PPS down 28.6% from yesterday's close of, .0049 to today's low of .0035. Volume 6 to 10 times 5 / 20 / 50 / 100 day averages. Excellent variances.

Has some shortcomings:

O/S : The number of shares of issuer's Common Stock outstanding as of April 19, 2006:

Last Form 10 : http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2Fredirect.asp%3Ffilename %3D0001173473%252D06%252D000107%252Etxt%26filepath%3D%255C2006%255C06%255C16%255 C&symbol=SEVI

Has an open S8 for another 150M shares : http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2Fredirect.asp%3Ffilename %3D0001173473%252D06%252D000133%252Etxt%26filepath%3D%255C2006%255C08%255C10%255 C&symbol=SEVI

Total possible O/S = 338M

Have to love it being this oversold, RSI 27.

Recent news : http://finance.yahoo.com/q/h?s=SEVI.OB

Looking for a double here, I was green by close, not much, but might have caught bottom. I am showing 52 week low as .0035, reference below :

I really like this.

Looking back at early February, when it hit .0038, it bounced up 1000% to .038 within a week, and then bounced up and down to get to .075..

Will be looking for a good entry for this one on Tuesday.

Systems Evolution Announces Key Promotions
Systems Evolution, Inc. (OTCBB:SEVI), a Microsoft systems integrator and provider of business consulting services, announced several promotions in its Consulting Division preparing for projected growth and better financial results. Randy Steinle and Frank Prevatt have been elevated to General Managers of the Central Texas and Gulf Coast practices, respectively. Mr. Steinle earned the position by leading efforts to re-energize SEVI's San Antonio operations. Mr. Prevatt, the company's primary Microsoft architect, is transitioning into a role to grow Houston's consulting revenues.

Separately, Mike Amerson is developing and operating the division's new Project Management Office (PMO), strengthening SEVI's project management and service delivery processes. All three men report to Brad Wealand, Vice President of Consulting, as members of the division's Operations Review Committee.

"Stemming from several consultations with CMP Media's Institute for Partner Education and Development (http://www.iped.com), we embarked on re-energizing our organization as a practice-led solution provider, where authority for P&L and delivery decisions are pushed down to staff closer to end customers. I applaud Randy, Frank, and Mike for taking on these new roles and making a strong commitment to our company's future," said Wealand.

You know edge, I was having a discussion with someone regarding technicals vs. filings, and what sparks a run on a different thread last night, At least that was part of the conversation. I freely admit filings usually do not spark a run, but they do support it. I would like to do an excercise, that being, to reconstruct as much of the DD I showed above, prior to that Feb .0038, and subsequent run shortly afterwards. We know the result, 10 times from .0038 to .038, and just shy of 20 times to .075. Let's see what is different now, and try to assign a result to this time frame.

Let's begin with the O/S on Feb, 7, '06.

Our first Form 10 that we can use for O/S was filed on Jan. 17 '06 : The number of shares of issuer's Common Stock outstanding as of January 17, 2006: 106,258,626 shares.

Form 10 : http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2Fredirect.asp%3Ffilename %3D0000104375%252D06%252D000002%252Etxt%26filepath%3D%255C2006%255C01%255C17%255 C&symbol=SEVI

There was an SB2 for 109M shares open from 6/17/05, but on 2/6/06 it was Withdrawn.
That certainly had a profound affect on what occure beifly after, (example of of a filing actually sparking a run, imo).

So we had an O/S of 106M with no open dilutive filings. Today's condition is about 3 times as much, so 1/3 or a dilution factor of 3 times.

Chart : http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/print_filings.jsp?url=%2Fredirect.asp%3Ffilename %3D0000104375%252D06%252D000002%252Etxt%26filepath%3D%255C2006%255C01%255C17%255 C&symbol=SEVI
I believe that RSI on 2/6/06, is at or almost at the 20 line. Relatively close to todays conditions.

Recent news: You can use the same headlines link it goes back to Oct '05.
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/h?s=SEVI.OB&t=2005-10-27T15:34:10-04:00
I didn't read them, by this you might be getting bored also, and not want to, but i might later.

There is one other thing I see that I have trained myself t look for, and that is price and volume variances. If you notice on Feb 6, '06 they took the price down, (or had been for awhile), on unusually high volume of, 1.213M, and previous to that, they took it down from .015 to .009 on Jan 24, 06, on again unusually high volume of 1.664M, (those are signals to me). Those volumes were very high in comparison to averages at that time, and the take down in price was pretty dramatic from previous prices of over .02.

The O/S is 3 times as great now, our shares are diluted by a factor of 3. or 1/3 as valuable. Oversold condition close. Volumes & Price Varaiances, (understanding a good portion of that 20M today is dilution, and not knowing for sure what has churned into the market of the 150M dilution), but when it is churned in I think a double is very real, a triple from .0035, possible, and later we might see 4 to 6 times PPS appreciation. I will be well sastisfied with a double, I would call that a success.

Now, that is not to say if dilution continues, AT THIS RATE, it might not go a bit lower, (.003), but if it is churned in, I think we saw bottom and can expect some gains with this one.

It is tempting to buy after todays' drop. Its hard to tell where the bottom on this. Their is no support, so i'll just be watching the volume on this for the next couple of days.

Bought some at .0038. Was too tempting. I usually wait for it to create a new bottom. Seemed that the .006 was a too good to be true resistence level. So waited around. I think the resistence level is around .0035, but I'll give it a nice range from .003 to .004. I jumped, its too tempting. I'll take a 30-50% gain any day.

Thread has DD.

What you're seeing won't last long. Everytime they bounce it they'll increase suplly. This won't really take off until that S8 is churned into the market.

I suspect it will continue to trade in this pattern, until the dilution is over. They might even get real aggressive and take it down below .0033, (what I show as bottom now).

I posted this on the MGEN thread just yesterday. SEVI's news isn't exactly breath-taking.

"You will see a lot speculative PR's when dilution is taking place. It is pretty much SOP. These penny companies and their CEO's know how the game is played."

I agree with will, until the dilution is over, this will likely trade slightly down and sort-of sideways (kind of like this comment [Smile] )

But, after they are done diluting, this should have a nice pop...

any idea when they will be done dumping?

I doubled my position today.

I calculate that in the last four trading session 107M shares have been traded. Dilution commneced on 9/1, at .0048. Not sure when it will stop, maybe a couple more 30M+ days might do it ???

If they drop it below .0025, I will purchase more.
