No matter how great the news is you have to read the above on why I think it will take some time to move. ARCA needs to acquire the cheapest shares (4 million dollars worth) in the open market. Once they have filled that order, once they release off the bid/ask, you will see over 2.3 BILLION shares taken off the market!!! That means it will run and run hard in the future.

maybe HMSC will do a HISC like run of a year ago... .0015 all the way to .14 - of which I missed out on... hoping our day in the sun will return with this one though...

I was fortunate enough to have gotten in on that deal. I jumped off at .071 but needless to say, it paid well. HMSC will have more revenue coming in than HISC so I think HMSC has more upside.

The only thing I can figure is that HMSC is increasing the float to acquire more companies. Honestly, I thought we would be in the .003's by now.

It is my belief and opinion that a publicly traded company, whether a pink or a BB, is obligated to be forthright and forthcoming, especially regarding share structure. Luckily this is a BB, and is required to file, however that does not excuse them for not detailing the terms of this acquisition.

I think we all should put our sell orders in for $15 and leave it there so if HMSC is being naked short sold, they have less shares to do it with.

I do not see any dilution taking place here at all. The indicators do not suggest anything, and HMSC is not so shady to do something without letting us know.

I think the MM's are naked shorting the stock. If we all put in our sell orders at say $15, the MM's cannot use our shares to short the stock. I'm sure those of us here did that, we would be taking about 50 million shares out of the market makers hands leaving the stock to go no where but up. I put my good til cancelled order in at $15 and I plan on keeping it there.

I doubt it is being naked shorted. I have not even seen it on the short list. There is just a lack of volume and no full details on some aquisitions. Once the market starts moving in the coming week things will pick up.

It isn't a question of being shady. If you thought I implied that, that isn't accurate. They cannot be shady, their next Form 10 will show everything regarding share structure. My problem is their sin of omission, detailing 0 about the terms of the acquisition. Technically, I guees they didn't do it, a subsidiary did, a newly aquired sub at that.

Point blank boy's. ANY company can lie, at ay given time in order to make you believe what they want you to believe, ecspecislly pinks. It's kind of like you driving 62 on the way home from work tonight it worked as long as you didn't get caught. I Know that this is run by a former politician but OH MY GOD, they are the biggest crooks and everyone wants to believe in this because of it. Please. I am in this, but I am tired of watching it go down day after day. Funny thing is, managment doesn't care what it does, their getting paid. Dillute some more f'rs.

Not sure what is happening, and yes politicians are the biggest crooks. There is no reason for the stock to be going down at all other than low volume, but even then it should remain static. Only a few things should cause the stock to go down. The company losing a boat load of money. A sell off of stock(not seen in the volume) Or serious amounts of steady dilution??
Want answers on Dilution call the transfer agent.
