Lifeline Biotechnologies, Inc. Reminds Shareholders That August 18, 2006 Is the Record Date for the Solos Endoscopy, Inc. Stock Dividend Lifeline Biotechnologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: LBTN) announced today that Friday is the record date for investors to qualify for the Company's Stock Dividend. Lifeline Biotechnologies recently announced that August 18, 2006 will be the date on which the stock dividend will be issued to its shareholders of record as of September 29, 2006.
Lifeline Biotechnologies' shareholders are expected to receive approximately 1 share of SLSE stock for every 100 shares of LBTN stock owned by August 18, 2006. So they still haven't mentioned anywhere if these SLSE shares will be restricted, and if restricted, for how long.......

They will be restricted, but we do not know how long (typically it is a year, but IR said possibly a month per our conversation of Friday of last week)yet.....Just hold through Friday and you can sell LBTN if you want or hold it if you choose......GL

YEAH I KNOW , LOOK AT SLSE 0.60 , the higher it goes the more attractive it is ...I called LBTN to find out of the shares are restricted , he said they will be the first month only , then you can trade them freely

With a offer like this I was expecting LBTN to hit a Penny..... how come its stuck at .0023 Last week it good for a while, before pulling back on friday

If you watch level 2s it is consolidating again right now.......Being held down while MM can accumulate as many as possible IMO.....These divi plays run at the most unexpected times.....Just be on your toes.......GL

We need to figure out which thread we are using. I posted this on the other thread with no response. A moderator needs to close one of these threads. Thanks -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I bought 500k of this today. I'm still doing my DD, but I believe that LBTN will be doing more than just offering this stock divi. SLSE is trying to get listed on the NasdaqBB and then to the AMEX. Does anyone know if there is a limit to how many shares you can receive from the divi? So the SLSE shares will be restricted for one month? Is that correct? -Cassity

the other thread topic did not have anything in the title about the divi.....While this company is doing many things, it needed news about the divi........There is no limit on how many shares you can receive according to the company......GLTY

YEs cassity , but SLSE is trading now at 0.60 , its an easy gain. People are going to add friday on record date , and it will run up higher

sounds good banah.....When he gets in many people follow and this thing will really run.......Also, per Ameritrade, they said you must buy either today or tomorrow to be on record as of Friday for the divi.....Everyone should check with their own broker to see what they say....GL

why wouldn't it stay 1 for 100....the reason they said approximately is because some people have a certain amount of shares that does not round evenly to 1 for 100......Looking for some green EOD and throughout the rest of the week.....GLTY

the slse will most likely be for 1 year in my opinion.....But the LBTN will still be freely tradable throughout the entire time......In fact, if you did not want to trade LBTN at all after Friday....You could sell LBTN on Monday and would still receive the divi shares......GL
