i bought 20000 of these shares about 2 monthes ago for .05 and i know they split 10 for 1, i am looking in my etrade account and still shows 20000 shares instead of 200000 so i called E-trade and they told me that yeah it will still take sometime before u get ur split adjusted shares. Is anyoneelse here with E-turd or any other broker that bought this stock before the split and if so did u get ur split adjusted shares yet?

looks like he is saying the new shares are resricted.

Shareholders,

Our Board of Directors has provided a resolution, that was drafted by
our securities counsel, to NATCo.. The resolution characterizes the
recent corporate action as a split and not a dividend. I have heard
many opinions that the difference is restriction status.

I know that certificate holders who called me were grateful, hopeful,
and believe firmly in Qbit's future.

I know that account holders who understand and love our Company were
content to wait for credit in their account or ask their brokers to
send them the extra shares in certificate form.

I know that traders and recent sellers were almost hostile or at least
straining to resist enraging. At least when they called me.

Our Transfer Agent, who is also our resident agent for the State of
Nevada, has the Board Resolutions that characterizes the transaction
as a split. NATCo will then act regarding all Shares issued with the
responsibilities that they have. This will thus effect DTC which will
thereafter effect brokerages and finally the account holders.

For those Shareholders that continue to believe and support what Qbit
is all about......thank you. For the majority of you, thank you for
the polite calls of encouragement and support.

I suppose these will be the days when Qbit stayed the course and
pushed our projects and company through. The days when you got a lot
of stock for your money......

The split shares were distributed as free trading common shares as indicated by all sources, NASD, DTC, etc. We have now been advised that the spilt shares will be 144A restricted securities and as such will not be free trading. We have reversed out any account that received the split shares. Please check your customer accounts and cover any positions that need to be covered

The split shares were distributed as free trading common shares as indicated by all sources, NASD, DTC, etc. We have now been advised that the spilt shares will be 144A restricted securities and as such will not be free trading. We have reversed out any account that received the split shares. Please check your customer accounts and cover any positions that need to be covered

i think it jus means that people who had shares before this split happened werent allowed to sell there shares cause they were restricted but they still sold them and now have to rebuy them. word on the street is so far 50mil+ restricted shares were sold and have to be covered

FYI No.3 I never made any mention of it being a restricted position. The f/s shares have not it to my account as of today. I just asked them where the hell my shares are.

That would be nice, but I doubt it...

CLYP is a known dilutor, and it has been all over this yesterday and today, watched it shell out about 3 mil shares in about 30 seconds this morning...could pop up, but it looks like the company is dumping shares while the price is up, I don't blame them...all my dumb opinion

I remembered that it was PAVC after I started digging....it had a nice day, then two closes red (but not bad), then three days of explosive gains. Even if we don't see big jumps today, I don't think QBIT is done...

The online restrictions are only for certain brokers...depending on who you have, Jenna, you may be able to buy. This one made a HUGE gain on Thursday the 7th, and then again yesterday it went as high as 600% (ish) off of the previous day's close. It started running at around .002. Do I think this is the bottom? No. Would I buy here if I had available funds? Yes. They had a screw up where restricted funds were made unrestricted accidentally in at least one major brokers accounts, so there are many people left in a short position. They will have cover - when, how much, and at what price, who knows...

Make sure you do your research on companies before you put much (if any) money in. There are people on these boards that will help you lose your money intentionally. I'm not one of them, but they are everywhere....

Edit: Ones that run like this you also need to watch like a hawk. It goes down as fast as it goes up sometimes with no rhyme or reason - just my two cents.

qbit rolled out nicely for me yesterday...picked up another batch today after selling it yesterday at .0095 with a 250% profit. I picked this up last friday and flipped a five days later. IMO...I don't think it is dead yet.

Official numbers of how many restricted shares hit the market not available yet (not sure that will be any). OK, trying to do the simple math…

QBIT has issued 139,375,000 shares at 07/31/06
10-to-1 forward split has been completed on 08/31/06
140mil x 10 = 1,400,000,000 where 1,260,000,000 are restricted

Since August 31 QBIT is traded 546,560,865 shares

Now look at assumptions:
10% of restricted shares hit the market
10 % of 1,260,000,000 = 126,000,000 – maybe but QBIT wouldn’t do 153 million on Thursday
20% of restricted shares hit the market
20 % of 1,260,000,000 = 252,000,000 – most likely (based on trading pattern) and at least more 120-150mil will need to be covered
30% and up – do your own math…

I think that we’ll have few more runs during next week.

I'm not sure, realtor. I have the same problem as you with Etrade. I contacted E*Trade and the QBIT CEO. Here are their responses. According to the QBIT CEO the shares are not restricted, but there is a communication problem between the TA and QBIT's share agents. It's kind of a joke.

E*Trade still thinks the shares are restricted. I forwarded the CEO's response to E*Trade's custome service- they've been pretty useless lately.

Broker Scottrade make more than $5000 on my QBIT stock. They holded my shares and did not let me sell my shares ( when QBIT hit $.014 ) value was $7450 ). Now they release QBIT shares for me with value is only $ 1245 (QBIT went down $.0023). They make money on short sell and buy back and release the shares to their customer.

Watch out your broker ! They don't let you sell when the stock run up to the top.

I bought more at .0023 yesterday and it lowered my average to .007 something just on a very small buy. has anyone here looked at the web site? sounds like science fiction! I see alot of tesla and moray and brown theoreticle work, these guys could have pulled this stuff off any one of dozens of so called "quack science" sites!, I personaly believe some of this stuff they talk about could work but so far no "real" science has confirmed anything i see there. wild stuff!! Look at SSSU the past couple days...They filed for NOBO this week also...QBIT should follow that run IMO...I also don't think that SSSU is done yet...not by any means...their numbers should be made public soon...The daytraders jumped on it the past two days...so...take a look at the charts...Higher lows all the way through...

QBIT was a double in 30 minutes this afternoon after the PR...It takes a few days to get the short numbers after filing and the shorts will scramble to cover...I just wonder how large is the squeezzzzeeee going to take this...

Is there any sights where I can get educated a little bit. By the way I do own 50000 shares of qbit. i've been watching it on my Scottrade watch list for a while and it always seems to go up more frequently them most. I just wish I had more money to throw at it. I dont understand this NOBO thing that everyone has been talking about lately.

Hey Gumzsa,

I'm usually on the CSHD board came here because I just got QBIT today because it's waiting on a NOBO list. If you are new to this stuff you REALLY should do a lot of DD (due diligence) (or in other words- homework - detective work) on a stock BEFORE you buy it. If you want to make a boat load of $$$ buy CSHD asap. I did a lot of DD on it as did many people on the CSHD board & it's a great company! The CEO is quite a fun character - Rufus! I got in the stock a month ago *.95, others got in *.08 only for months ago. It is now *2.63. The CEO is pushing for it to go to Nasdaq. The 10K is due out no later than Mon. then after that he's going to halt trading for a while & reset the price * $15 / share WITHOUT doing a reverse split! We've seen the 8K the company is worth billions! This is a bargain price. It's the ONLY penny stock I've felt really confident about. Soorry I'm rambling!
Anyway CSHD statred all this with the NOBO list. I don't know if I understand it either but I believe (and people correct me if I'm wrong) that it's a list of people who own shares of the company. If you are on the list you have "real" shares- There are people out their that sell shares that don't exist & this kind of garbage is killing penny stocks! So CSHD started this mascarade & it seems as though other stocks are filing suit- which is great!
I copied an explaination of the NOBO list. I hope it helps:

NOBOs and OBOs

Under NI 54-101, there are two types of beneficial owners: (1) non-objecting beneficial owners (“NOBOs”), who are beneficial owners of securities who have instructed their intermediary that they do not object to the intermediary disclosing ownership information about them for the purposes of NI 54-101; and (2) objecting beneficial owners (“OBOs”), beneficial owners who object to the intermediary providing such information. “Intermediaries” are generally brokerage firms who hold securities in accounts for their clients.


I'm so sorry guys. I'm really not a PUMPER just really excited about CSHD.

8k's & 10K's are financial filings with the sec. They are audited financials (hopefully)!

A good place to look these definitions up is www.investopedia .com . I put a space in between investopedia and the dot because this site doesn't always let us do links. Make sure when yo cut & paste the link that you delete the space.

We have begun drawings of electrosonocentrifusor. From drawings flow
parts, then assembly and testing. The device seems to remain within
our testing abilities as we pursue building it. We've also added to
the circuit analysis work on the wireless power effort.

We have the next two propulsion experiments under final discussion.
This work is not expensive and we believe it to be within
experimental reach. Allocating the time, people, and money to the
follow through is all we need to coordinate.

We should be able to sell acyclovir and other items that relate to
human rejuvenation on our website soon. Qbit recently closed on a
transaction that gave us control of an online pharmacy. Our hope is
that those who hear and understand our message on the subject of
human rejuvenation just buy the simple products that help in that
effort from us. We will all see how that goes.

Qbit will continue to update this Group as events unfold for our
Company.

Qbit's Board has passed certain resolutions today that is our step #2
in correcting our capitalization course. Thank you all for your faith, confidence, and support. Our Corporate Secretary will advise this Group of the details of those Resolutions later this week.

Qbit is making progress on each of our project areas. We are moving to correct our problems with the NGD work. We are building the web
interfaces through which we will deploy our latest and greatest
causality generators. We have tests planned for our work in power and
propulsion. We should even have small news on the biology front that
may lead to sales. I will make the time to more thoroughly brief this
Group on what we are doing, where we are going, and what happens next.

I have spoken with the other Officers and Board Members of Qbit and we agree that our Group has focused more than is appropriate on the

marketplace for promises to deliver Qbit Common Stock that are sold

designed to prevent folks from calling shares of stock with only
speculative value the same thing as money on financial statements,
reports, as collateral, etc.. This seems completely sensible and
reasonable to Qbit in maintaining a stable and productive economy.

Brokerage companies operate just like banks in a certain respect.
Brokerages are allowed to "accept assets for deposit" from the public
and give those people credit in an account with the brokerage. In
accounting, the securities that a brokerage accepts for deposit become
assets of the brokerage company and the brokerage company also books an
offsetting liability for those securities. Brokerage companies are held
accountable to strict accounting and capitalization rules in operating
such a business. Qbit now understands that the liabilities (security
type) owed by a brokerage are not necessarily the same as the assets
owned by the brokerage company.

The accounting rules for brokerages account for QBIT Common Stock as
zero value. This means that if a customer deposits $100 in cash with a
brokerage, then, the brokerage has $100 in liabilities and $100 in
assets. If the customer buys QBIT Common Stock and the brokerage company
also buys the stock, then, the brokerage books a liability to the
customer of $0 and an asset of $0, both amounts owing to the fact that
QBIT Common Stock is accounted for as valueless by the financial system.
If, however, the brokerage books the liability of QBIT Shares to the
customer of $0 and does not buy the asset to be owned by the brokerage,
then, the brokerage still has $100 in assets. This amounts to a $100
increase in net worth or capital for the brokerage company. In other
words, billion dollar brokerage companies are better off booking the
liability for QBIT Shares without owning them than they are in booking
the liability to a depositor and an offsetting liability.

Qbit does not think this practice is unreasonable, unsound, or unfair.
We have, however, not felt the full blunt force of this practice until recently.

Qbit has formulated a strategy to capitalize on the financial
environment in which we operate. This strategy is taking the form of a
Class B Common Stock.

The Class B Common Stock has been approved by the Shareholders some time
back and recently the Board of Directors authorized the creation of the
Class B Common Stock. Qbit's Corporate Secretary is following through on
the appropriate paperwork.

The Class B Common Stock is designed to be a superior instrument to the
Ordinary Common Share. The Class B Common Share may be converted to
Ordinary Common Stock and Ordinary Common Stock may be converted into
Class B Common Stock. The conversion rate is initially planned as 1,000
Ordinary Common for 1 Class B Common and vice versa. The conversion rate
will increase by 1.4% per month. The Class B Common will have 2,000
votes per share, have access to our causality generating systems via the
web, and will have other reasons that it is attractive to convert your
Ordinary Common Stock into Class B Common Stock.

The Class B Common Stock is attractive enough that I, personally, and
the other large QBIT Shareholders will be converting all but a very few
of our Ordinary Common Shares. I say, "...but a few..." because Qbit's
plan is to push the issued Ordinary Common Shares very, very low...but
not to zero.

Qbit will accept certificate or electronic delivery of QBIT Ordinary
Common Shares for conversion into Class B Common Shares. Really,
electronic credit in a brokerage account is just a "promise to deliver".
Because of the financial environment in which Qbit finds itself, we are
hopeful that we will be able to acquire substantially all or our
Ordinary Common Shares and many "electronic promises to deliver" with a
well designed Class B Common Stock.

Lastly, Qbit's Officers will communicate with this Group as details
become relevant. We are working toward the Class B Stock as our step #2
in resolving our capitalization issues. Step #1 was the forward split at
the end of August. Please stay the course with us through our step #4.
Qbit believes that in four basic steps we can improve our capital

Sounds to me like they want to say the heck with the brokerages and convert your common stock to Class B stock. Then your Class B stock conversion rate to common stock will increase 1.4%/month.

Sounds to me that QBIT is saying to us shareholders that if you buy common stock and keep it in a brokerage, you won't make squat in the long run. But if you convert to Class B, which share conversion grows 1.4%/month you will make money in the long run. However, to sell your Class B stock, you have to convert back to common shares and sell it in the market.

Sounds like a form of dilution if you ask me.

Dilution is when the company is selling shares.
EOD trading yesterday showed some buying pressure without dilution...time will tell...The charts show a pop is possible...but...dilution keeps the PPS down...

NOBO is nothing more then a tool and very inaccurate at that. With it
you can get an idea of how many naked shorts exists but not at all
accurate. If used in the goal of foiling the naked shorts in a plan its
is very valuable. The company will need several NOBOs for comparison.
Many other companies are trying different types of programs to force
the naked shorts to convert. Don't forget this is all new to all of us
and will be a work in progress for quite a while. Have faith in
management and support them and in time I believe we will be happy with
the results. This will not happen over night. This is a good company
and with all of our help we can make it a great company. Howardhaftel

New scientist just published an article on Qubits referencing two independant studies making huge breakthroughs regarding Quantum networks. I think this company has Mad potential and I'm with it no matter what.

I bought a measly 500,000 but some people are buying in the millions and also with another account I have I put in only 175 and now have 280 from this granted it is hard to make those kinds of gains from everything but, it helps the more capital you have to put in obviously increases your chances of making money espcecially when you take into account trading fees.

I think we have PAVI and AWYB and SSSU situation happening here.

Just checked NV filing site. The company did a FORWARD SPLIT filed on 8/17/2006 1:10 Shares was increased from 200 million shares to 2 billion shares. Repeat, it's not Amendment to increase A/S but STOCK SPLIT.

On 7/31/2006 the company had 200 million A/S. 139.375 million issued which owned by 211 shareholders.

Insiders (more than 5%) own 69.53% of the shares (7 entities). That is 96.90 millions shares, float not owned by more than 5% insiders: 42.47 million shares.

From beginning of Aug (08) to Oct 20, there have been 2.252 billions shares traded (before 8/10/06, hardly volume) ranging in .0007 to .0145 but mostly avg out around .002

So STOCK SPLIT took place, filed on 8/17/2006. Has shares been distributed? If so, those with 5% or more can sell only certain percentage a year. Where did the share coming from? There has been no share increase filed except that F/S to increase liquidity. Price of the stock before F/S has been around .004 a share.

If shares has NOT been distributed, then what happens here?

Keep in mind that O/S is 139 millions on 7/31/06 and float is 42 millions on 7/31/06. Filing for STOCK SPLIT on 8/17/06. Now look at these trades on 8/10 to 8/31/06 when the forward shares are distributed. 228 millions shares traded and price was traded mostly around .0018 to .007. But price went up after the distribution date to trade mostly where it was before the Forward Split annoucement 8/17. Where do the shares coming from? Can we say MMs shorted the stock ahead of the forward split? Are these new FORWARD SPLIT restricted? IF SO, HUNDREDS OF MILLION SHARES (IF NOT BILLION PLUS) ARE BEING SHORTED!!!!

Can this be another case of Brokers sold the stock that supposed to come from Forward Split but not put out yet .. just like PAVI or SSSU or AWYB? If so, imagine that float of 42 million shares could had been scooped locked up by insiders and friends who don't have more than 5%.

Maybe this is the way the company plays with the system and will get the shorties? Gosh I hope this is the case. It's going to be FUN!!!!

You might want to get in before people start catching up on this. This can be a huge return stock. 10X, 40X, 200X, 600X like PAVI or AWYB

Short Squeeze

For those of you who are wondering why this stock is getting so much attention, here is what is going on.

The company recently announced a 10 for 1 forward split. This took place on Aug 31. The new shares were put into everyones account. A number of people sold some or all of their shares as is quite often the case in forward splits. A few days later, brokers started notifying people that they were short the shares they had received from the f/split and sold. It seems the shares received from the 10 to 1 split were actually restricted for a year. To add to the madness, usually after forward splits, MM's will short shares because there are now many additional shares for them to get their hands on.

To make a long story short, there is now a short squeeze going on. Individual investors as well as MM's are short shares.

For those of you who remember the past, PAIV created much the same situation. That stock ran from .001 to .25. Those who own, hold on to your hats. Anyone who doesn't, there should still be time to get aboard.

Also I started in these sub-penny stocks with $10K capital in 2003 with smaller amounts in each stock, but now have the liberty of investing upto $8000 per stock....

Started with lot of stocks in small amounts in 2003. Could not keep track of all and sufferred lossses. It was as though I was suffering from ADD!!!

Nowadays,
1) I am a bit choosier to begin with
2) Invest in fewer stocks
3) Getting better at separating noise with substance
4) Cut my losses QUICKLY in case I make a bad decision
5) Look more for SHORT SQUEEZE plays
6) And hence make more money these days.

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't converting to class B lower the O/S? If so this should not hurt common stock price, I know that class B will be able to convert back, but if this allows them to dilute into the supposed reduced O/S that class B owners still hold, this could lower common PPS?
