IMO - The question right now - set a sell limit for around .006 or let it ride. Looks like today will be record breaking day for volume traded. It would sure be nice to see the volume go exp. and the spread tighten up.

Cash Now (CHNW) Exploring Acquisition Viability Of A 3rd party payment processor's assets. FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Cash Now Corporation (CHNW.PK) www.cashnow.com (Cash Now) late this afternoon, after the markets closed, announced that it is exploring the viability and sustainability of acquiring a 3rd party payment processor (Processor) assets. In its current format the aforementioned processor is under development with approximately 6 to 7 million dollars in invested and unfinished development costs. This processor is designed to work similar to ibill or other on line processors that process on line credit card settlements for consumer purchases. Cash Now is exploring the feasibility of utilizing the processor in a 2 step format.
In the first format Cash Now is exploring is the possibility of implementing the processors good code into its portion of the Trust Vault www.trustvault.com and to change this processor model to become a switch for various transactions. Cash Now is exploring the feasibility of completing the development of the all IP network with no legacy technology that would cater mostly to internet merchants. This format would cater to payday advance customers offering the Cash Now off shore debit card, ATM transactions, and on line transactions exclusively.
In the second format Cash Now is exploring the possibility of using the technology of the processor to imbed it, into the Trust Vault to offer a pay advance service to the on line casino industry patrons, through it's off shore Cash Now services. Although the new bill, signed on October 14, 2006 by US President George Bush, which amongst other things bans Internet gambling; namely the act prohibits Americans from using electronic funds transfers, credit cards, and checks in placing bets with gambling sites worldwide; the bill makes no mention of utilizing loans, or securing credit.
It was not clear how the law would affect a long-running dispute between the United States and the World Trade Organization over US ban on online gambling.
US gamblers make up about one-third of the world's online betters wagering over $637 billion in 2003 alone. Estimates put the value of the American online gaming market around $12 billion in 2005. Worldwide Internet gambling revenue in 2003 was estimated at $5.7 billion on about 1,800 websites, and was projected to triple by 2009, according to the American Gaming Association.
A company spokesman said 'As so far as technical issues are concerned we have the capability, and the know how to put this together, we will have to now focus on the logistics of perhaps factoring the casino's receivables, and the legal matters to make this happen'.

If they can come up with a way to circumvent the law against credit card and US bank account processing for funding internet gambling accounts, then I will buy all the shares I can get my hands on. That is HUGE! Being an internet gambler myself (aren't we all?) I have seen the impact that the latest bill passed by congress has had on the industry. Party Poker shut it's US money games down altogether. The international gambling companies are crying foul, as americans make up about 50% of online gambling spending. It's multi-multi billion dollar industry.
It seems CHNW's acquisition target may have a way of processing the funds that could stay within the letter of that new law. That could be huge. Interested to see what happens with this potential acquisition.

I've been laying in the weeds on this one until the pr today. This could be huge if Cash Now Corp. can obtain even a small % of the online gambling market share! The next thing is to put this plan in motion.

This stock is getting worse by the day, now that I have read the PR. What a joke, 2 really stupid Pr's in one day. Boy are they desperate to try and convince people they are up to somethong good. I said it 3 weeks ago and I will say again this stock is a POS!!!! The selling going on is the dilution that has already happen due to these scamers paying for everything they do with shares and that is what your seeing and it aint going to stop for a long time. This could go on for months. The compamy wants you to believe they are buying back but what do you want them to say. The Irony here is "NO CASH NOW JUST LOTS OF SHARES"

Are you some sort of jobless stock police for CHNW or a person with an agenda ?? If people want to lose or gain money on this in a free market like US, what do you care ? I think people are smart enough to invest or withdraw their investment as and when they please.

Listen dude I don't have any agenda This is a form to talk stock and thats what I doin. I own it and I'm not trying to buy shares, I have enough. When I read bu l l s h i t like that and the stupidity of that PR needs to be talked about. Trying to find a direction to slip under the hands of a ban is the craziest thing i've ever read. Not a good PR to be putting out there.It will run but they just F U C K E D it up.
