YEAH I KNOW , LOOK AT SLSE 0.60 , the higher it goes the more attractive it is ...I called LBTN to find out of the shares are restricted , he said they will be the first month only , then you can trade them freely

I have contacted IR and they said as of right now they cannot say for sure how long they will be restricted......The guy I talked to said it is usually a year.....I asked him about the 1 month thing and he said he did not have enough information to tell me for sure one way or another...The good thing about this is we can still freely trade LBTN regardless, so the SLSE shares are yours no matter what and If you really did not want to keep LBTN after the divi you could sell it on Monday and still get your free SLSE shares........FWIW......GLTY.....

CHECK OUT THIS NEWS--->SLSE IS DOING SOME BIG THINGS---IT IS GOING TO BE NICE TO GET FREE SHARES OF THEIR COMPANY:
Solos Endoscopy Files FDA Documents for the MastaScope(TM) and OvaScope(TM) Products Solos Endoscopy, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SLSE) is pleased to announce that the Company is filing with the FDA the documents requesting immediate market clearance on the recently acquired MastaScope(TM) and OvaScope(TM) product lines. Solos currently holds FDA market clearance for its line of breast endoscopes and will add the MastaScope(TM) to that line. In addition, Solos has a wide range of additional FDA cleared endoscopes in the market and will also request clearance on the OvaScope(TM). This will allow Solos Endoscopy to begin market introduction of its line of Women's Healthcare Products without delay.
Solos' line of breast endoscopes, which now includes the MastaScope(TM), are micro endoscopes that are utilized by physicians to observe the interior of women's breast milk ducts when examining for abnormalities, in particular, nipple discharge. The majority of breast cancers originate in the milk ducts. It is anticipated that these products and process of examination will assist in the early detection of breast cancer and holds the prospect of reducing unnecessary exploratory surgeries.
The Solos OvaScope(TM) endoscope transmits light and image through fiberoptic bundles rather than rigid lens-based systems of traditional endoscopes. This process permits direct vision to assist in the early detection of ovarian cancer. The data from tests demonstrated that the OvaScope(TM) identifies patients with peritoneal disease and has value in gynecological oncology surgery.
"Solos Endoscopy's existing endoscopic products and reputation in the industry will enhance the introduction of Solos' new line of Women's Healthcare products. As we develop these and other new products further, we will have the tools to give women a better preventative medical technology for Breast and Ovarian cancer," stated Robert Segersten, President of Solos Endoscopy, Inc.

I am not an expert, but I would say if you owning them to this date, you will get the DIVI for them.

If you don't own on the 18th at the open then I don't think you get the divi. And it will probably take a couple weeks to show on your account, and then you should get the info statement that will probably be a PR to everyone. I'm still new at this but this is the way I read it.

Your funds do not have to settle before the 18th. You can purchase the shares today and even sell the shares on Monday before the funds settle.

If the record date is the 18th, you would have had to owned it on the 15th to get the divi IMO. At least that's how it works when companies pay cash dividends to shareholders.
I'm not 100% positive on this, but hate to see someone not get what they think they might be.

I think as long as you buy shares by the eod Friday the 18th you will get the share divi, not cash divi.It doesn't matter if you bought them with unsettled funds or cash in your account. If you use unsettled funds and you don't have a margin account you can't sell them till the funds settle.
Wow that was a tounge twister!

I believe that in the T+3 world that you have to buy the shares 3 days in advance to be on the companies books, which is settlement date, not trade date. I'd buy at this level if I knew for sure I'd get the shares. There was a selloff first thing Wednesday morning (the day after I say is the date that the stock had to be bought)....coincidence or not!? People selling Wednesday morning, but still record holders on the 18th because the trade doesn't settle until the 19th (21st because of the weekend), were getting out and are still entitled to the stock divi?!

Not only have I played many dividend plays before - if you take the time to call the company they will clarify it for you.

I have no idea what you've done or not done...was simply asking for a listing. I, too, have done divvy plays and have learned that companies screw up the information quite regularly, both in PRs *and* on the phone. As a result, if it ain't on the dailylist or something equivalent, it ain't "real" to me...

ok...well, LOL...curiousity aroused, I tried calling the company and got only Jim whatever's voice mail...used the number from Pinksheets.
So, I called the IR firm and after a bit of song n' dance, Mr. Tony Galloway said yes, there has been a series of PRs about divvy, pointing out the record date of tomorrow...Asked whether the paperwork has been filed with NASD, he said, "I don't know...you need to talk to your broker."
Asked a coupla more questions, then he finally said, "My instructions are not to discuss anything that's not in a public forum, like a press release."
Pause..."Just wanna keep my job, sir."
Of course, obviously the OTCBB is a public forum....
oh, well...
