btw.... It is restricted.. the shares we received from the split are restricted. Anything bought after the split is fine, and NOT restricted. But yeah.. it's for the same reason as the PAIV stock

Not that I know of. It showed as normal for one day, then the next.. restricted, except for my original shares.

What the company is trying to do.. is keep it from getting shorted. Thats why they decided to make it restricted. What I'd like to find out is.. for how long??? Since it wasn't in the news about the split... and it didn't happen till a couple of days later.

I agree with will on SEVI, I don't really see it running until the dilution is over...

Nice job Superman. I'm busy at work today, so I wasn't really able to focus on the market or this board today. I caught this at .0025 and thought it was too late but went in anyway. Glad I did. Thanks.

Ask PAIM holders. They took 90% of your share away and gave you a debit that you can get in 5 years or something. Bsaically they can do whatever they want.

price is post split for all shares
i don't think they can leave 1 old share with new price and restrict other 9 shares
is like blocking 90% of your position

i bought 20000 of these shares about 2 monthes ago for .05 and i know they split 10 for 1, i am looking in my etrade account and still shows 20000 shares instead of 200000 so i called E-trade and they told me that yeah it will still take sometime before u get ur split adjusted shares. Is anyoneelse here with E-turd or any other broker that bought this stock before the split and if so did u get ur split adjusted shares yet?
