The way I've dealt with this stock all along is to thoroughly investigate its current financial status, the potential of its business model, and the quality of the people in charge. As a developing company, the financial status has been the weak spot in the past. But with increasing reveune, that appears to be changing quickly now. You can see a similar situation with even established companies--say Sun Microsystems. Sun has essentially 0been a development company for the past five years and only this year has started transforming their investments in research into new profits. On a much smaller scale, Systems Evolution has spent the past 3 years organizing disparate private companies into a functioning whole.
I like the fact that SEVI is diversified in both expertise and clients. They are a technology company, a human resources company, and a consulting company. Their major clients span both the Oil/Gas industry and the Medical Field. Those are the two major industries in Houston, and SEVI is tapping into those opportunities quite well.
However, a good company does not a growth stock make overnight. Investor interest in the company has to be generated. SEVI had a decent amount of interest, but lost quite a bit with their share dilutions. If those dilutions stabilize or stop, investor interest will return--gradually. But a few PRs timed to correlate with that halt in the share dilution would likely move the share price very quickly.
As I said in my very first post to this list, Systems Evolution is a solid company that is well-positioned to continue growing quickly.

Support is .002 - probably will drop for few more points... 2.5 million of debt (out of previously 3,325,000) - still serious problem here - they could (and probably would) issue an additional 2-3 hundred million shares to cover... Not bashing - I have big enough position in SEVI - just frustrated to see that dilution is continued like forever...

Never saw it coming. Should have realized it smelled when they overdiluted past the 150M filed in the S8.
Tough business these pennies. Not only do you fight the MM manipulation and shorting, but you have to be on guard against the greedy, lying, diluting, CEO's.

Well, I am not about to write it completely off at this point. I expect the news will cause a substantial sell off. Not sure if the MM knew and cleared their inventories, but if they didn't know, rest assured, they will be back for their money some day soon.

Pursuant to the filing, the Company will no longer file reports under Section 13 and 15(d) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 and will trade on the Pink Sheets, LLC quotation system.

It held at .0015 today, actually I expected worse than that. I am not pumping this, and it could wind up being a total wipeout due to an eventual R/S possibility, but they don't always end in train wrecks.
EZTO failed to file their required Q1 form 10 this year, and were assigned an "E", eventually the "E" was removed, and it was delisted and sent to pinkland. It was trading in the .005 / .006 range when it was delisted, and if you check the chart you will see a spike to .036 the middle of October '06.
Now I don't say that to give anyone false hope, not all fairytales end good, sometime the Wolf does eat Little Red Ridinghood. I've been down 50%, and even more over the course of a couple years playing these lying, cheating, pos pennies. I have sold some and took the hit only to see them recover and surpass my wildest expectations. They are high risk plays, all of them, no matter how solid they look. So, either bail out, take your hit, or hope the Wolf ain't hungry. You call it, heads or tails !

They are not going to file. They elected to become a nonreporting compnay. That means they are no longer a OTCBB, but are classified as a pink OTC only. The difference is the standard of reporting they are held to. OTCBB are required to file financials quarterly, pinks, well, God knows what they are required to do, they operate in the wild West of the markets. I do not know what will happen with it. The "E" will be removed for sure, but not the way we would like to see done via a Form 10, it will come off as a result of delisting. It could hold between .001 / .015, it could dilute further, (and we wouldn't know until after the fact, if at all), it could R/S, it could do other positive things, and have gains. I'm not going to bullsh1t you, because most situations like this do not turn out good. No one knows the best case scenario, but the best worse case scenario, (if that makes sense), is that if they do R/S it has a run before the split. For the amount I have invested in this, and gains I have realized from other plays, it is worth it for me to hold on, and see what develops. Everyone's situation is different, so you will have to weigh your pros and cons, and decide what is best for *you* .
