ill go check it out tomorrow. From what i can tell there is no 271 hurontario st. so it has to be 2325 unit 271.

it is a half an hour drive from where im staying right now.

some of the research that im finding on this is that this is not the Cinemax company that has been around here for years. this is a company that started in 2004.

no one in the industry up here seems to know who this guy is.

I will however take a run over tomorrow and see what we are looking at.

I will take some photos if there is anything to see.

Or maybe after obtainig his address we the shareholders could organize an effort to send him a floral arrangement. A "wreath" comes to mind [Big Grin] Imagine that him getting 100+ or even 1000+ wreaths at his house on the same day.

OK here is the deal.

the address that is given for Cinemax pictures is a UPS store mail box.

I drove over there and just got back. I took a picture of the front of the building with the address, the address is a mini mall with an optician, and a few other little stores, and the UPS Store is there. it is a one story strip mall and the addresses are single and double digit addresses. everything fro 100 up is the mail boxes at the UPS Store.

I hate to say it, but this looks to me like they are still screwing around.

lets talk a look at what we are dealing with.

A website, that shows little to no talent to put together, using what looks like free clip art.

no movies listed, no actors listed, no past accomplishments listed, no phone number listed, no adds looking for actors and stand ins for the shows they work on, no talent agencies listed that they would use, no mention of a studio, no phone number to talk to anyone, no email addresses listed.

This is not a legitimate company. They are blaintant enough to use a name that is known in the movie business, and show nothing for it.

Do not get fooled into thinking that this company will do anything to help us out, they have done nothing but put up a fascia of a company. At least Frank put a station on the air and worked for the deception that he sold us.

these guys are doing nothing but trying to sell Lloyd Fans shares to you as a potential to merge these useless shares into their useless company.

Do not buy anymore shares hoping to increase your number of shares in the new company, as they will be worth less then the share you have now that are worth nothing.

if anyone wants to see the photo, i will post them when i get home on Wednesday evening.

If your observation is correct PennyTrader, then these are real low life getto scum bags. You would think that with all the money they got off dilution they could at least afford a small office in a tower or something impressive. It shouldn't take this long to do a buyout anyway.

I do however want to make sure no one gets drawn into this mess again.

they are planning for more deception in my honest opinion.

again i will post this info :

OK here is the deal.

the address that is given for Cinemax pictures is a UPS store mail box.

I drove over there and just got back. I took a picture of the front of the building with the address, the address is a mini mall with an optician, and a few other little stores, and the UPS Store is there. it is a one story strip mall and the addresses are single and double digit addresses. everything fro 100 up is the mail boxes at the UPS Store. (formerly known as Mail Boxes ETC.) there other address is another mail box store in Beverly Hills here is the link to their store http://www.merchantcircle.com/business/United.Mailboxes.310-652-7522

I hate to say it, but this looks to me like they are still screwing around.

lets take a look at what we are dealing with.

One of the comments in the news release on thier website was "Capital Transfer is a Toronto based Transfer Agent and is located a short distance from the Cinemax Pictures office, making it easier for Cinemax Pictures and Capital Transfer to maintain close business contact and ties" How the hell does a mailbox deem them close to the office?

This is not a legitimate company. If they where, they would advertise an actual address as thier office, not a friggin $29 a month rental mail box. Why would you do this? Only if you where trying to hide behind a scam. They are blatant enough to use a name that is known in the movie business, and show nothing for it.

Do not get fooled into thinking that this company will do anything to help us out, they have done nothing but put up a fascia of a company. At least Frank put a station on the air and worked for the deception that he sold us. Frank also gave us a phone number and an address that we could come and visit.

In my honest opinion, these guys are doing nothing but trying to sell Lloyd Fans shares to you as a potential to merge these useless shares into their useless company, and to help recoupe some of his losses..

My opinion is that you shouldnot buy anymore shares hoping to increase your number of shares in the new company, as they will be worth less then the share you have now that are worth nothing.

if anyone wants to see the photo, i will post them when i get home on Wednesday evening.

Rod

I welcome Constantine to personally contact me to prove me wrong, and to show me what they do have as a company, and what they have for assets.

If he is indeed a true business man that has something to offer, then i will make myself available to meet with him and go over what they have to offer. I am very close to where he is, and can be in his office within 4 hours of his contacting me.

Please forward this to him if you have a contact number or email address for this gentleman.

Until i see differently, this man is out to continue the screwing where Frank left off.

Please feel free to re-post this message on any and all stock talk boards, you have my full permission.

Constantine can contact me by dropping me an email to rodsonnow*yahooDOTcom

If he is man enough to show us what he has, i will make the tour up to see for myself.

NEWS ARTICLES

TRIANGLE MULTIMEDIA INC. (TMM) and CINEMAX PICTURES & PRODUCTION COMPANY, INTL. (CANADA) ANNOUNCE A CORRECTION AND UPDATE TO A PREVIOUS STATEMENT REGARDING THEIR UPCOMING MERGER.

(M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX)
Filed jointly on June 27, 2007
Woodlawn Hills, CA and Mississauga, Ontario Canada

Constantine A Papadopoulos, CEO of Cinemax Pictures and Production Company Intl. (Canada) and Lloyd Fan, CEO of Triangle MultiMedia (TMM/ QBID) jointly announced today a change in the original announcement regarding the upcoming merger between Cinemax Pictures and TMM.

According to Lloyd Fan; “All aspects regarding the merger between Cinemax Pictures and Production Company, International and Triangle Multi Media (TMM) that we originally announced in August of 2006, shall remain in effect and is indeed moving forward and according to schedule and plan.” Fan continued; “But after careful consideration, the management of both TMM and Cinemax Pictures has decided against incorporating the previously announced with Obion Group offer as part of the merger process. Therefore, Obion Group stock will not be distributed to shareholders as of now, and not until their business plan has reached fruition.”

In addition, Anthony Gouveia, CFO of TMM, added: “In the original press release and in subsequent shareholder updates, we stated that: TMM had signed an agreement with Obion Group to proceed to buy a shell company to reverse merge with. Following approval as a publicly traded holding company, Obion will put aside 25 billion authorized shares for TMM shareholders. Anthony J. Gouveia and Lloyd Fan will be Directors with an ownership interest in the Obion Group and all related businesses.” Gouveia continued: “We agreed it is probably not in the immediate best interest of all parties to proceed with Obion, but we fully plan to revisit this as an option at a later date.”

Gouveia and Fan will still retain their Board of Directors seats on The Obion Group.

About Cinemax Pictures & Production Company, International: The company is currently a Toronto, (Mississauga) Ontario, Canada privately held production entity and was incorporated in 2004 and is licensed by the Canadian Consumer and Relations Office, Business Registration Division. It is not associated with Time Warner. Cinemax Pictures & Production Company International has three distinct lines of business in the entertainment industry. First, Cinemax Pictures owns an ever increasing number of scripted and reality television shows that will be marketed to terrestrial and cable television networks and syndication companies in the USA and Canada. The company expects -- once licensed or purchased -– to start generating revenues for its television division via these productions.

Secondly, Cinemax Pictures currently is involved with fourteen (plus) movies in different stages of pre-production. The movies range from comedies to romance to action-thrillers. They will soon be adding a list of “slasher" films because of the following this genre has, and the resulting box office due to that strong following. And finally, due to the company’s relationships and contacts throughout the industry – in Canada, the United States, Europe and Austral-Asian markets (for both Television and Film) the company has the opportunity to provide bridge-financing (or "gap-funding" as it is referred to in the industry) to movies that go over their production budget. Cinemax Pictures will take a large percentage of the rights to the movies and will receive a return-on-investment once the movie has completed production and is sold to a distributor. Through continued development in TV and Film, the company has the long term intention to build up its library of content, the most lucrative part of any production company. Thus, their dual goal will be to create quality and interesting television that will appeal to diverse demographics -- and first rate theatrical entertainment with a certain class element they feel that Hollywood and the general public have a need for.

A warning regarding forward-looking statements
This press-release may contain forward-looking statements regarding future events or the future performance of Triangle Multi Media and / or Cinemax Pictures and Production Company International (the "Companies"). Words such as “anticipates,” “expects,” “intends,” “plans,” “believes,” “may,” “will,” and variations of these words or similar expressions are intended to identify forward-looking statements. These statements speak only as of the date hereof.

Such information is subject to change, and we will not necessarily inform you of such changes. Actual events or results, of course, could differ materially and adversely from those expressed in any forward-looking statement. Among the important factors which could cause the Companies actual results to differ materially and adversely from such forward-looking statements are the intense competition in its industry and its need to stay on the forefront of development of business within its industry. As a private company, Cinemax stock is currently not listed on any United States stock exchange or market, and the Company does not currently make filings (e.g., Forms 10-K and 10-Q) with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Triangle Multi Media (TMM) is currently listed on the pink sheets as QBID.

I just want to be able to sell this crap so I can claim the loss on my taxes. Ameritrade said that it isn't a "non-marketable" security because idiots are still buying it!

They were going to buy 4.7mil shares for $1 and to them that still was a bad deal! [Big Grin]

the plot thickens. lol

they have no intention of doing anything for us, but you can see the plan.

they are talking about bridge financing films that run over budget, guess whos money they plan on funding them with? you got it. they are going to get into a shell, sell the shiit out of it after a r/s and use that money. maybe 1 in 100 investments will pay off for them. and again the share holder will be left holding the bag.

DO NOT BUY IN TO THIER CRAP

hey all. Yeah I still got a ton too. I have not been on this site in a long time. It was fun to see some names from the past on the old QBID spot.

Anyone make any money in the last year?

I've done some non-stock stuff that worked out well. Maybe I'll give another shot at something from penny land for the heck of it.

Hey HossTrader, thanks for the great tip. I also sold all mine today at market price. Didn't do as well as you, couldn't even cover the commission. Thats ok, at least now I have a tax writeoff. I tried for a full month to sell at market at the end of last year and couldn't sell 1 share. Glad to finally dump this POS !!! Thanks again for your post.
