Well, here is the answer. McMillen used the stock to pay for the acquisition. He added about 400 million shares to the stock. (Edited for correct math)

I don't think so.. as he was definately buying shares and actually pushed up the price two cents before the news came out.
I was losing confidence too, until I look at the charts again on the past couple years. This company is WAY better than it was two years ago. It's also probably going to turn profit late this year or early next year.
Looks like someone is deliberately sending the price down when scanning Level II. I think MM is accumulating cheap shares slowly.
We should be moving back up in coming months.

They are actually profitable now with the latest acquisition. I'm not done on the stock as I need it to stay here for another year as I acquire several more million shares for the long haul.

im with you rules....let it stay low for a few more months as well all accumulate millions of shares...As we accumulate we should all put in a GTC order for $15 as you stated above :-)
I know you are not suppose to fall in love with a stock "especially a sub penny" but I think this one could make us all very, very, happy if we hold long....

McMillen was on Bloomberg TV talking about Homeland Security. How many subpenny CEO's do you usually see on there??? If you guessed one, you guessed right.........HMSC is for real!

Just caught wind that our National Security Level is about to be increased. Might have something to do with the Taliban's #2 making threats yesterday. Just curious to what he must have said.

Today, just seems to be bouncing around on bottom, looks like some consolidation. With any good news on a heavy trading day we will be right back in the game.

I hope to rebuy at .0012, been holding that .0014 support for a good while lately. Only one day did I see it trade at .0013, and I couldn't fill at that.
