Thanks, J_uice for the news. I posted it last Friday in Hot Stocks for all. The MMs pulled the pps down by a factor of 6 in the last two weeks. So they may play with it soon.

CHNW will work like WWCD, which jumped from 0.001 to 0.016 in 4 weeks. It takes time to sonsolidate at bottom, not for flippers. You have to wait for 4-6 weeks for the MMs to collect enough shares at bottom. Try to work with the MMs and wait. This is not a stock for pump/dump, it will raise level by level after hitting the bottom. Stay away from it if you expect it to pop up soon.

Something is confusing me with this stock. Shows the head office in Toronto and the transfer agent up there too. Then it shows they're out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Then, it shows that they went from the BB to pink sheets in May, but what's confusing me is the A/S, O/S and float. According to the info, it shows the authorized as of June 16th, 2006 as 500,000,000. On that same date 6/16/06, it shows the FLOAT (which is less than or equal to the outstanding shs) as 245,000,000. THEN.. it shows the outstanding shares as of 6/30/06 (2wks later) as 99,756,709. Something is wrong with the numbers here. How is the o/s less than the float?

Something smells fishy, maybe its just because this is so risky, but......there were no trades today and for a while no bid price..then all of a sudden for a split seconde I saw a trade of 1.5m go thru at .0018, then immediately a 1.5m trade at .0025. Then a 200,000 trade that didn't even show up.

Operating cash position is very stable. Hired PR company past few months. "Very positive news coming out over the next 3 - 6 months" according to the insider.
Cash Now insider is projecting positive cash flow by mid '07. Year over year, CHNW revenues went from $184,988 in '04 to $1,488,540 in '05. Not enough info yet on '06.
Comparables trade at 15 - 20x earnings. CHNW's growth year over year was an amazing 700%. If the company maintains current operating costs and experiences only 50% growth over the next few years. This is one undervalued stock.

Operating cash position is very stable. Hired PR company past few months. "Very positive news coming out over the next 3 - 6 months" according to the insider.
Cash Now insider is projecting positive cash flow by mid '07. Year over year, CHNW revenues went from $184,988 in '04 to $1,488,540 in '05. Not enough info yet on '06.
Comparables trade at 15 - 20x earnings. CHNW's growth year over year was an amazing 700%. If the company maintains current operating costs and experiences only 50% growth over the next few years. This is one undervalued stock.

Spread a bit wide but don't worry as soon as it tightens up this will move in a healthy fashion. The volume is perfect- not too high so it is not dilution but the start of a nice move above a penny easy.

But, the hold and exit is a very important part of good investing. Juice, will you please let us know when you sell more than 50% of your holding in this stock. I am trying to learn how to spot peaks. When to buy more on a correction and when just to walk away smiling and look eleswhere. For Now - YES!!!! I have only been to NY twice, but if this continues, I would like to offer you dinner at a great restaraunt we found during our last trip.

They aren't filling anywhere, I have tried anywhere I can think of in that spread and nothing...if you look at the chart I posted, there is some serious accumulation. Somebody knows something we don't.
I said they same thing about WWCD at .0065, it changed to GBDX and hit .07 at one point...hopefully the same thing happens here...

IMO. Looking at two day graph, purely technical, if CHNW goes above Fridays high, .008 the volume could go exponential. I just wish I had the guts to buy more on the near 50% reversal Friday. Look at the whole picture. A six month graph shows a base that has formed. If the two day pump is over, it is only a matter of time, my opinion, for this stock to really be noticed. Maybe tomorrow, maybe next week or next month. 20M shares at .005 is only $100,000. They did 3M sales LAST year. They also are not paying interest on any loans as they are reported dept free.

This stock is really starting to swing, I going to try to sell about half of my share at 80% or better of the next peak. Then buy more at the next correction - GLTA - The MM's are the toughest I have seen when trying to buy low and sell high on this stock. Hey Doc! "Yes we do think someone is shorting and any input would be appreciated"
I sent them my intial email and asked if there was dilution or shorting ongoing and got this reply. I then sent him extensive information about the NOBO list and the companies that were effectively using it (copies of recent PRs). I also recommended a stock buyback program in conjunction with the NOBO list.
I will post their response back to me and expect to see the company address the shorting in an upcoming PR

Buy Opt. Fact-Company is buying back shares. CHNW is debt free and trying to raise more money for expansion. IMO-MM's are working this one - I feel this will be off the pink sheets, off the otcbb and on Nasdq in three years - there is so much poetential, it looks to me CHNW is/or wants to be the King of the World for making fast loans.

I never invest in pink stocks, way too risky, no finacials, and a lot or RS and crooked ceos diluting the stock.....but money is to made ......i like the ob stocks much better, but I have bought almost 12 million shares of chnw, i trade on gut, look at historical prices, research the company and so forth, and find the mood of the investors, i think chnw will be a mint and this is a golden opportunity,,,the way i look at it, i can claim 3k a year in losses, so thats my gambling money, and then i took some risk and put up more cash, but there website and all there diff business opportunites is very impressive,,,
I think this stock is way naked shorted and i am hoping chnw announces a nobo list and a cert verfication to corner these *******s
i also think it would be trading much much higher if they got off the pinks and moved at least to the ob...for a company making and dealing with millions its crazy there on the pinks,,,its stupid........
short term this stock is naked shorted big time, and chnw will address the issue, im sure
long term.......who knows, but im glad i have what i have and can't wait until it all unfolds......

This past week I have recommended CHNW to our members.
What I find unique about this issue is the business model that can really make a difference in generating revenue and share price.
I normally don't consider revenue a huge issue with respect to pinksheet stocks. The share structure always out paces what can result in a decent market cap through a lacking share price and never seems to gain in shareholder value other than a run that lasts a few days.
CHNW has a very reasonable O/S (350m) and the company is wanting to lower this via a buyback that is currently underway.Yes they are buying back shares..This is rare in pinksheet issues that a company even considers a buyback at these levels..So,you have a company that can potentially generate huge revenue and with a lower O/S can only result in higher share price.
This buyback only leads me to believe the company is eying for a higher exchange and would like to bring in institutions and is presently working to gain in shareholder value.
The trading in the last few days denotes at the close a huge buy of one trade of 5million or more..The spread between the bid and ask is not tight and only leads me to think that there is a certain amount of covering..The current price is the bottom and is a great entry..I think we are on the verge of a major shift to the upside and this could very easy move into pennies.At the current price our market cap is 1,000,000...When you consider the business model and this issue is worldwide in lending and instant cash centers makes for a huge projection for revenue..Just 5 million in revenue can give us a share price .015 and if the company continues to buyback shares will only cause a squeeze on shorty..As well,the company has received the NOBO list idea and would definitely go a long way if they implement.
We cannot control NSS which is very prevailing in this market,but with the current buyback and if the NOBO list gets attention this certainly will gain in major shareholder value..Dilution is always a major problem and this issue appears not party to this and the buyback is evident of that.
Now don't take this part very serious,but it's just for fun..Take a look at this website and link on it and view what they predict for this issue in the coming week and forward.

look for bid ut to .003 at EOD, would indicate the start. Spread is getiing better and the volume is there. MM's are loaded look at the ask's, 100 except for UBSS. Selling is almost done.

Glad to know it wasn't the company selling. It's common practice to exchange shares for services. That also means it's a finite number of shares, and when the sellers are through, this will take off. MM's may also be taking advantage of some selling by manipulating, as I have seen a lot of mirror trades go through over the last week. Interesting...
The market will adjust. Mostly due it part to the revenues that are being generated. With all of the revenue streams, the current price range appears to be a very undervalued. The company is buying back shares! They know it too.
The bid was building and MM's were moving around on the ask late today. I expect more PR's and more great things from this company. This will go soon IMO.

CHNW is expanding, has high revenues, no debt, buying back it stock, no dilution. IMO - The next time this stock moves, it will be widely noticed. The company will receive the money it is looking for expansion. Investors accumulating now will benefit along with the company! Does any one know of any more stocks in a similar situation?

These PR's are perfect for the MM's to grabb more shares. Sell on news-classic. A couple more fluff's and they will have enough. Co. most likely wants to buy more and that's why thses PR's are not too meaty. If they were to put out anything that would make PPs go high. Now that would be shooting themselves in the back.

The company buying back would likely raise the price. It's not their buying that is holding it down, it is sellers that received stock in exchange for services.
All that said, the accumulation line made a big turn up today, and volume was down. This leads me to believe the sellers are close to done, if not done already...
things are shaping up nicely...

I Came across this "CR1 ..." today on YPHT, Scottrade will allow me to trade this security on the phone for the $7.00 + 1/2 percent if under a dollar over the phone when its in CR1 Status. So not quite as bad as I originally thought, being $27 + 1/2 Percent. Evidently, this CR1 Status Can Be be when someone has tried to manipulate the stock via fraudlent means and they are trying to insure a better level of security.

I've been doing some investigating on CHNW and the results of my diligence have me even more excited about this company than I already was. A few salient points I thought worthwhile to share with my fellow I-Hubbers:
1) CHNW is not your run of the mill pinky promising revenues that never come to pass. To the contrary, this is a fairly longstanding company that I understand has had sales in the millions of dollars less than two years ago.
2) I naturally asked myself,"So, what happened?" Here is what I found: During the year 2005, CHNW moved from Toronto to Florida and like many other business in the area took a subtantial hit when Florida got pounded by all those hurricanes. Seems to me that this understandably caused CHNW to take a few steps back. What I find promising is that rather than throwing in the towel, CHNW picked itself back up and has now formed a solid foundation (as evidenced by all of the great news in the recent prs) from which to spring back to its previous lofty status.
3) By closely monitoring my level II, it appears to my admittedly untrained eye that a majority of CHNW purchases are done by hedge funds which shows that the institutional investors have confidence CHNW and its stock. Of course, this is an extremely good thing. (I would be interested to hear what others think on this point.)
All of this, plus the company's recent PR on its share buy-back program (and commencemement of the same, lead me to conclude that CHNW has legitimate potential to be a 10-20 bagger from these levels. I, for one, will be substantially adding to my already large position.
Of course, this is all just one man's opinion.

Nice post..I agree on the merits that this company is better situated for revenue growth thus increasing shareholder value.
However,the company came out of a reverse in 2004 and as many companies that do,carry a a high price per share and many settle back,as it did here,but not a problem considering where they are now.
On your #2..No I don't think that the move from Florida and the hurricanes was the reason for share value decline..As stated above this happens out of reverse in many cases and the programs that the company laid out was paid in part through shares for services rendered..These software programers are selling on the market to get back their operating cost..This was explained on formulating their IT software..I believe this to end very soon..As well,The company is primarily an overseas entity,UK and Austrialia and Canada..The move to Florida is their attempt for USA market and their business model required a office in the USA.
On #3..No,these trades are being bought by folks like us..These trades are small and hedgefunds mostly operate offshore will likely rely on the manipulation of naked shorting and because our float and just volume alone being so low, probably isn't that involved..At least not yet..If it is it is on a small scale as just mentioned,but institutions are not interested yet..They may be looking,but the company has to do much in the way of filings and increase share price for these to get onboard.
I agree that we will see pennies in the coming weeks and as long and in my opinion that the O/S stay at these levels, we will be on something big with respect to share price.I think the company has the same intentions.
When a company like this lends money in various lending models and today's PR is the same as the famed "Lending Tree" I'm sure this company will have their books in order and is looking for higher caliber standing..

Have you folks taken the time to really look at their web sites? To me, they look like very well put together (professional) and very informative. Of course, I am by far no web site guru. IMO,this is no fly by night check cashing company like someone posted about this company. On their main site, if you look to the left list, they already have a commercial you can view. In the latest P/R they stated running an ad campaign. I wonder what that will develop into.
Never said "check cashing company" but if it deals with money and they get a percentage of the transactions this WILL make money.

The stock is building as we go..This morning a strong open on volume and all buys at the ask of .0035..All 4 mm on the bid are sitting now at .0025 with 5 mm and 3 at .004 on the ask moved up.
I have also addressed the news releases this morning with the company..It appears that PRs are not getting to main financial websites and brokerage houses..I've recommended to the company that they use Businesswire.com..Their current subscriber is M2.com out of the UK and appears is only targeted to certain key markets..They will look into this.
I expect us this week to break .005 by Friday..This company is definitely heading above pennies..The new setup I have recommended for news releases will certainly gave us the exposure which now is very limited..
The company continues to buyback program and with current revenue the need to sell shares will probably not be a factor.
If you noticed in your DD the filings of the Audit report has been made this past May and the current quarterly financials will be made public..
The company is on track to be fully compliant and this as well will go a long way towards shareholders equity.
At the current prospect and all what the company has going for it,I can only surmize that we will be a major player in the lending market..
There is a very good chance that this issue could be trading in the .10 to .25 range before the end of the year.Many factors will determine this and one is the current O/S that connot be to much higher..The other is filing the financials and that is currently being worked on..

A perfect example of MM's being in control is AXGJ. This stock has nothing to do with anything except when the they are ready. The company can put out all the fluff they want is doesn't matter. FGFC has been buying back shares and the stock did nothing, it went down. It's a pink piggy and 99% are useless. Money Mart dominates this market and and until The CEO here pr's something worth something...it remains a POS. Don't get me wrong it's real close.

CHNW will never do that in a million years. This stock will most like top out if you good at tops * .014 to .018 and then get dumped. That's a good move if you have a few million shares. AXGJ type moves are rare. A $200 investment here will be nothing.

I had an standing limit order at .0021 for chwn, but they still accepted an order that I entered CHNW, but meaning to enter another stock. Oh well, I got more shares and $50 worth of trades. Looks like CHNW may never go lower than .003 again.

When a company puts out PR after PR without movement you better take a closer look at the stock. This is a very hard market to capture and Money Mart among others have the market captured in North America. This is the one of the only POS that hasn't moved even though the company is buying in the open market. POS stocks like CTXI GMSC SLWF GBDX and tons of others with no revenue have made us all lots of money in the last few weeks, Hmmmmm!

In its current format the aforementioned processor is under development with approximately 6 to 7 million dollars in invested and unfinished development costs. This processor is designed to work similar to ibill or other on line processors that process on line credit card settlements for consumer purchases. Cash Now is exploring the feasibility of utilizing the processor in a 2 step format.
In the first format Cash Now is exploring is the possibility of implementing the processors good code into its portion of the Trust Vault www.trustvault.com and to change this processor model to become a switch for various transactions. Cash Now is exploring the feasibility of completing the development of the all IP network with no legacy technology that would cater mostly to internet merchants. This format would cater to payday advance customers offering the Cash Now off shore debit card, ATM transactions, and on line transactions exclusively.
In the second format Cash Now is exploring the possibility of using the technology of the processor to imbed it, into the Trust Vault to offer a pay advance service to the on line casino industry patrons, through it's off shore Cash Now services. Although the new bill, signed on October 14, 2006 by US President George Bush, which amongst other things bans Internet gambling; namely the act prohibits Americans from using electronic funds transfers, credit cards, and checks in placing bets with gambling sites worldwide; the bill makes no mention of utilizing loans, or securing credit.
It was not clear how the law would affect a long-running dispute between the United States and the World Trade Organization over US ban on online gambling.
US gamblers make up about one-third of the world's online betters wagering over $637 billion in 2003 alone. Estimates put the value of the American online gaming market around $12 billion in 2005. Worldwide Internet gambling revenue in 2003 was estimated at $5.7 billion on about 1,800 websites, and was projected to triple by 2009, according to the American Gaming Association.
A company spokesman said 'As so far as technical issues are concerned we have the capability, and the know how to put this together, we will have to now focus on the logistics of perhaps factoring the casino's receivables, and the legal matters to make this happen'.

If they can come up with a way to circumvent the law against credit card and US bank account processing for funding internet gambling accounts, then I will buy all the shares I can get my hands on. That is HUGE! Being an internet gambler myself (aren't we all?) I have seen the impact that the latest bill passed by congress has had on the industry. Party Poker shut it's US money games down altogether. The international gambling companies are crying foul, as americans make up about 50% of online gambling spending. It's multi-multi billion dollar industry.
It seems CHNW's acquisition target may have a way of processing the funds that could stay within the letter of that new law. That could be huge. Interested to see what happens with this potential acquisition.

I said it 3 weeks ago and I will say again this stock is a POS!!!! The selling going on is the dilution that has already happen due to these scamers paying for everything they do with shares and that is what your seeing and it aint going to stop for a long time. CHNW: to process payday loans offshore. The implications of this offshore gaming acquisition is way beyond just the revenue from the acquired company, and that entire online gaming industry (which is huge by itself)
But as you know, there is legislation pending in both the US and Canada, to restrict the pay-day loan business.
However, by processing the loans OFFSHORE by using the same engine for the internet gambling, CHNW will be able to get around these regulations and restrictions.
CHNW already has a software interface advantage, but now gives their users the ability to processs their loan advances entirely on the internet, without the embarassment of face-to-face encounters. Internet application and procesing provides convenience and immediate gratification.

I must admit I got a little scared when I saw all that volume and little price movement, but looks to have been accumulation, rather than selling...
If you look at the chart, I see a cup formed from .008 on 8/16 to .008 on 10/8. And the handle starts at .007 on 10/9, through today. I see one more day before the big breakout. If it holds above .005 tomorrow, then the handle will be formed, and then a breakout could be coming to over .01... all my TA opinion...

I like how MM's are lined up now on ask. No more huge jumps up and down. This freaked out a lot of investors this morning. I'm glad I didn't sell though. From now on .003 looks like nice support for that stock. If we will break it we will start moving only one direction (UP,UP,UP) !!!!!!!!!

ha !!! Does anyone remember what happened yeasterday? All that buys?? MMs were shorting the stock big time selling shares they didn't have. That's why the price didn't go up with such a huge vol. Company saw it and that's why they request NOBO list today. We have similar thing happening today. Now they need to cover big time, people only buying so any ideas how they will get shares? Regarding CHNW... got this email from company yesterday.
Sir
There is no dilution happening. All of the acquisitions were done with restricted stock. We were told the NOBO list would be available in 2 weeks so we gave an extra week cushion in case it is late. We are running a business not a stock promo here. We are working overtime to make this happen. We are unclear what else is left for us to do? Is it at all possible that a large competitor (there are several that trade in the $40.00 range) is buying our stock high and selling low just to hurt us? Those are the rumors we are hearing as we do take a large on line chunk of their business. $100,000 loss for these companies is a cost of a haircut.
This is a great company with tremendous potential.
Don't judge the stock as to what happens one day to the next. Give it a bit of time to evolve.

surgeon, I know you're frustrated because your expectations didn't meet reality and so we are. I understand your account doesn't look the way you would like it and you might even feel like you're missing a lot of opportunities out there sitting in this one but listen to this. Sometimes it takes more than one week to double your position. The stock will run and we are at the bottom. There was a time I was waiting 1 - 2 months for stock to move but when it did I cought 10x bagger, 5x bagger when many were crying and regreting they didn't stay in. I learnt the key here. He knows some key people that will help expend the buisness abroad and for sure he has somebody to pick him up from the airport !! My recommendation is to load up the boat right now and hold and you will see the smile on your family faces when they will start unpacking the gifts from you during the Christmas It's just my opinion based on my own DD, if you don't agree sell now !

if you look at the chart, it looks like selling volume is dying down and a morning star candlestick may be forming, suggesting the downtrend MAY be coming to an end. Just don't sell low. They all go back up.

Ameritrade just restricted opening an order on the interent, (placing a buy order). I had to call to place the order. They would not tell me why internet buy orders are restricted. I placed a sell limit on the internet to check if it would be placed. The sell limit worked in the normal 2 to 3 seconds. Interesting - why are they now making it more difficult to buy this stock?

All pink stocks are for gamble only. 70% of them will hit the bottom and rebound, like IGAI, IPKL, and PYPR; 30% of them will have R/S before rebound, like MSEP. Never put too much money in one position. CHNW will likely behave like IGAI. If you have any doubt, just gues what the MMs are doing, are they selling or buying? Do what they are doing. If the general public are calling a stock POS, buy it, especially when it is at the bottom, like CHNW and RFDU now, watch these two after two weeks. Just treat each deal as a gamble. Good luck.

All I know there is big competition out there, let's hope they will have some great deal to offer. So far we are on green. Sorry about that. I did not mean to offend others in this wonderful and informative board. Let us help each other make money and warn if things are not seeming right. I just did not like that guy's mafia style talk instead of trading, trading related mistakes/successes....

if you are in CHNW, I hope so, but I got out a long time ago with a loss. The volume has been so low for the sub penny price. Usually when they are triple zeros, we need double digit million volume to make it go anywhere.

Thanks I plan to bring some opinions on a few stocks posted on this board. I've learned PLAY SOME IGNORE MOST. I'm not as good in DD as some of the old pros here. Alot of the lingo is over my head. But I have a good sense 9intuition) about certain stocks. For instance I've been following a small cap oil/gas play. I know this stock, I know the company. This will nbe a big play for me in 2007. I'll give my opinions, take them or leave them. One thing I hope for 2007 is that there is less pumping going on . Post the news, make a comment. All this to da moon, bangzooommmmmmm and stuff is not really necessary. Let the co prove its worth.
I may play a few pump N dumps for some quick cash, but down the road the iffy pinks are on my ignore list. OK so i missed out on one that goes up 300% in one week. Tell me , is money everything?
When I look at my acct balance, I'd kinda like to think I made that money on reputable companies.

I added totay next 1200000 filled me in 6 parts. I sold my SLJB position hope I'll recover with this one ! by the way all my buys scottrade marked on red. Volume just goes up and price stays at .0011 I'm long here and still waiting next 2 weeks, after that I'll sell and probably won't invest in pink anymore !!

If I'd only held back when first suggested, as always, I could have gotten a much better price and many more shares. Not only that but when we get back to .003 the stock will be up at least a 100%, to only get me my cash back. I'm still learning though.
