- got in .22 and got out .29
- got in .32 and got out .39
- got in 40 and got out .60
Greedy will be come loser.
I better make a couple hundred dollars than lose my capital.

Warnings against greed are always welcome. I know I'd've made a lot more money off pinks if I were willing to accept less at key moments. How many of us have lost a fortune by sticking around too long? Probably all of us.

Warnings like yours and skip's are important on this one, but, really, it's not going back to .10 until it's done and telling people you're holding for .10 is not going to help anyone.

JIm, I don't really disagree with anything that you've said, but you could pretty much go to any penny stock thread and post that it is going to go down afte a big run and you'll probably be right 99.9% of the time. My point was just that if you keep saying it will go down, eventually you'll be right. I think I even said I wouldn't advise anyone to buy at these levels. For those who are in, hold tight and let the shorts buy your shares on your terms, for those who are not in, I would agree with Jim that the risk/reward is much worse than when I got in, and when I yelled to anyone that would listen that they could make a killing here.

G'night.

Nobody is in love with the CEO or The company. Only here to make money on this which i already have.

It dipped yesterday On a false rumor and panik set in in the last half hour. You should never trade on a rumor "ONLY FACT". I will not let
30 minutes yesterday deter me from my goal.

Everyone do what is comfortable for yourself and you will be just fine. I sure would not recommend buying at these levels, but I think this will be a very interesting day!
GLTA!

Volume is very low, but we gotta feel good about the fact that it didn't immediately crash. Probably it will gradually strengthen over th ecourse of the day as traders who bailed or were watching get their confidence back.

HEEFE: Why wouldn't you recommend people buy in at these levels? We're looking at a very likely 2 or 3 bagger from here, conceivably a 10, and a 20 is unlikely but possible. This is still a great buy.

kermit, the way I typically think about it is this way: Would I tell my best friend to buy at these levels.

I answered "YES! BUY BUY BUY!" at .07-.10, I answered "Yeah man, it's worth the risk" from .10 - .20, and answered "Sure, throw a few bucks at it and see what happens" from .20 - .30.

But at this point, there is a LOT of downside risk here, like if the NOBO comes out and thre is no short position (as unlikely as that is, given the volume traded the last few days, and today).

I wouldn't advise a friend to buy at these levels, until the NOBO comes out. If it comes out this afternoon and shows 10mil+ still short, I'd be screaming "BUY BUY BUY!" to anyone who will listen, but until the list comes out, the risk/reward is not worth it, IMO. But I'm in for a .09 average or so, so it still worth holding for me.

Make sense?

I'm getting bored...

I'm still holding 45K shares, and can hold until it goes back under .05 and still make money, so I'm setting my microcaptrade to alert me if it goes under .20 or over .75 and not looking at it again 'til then. I'm sick of staring at it for no reason. Talk to you all later.

AWYB News:

American Way Business Development Corp. Shareholder Update

Tuesday , October 03, 2006 14:10 ET

BOCA RATON, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/03/06 -- American Way Business Development Corporation (PINKSHEETS: AWYB) ("AWYB" or the "Company") announces that AWYB last week requested the Non-Objecting Beneficial Owner ("NOBO") list from American Data Processing Inc. located at 51 Mercedes Way, Edgewood, NY 11717 ("ADP"). ADP has already begun to process the request and is currently awaiting responses from banks and other institutions. The Company expects to receive the report early next week and will release the aggregate data as soon as possible after receiving the report.

As part of the ongoing restructuring of the Company, AWYB is planning an authorized share reduction from the current 60 billion shares authorized to 100 million shares. The current share structure is 12.8 million shares outstanding, the majority of which are restricted and NOT FREE-TRADING.

Mr. Platten states, "Our primary motivation has always been the well-being of our shareholders. This is why we find it so distressing that the Company's stock seems to have become the plaything of short sellers." For anyone carrying shorts and those AWYB shareholders with questions, please contact Don Platten, AWYB president, via e-mail at donplatten17*aol.com or at our corporate office number, 561-962-4124.
