The pattern of this stock shows frequent runs, especially since its recent merger. I've been researching developing companies that are starting out on the otc but show great potential. The merger will private subsidiary HBLN Services positions CBCL to garner significant contracts, especially WiMax contracts, which should be expected. Patience before news is key here.

HBLN Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of CyberTel Capital Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CBCL), and Terra Communications, Inc. today announced that they have closed a $200,000 contract to design and deploy a network management system for an undisclosed client.
Terra Communications experience with RF systems and HBLN Services experience SNMP network management technology will enable their client to monitor key performance characteristics and alarm indications on radios serving a large wireless network.

The drudgery is over. This stock goes to .01 every month or so reliably and anticipation of major WiMax contracts will push this higher. Charts show the beginning of the next leg up in the breakout that started last month after the merger.
