Has there historically been a problem before a new PR has been released? I barely look at the site, because there is almost no useful info that comes out, that I can't get from this thread. Anyone that anal enough to know? TIA!

I'm also taking it upon myself to forward this Naked Shorting info to Mr Rufus in an email. True, he probably already knows, BUT.. It is to let HIM know that "WE" know... Hence maybe Rufus will let somekind of info out regarding it.
Naked shorting killed our buying pressure and has deluted our stock and I'm pissed.
In the end I know all will be good, but I'd like some reassurance, wouldn't everyone???

Hey Chart... I'm really feeling like this 10 K is goin to be out closer to Sept. 30 than August 30.
He can't totally screw the MM's on this as these are the very same people he will need to support his stock price.
I think he's giving them time to catch up, while paying lip service to the shareholders by speaking against shorts.
This PPS will slowly fall.... PR, or announcements about newly hypothecated bonds over 500 million have not made this stock price go up.... but rather down.
There is one big crush left for the MM's to do...allowing them time to gather shares to return to lenders.
I still think it's going to happen... just not nearly as soon as we think...
No 10k on Sunday/Monday will likely mean we are trading all week. This is really going to test the CSHD shareholders....

Dog... Now that we have proof of the naked shorts it makes sense why the price didn't rise on good news. They sold everyone FTD (fail to deliever's) which do not show in your account, no way of telling. -That is why Rufus was calling for certs, he KNEW this would happen IMO.
I don't know about the price falling now though...
With no naked shorting going on because we have reached the threshold, it may just start to correct itself. There will be LOW volume now as people will be buying actually shares not getting air for their money. Unless weak hands sell. -but after a BILLION DOLLAR U.S. BOND DEAL? You would have to be an idiot to get out now!!! That's NOT MO, that's just the truth!
The piece of the puzzle that I'd LOVE to know, is HOW is Rufus going to deal with it?? He KNEW it would happen, -the calling of certs way back when and saying that they would have time to cover gives that away...
And yes dog, I do see the 10k coming later, there are alot of things that need "cleaning up" IMO.
I do feel good about being on the side that Rufus is on, he has stayed the course, called the shots and did everything he said he would. We even have a dealine of Sept 30th so it is just a waiting game.

The way I see it dog, those FTD's still need to be covered... There has to be one heck of a squeeze starting right now, little by little they'll be working to balance the books now, not doing it all at once cause the price would shoot to $5. People's buy orders already aren't getting filled fast, I think it all fits.

Thanks Chart... I'm not doubting that eventually this PPS will rise slowly until 10k... I just feel like there will be a concerted effort at least once more to shake us... and people will shake... as mostly penny players can't stand this kind of drama and time frame. After watching level2's for weeks... they are mirror selling with drops... and IMO will likely get one more big drop before the upswing...like upper .60's before the real squeeze hits, and it rises.
Rufus has more work to do... he's not going to totally screw over these guys... he needs them.
He will let them make their money, then move forward from there.
He warned us early on to hold tight... then shut up completely. I think the ride is just starting.
The MM's don't need volume to push the price down.. just selling amongst themselves could do it until shares are shook loose from the public.

I pulled some money outn of CSHD to play with on other stocks... making more in the short run to get free shares of CSHD when the time is right... others may be thinking of doing the same thing once this week of trading starts... dip by Tuesday or Wednesday.

dog... Totally get what you are saying, and sounds solid. But IMO it's just a guess what the PPS will do now with the bogus certs (naked) out of the way, the MM's can bring it down and we can keep buying too! That would be a losing game to them cause the share price difference still has to be made up for even if they exchange it between themselves.
I think the BIG numbers will be done "out" of the circle, from broker to broker they do that alot behind the scences. That letter Schwab sent out is PROOF of that!
So I personally don't think we'll see big dips anymore, but yes, expect "head fakes" and shakes but the books are the books, if they are getting shares at .80 they can sell them at a loss to each other to TRY to bring the PPS down, but someone still has to take that loss pure and simple.
This is why I think we won't see to much of that here. Schwab's letter is designed to do that.
So with all those things in mind and even looking at the charts, MACD Histogram momentum bars is shrinking back to the positive side now, so yes a "possible" uptrend could be born right here.
Time will tell us ~
But right now, I'd be doing just what you are, looking for profits elsewhere and buying more here. Naked short % was up 5 THOUSAND and some percent according to that report!!!!
We would be at $3-$5 right now and there wouldn't be bashers if it wasn't for that naked short BS!!! IMO
Who has come up with ANYTHING solid against this company??

Those "dips" in the stock price IMO were not weak hands, some may have gotten dragged into it but it was the MM's selling shares they didn't have (naked shorts) [btw.. writing simple so newbie's can follow] that is what those big dips where about.
They set off false sell-offs in hopes of triggering a selloff, sometimes they worked.. The naked shorts they sacrificed paid for themselves when the PPS went lower.
