I have been staring at this Edgar list with a 30 second refresh for nearly 3 weeks solid now. Anytime I see a company name even remotely close to Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp., Furia, or Fronthaul. I have to pinch myself.
For some reason Conversion "Services" is on some sort of SEC filing frenzy and they get me everytime.
It is strange. I have it running on my destop on my second screen and out of the corner of my eye I now catch pretty much anything of interest that gets filed durring the day. Brand names like Pepsi Co., Apple Bees Int., Haliburton, old clients of mine and even the company I currently work for. I always seem to catch them.
I caught one S-4 from my company a few days ago. Walked down to the guy's office that does our filing, and he laughed and said "No Way, I just filed that 5 minutes ago." It is turning into a game around here. "Spot the filing" Hmmm... that is an odd sort of game. But useful in these situations.

I was surprised nobody had posted it yet. I saw it posted on ihub by, of all people, JJSeabrook. I'm not sure if everybody's been following this drama, but he's a key figure.
Do we 'need' financials to prove this isn't a scam still with the 8k filing? I'm just curious what people think. I'm definitely long on this and either going down with the ship or flying up with the rocket.
Anyway, good luck to all!
p.s. BuckyBarnes are you related to Bucky Badger?
