The merger allows them to bid on Wimax contracts through HBLN which is already a major player in the field. All large carriers are highering these smaller companies to build their networks. RedWire's already in with them and we should see a flood of other contracts. Earnings will be out by Mon. and will be a blowout as a result of the merger.

0.0042 -- great entry point. Her subsidiary, HBLN, has won many contracts to install wireless broadband services in rural communities; very promising.

Here's my take The merger with HBLN Services has made CBCL a growing company with phenominal earnings potential. The merger has already brought the company contracts and they are in a position to gain much larger ones. Anyone familiar with WiMax knows that major carriers like Sprint are hiring many small companies to develop their network. HBLN Services (now the major part of CBCL) is a natural choice.
This sentiment was evidenced by the earnings report released today. The quarterly shows real earnings, even in the development stages. All this causes me to believe that getting in here is getting in just as development is about to take off.

Based on the effort and money that the MMs have worked on CBCL, I do expect that CBCL will have a big run, just a matter of when. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

CBCL This is great news because the merger is officially complete, making CBCL a viable company, ready to gain serious WiMax contracts just as HBLN Services has already. Sprint and other major careers hire such wimax contractors for their network and some like Red Wire have already dealt with HBLN Services (now part of CBCL).
