Anyone not believing that dilution from greedy CEO's is enemy number 1, Mid May you had a PPS as high as .026. They dilutued this a factor of ten times in 3 months. That is excatly why it is where it is today.
Today and 10/18 saw 3 times average volmes. Was showing oversold with an RSI under 30 when the PPS was .001. Number wise it should rebound. However, I do have some reservations. NITE & UBSS backed off the Bid at .0009 & .0008, respectively. I like when they are in the thick of things, they usually lead runs. We all complain about MM manipulation, but believe me, those two are the best friends a run ever had. More than MM activity and / or manipulation the thing that concerns me is the company continuing to dilute. I don't see any dilutive filings, and sometime you don't. An example is the surprising rise in O/S from one 10Q to the next, without a SB-2, S8, present, they relied on the From 10 to report it. Once they taste human flesh, it is difficult to keep them from diluting. Investor's hides become their piggybank.
Hard to say, if it gets a technical bounce form here, (.001), it can easily double, and might even seee .003 again. BIG IF ! Might happen before the next From 10 filing. If the next form 10 shows more dilution everyone bought trouble, if not, it will eventually have some decent gains.
Wish I knew the answers now, just no way of telling, but when I see volumes like this thing has, it sure does make me suspicious coupled with their greedy history.

All pink stocks are POS -- they are for gamble only; but if you gamble on the MMs' side, you have good chance to win the game. This stock will behave like CTXI, which got a good run last week. Stay out of the thread, if you don't feel comfortable to play.

From what I see sniffing around there does seem to be more than a couple traders grabbing any cheap shares so I don't know that it'd dip below the .001 longer than it did today but it is a valid concern.

CBCL was taken down to .0008 today after opening at .0011, doesn't seem like much until you consider it as a percentage 27.2%. That's just today, think over the last 20days, more than 50%. Volumes have been unusually high. It is so oversold it is screaming to be bought. I tried at .0008 today, (didn't fill), because I believed that is bottom, whether it sees that again or not, I don't know.
There is only one thing that concerns me, and that is the company's history of diluting. It bothers me that from one 10Q to the next they diluted a factor of 10. The dilution was hidden, and not reported until the Q2 Form 10. Still the O/S is under 250M at 233M. It's a gamble for sure, but because of all the volume, and the oversold condition the investor has the edge. Just beware it is a gamble, they can always be diluting, or worse, pull a stunt like SEVI did.

All pinky stocks are for gamble only. The pps was pulled down to 0.0008, but I was not able to get filled, finally settled at *9. MMs' trick is to scared investors. CBCL is likely to follow CTXI. I love this game of 0.000* while the O/S is under 600 M shares. We may have to wait for next 10Q, about 4 weeks from today. Will is right, CBCL is a big dilutor, so after this game I will stay away from it until they finish their R/S and the pps is pulled down to 0.000* again. Make sure that you get out during the run.
