they just had a split and i am hearing that the shares were restricted just like PAIV and PAIM if this is the case we should see a nice big fat run

can anyone confirm that the shares are restricted?

HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 08/11/06 -- Quantum Bit Induction Technology Inc. (PINKSHEETS: QBIT) announced today that the process for a forward split of its shares of its common stock, 10-for-1, is being completed. The anticipated effective date will be announced.

after the split they have 1.36 billion shares out give or take, this was a foward split so a restriction is unlikely, no mention of a restriction in the PR about the split, company does not file so no 10Q or 8K to read for details. you may have heard wrong superman.

why does it say low of day .0005 did it actually trade at that today,,,

this is a huge bottom player check out the chart on this one it has nice volume today already about 4 times daily moving average.

plus i am still hearing alot of rumor about the shares being restricted so this could be a big player

well it may have finally hit bottom at .0005 and there are rumors which is probably pushing it so it can start getting momo hear real soon and make a big push...the volume is definatly there
