YES CBCL the 10 and 50ma are strong support...

I would say you have found a hidden gem here. CBCL has a market cap of 144K and 24mill outstanding shares. WAY UNDERVALUED! They now own HBLN based here in Atlanta that I know very well. CBCL will release new updated financial statements reflecting the newly merged entity very soon. This financial statement could support a 5 to 8 cent stock now.

This isn't a quick play. It's a company reaching a new level. This is an occurance to be taken advantage of. Take a look at some of the press releases after the merger which point out how the merger is a brand new stage for the company. It's an active company and has increased its abilities exponentially.

The merger has definitely made this a hidden gem. The bullish triangle pattern is also continuing to ascend. Heavy buying late yesterday is a great sign.

once 6 is broken a finish of 0.008 to 0.01 could be in play, it should attempt to go to the top bolinger either today or next day, most like today........imo

Strong volume in the past couple weeks! But I have been unable to find any finacials. Earlier in the thread it was reported: "CBCL has a market cap of 144K and 24mill outstanding shares. WAY UNDERVALUED!" But, when I do the math 144000/24000000=.006 Am I doing that calculation right? .006 per share? The chart on this looks very impressive right now, but I still must ask where did the financial information come from. Jeeze looking at only the chart, it looks like a buy and hold for two days to a couple weeks.

CBCL's breakout pattern is off on its next leg. Important news was released about the company's ability to garner contracts and a major contract was announced Aug 1 that is just hitting the wires now.

A breakout's second leg goes higher than its first and we are about to see a lot more upside action today (now 0066 x 0067). See chart:

2006-08-07 09:00 ET - News Release

ATLANTA, Ga., Aug. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Redline Communications, a leading provider of standards-based wireless IP transport products, and HBLN Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of CyberTel Capitol Corporation , today announced that Redline's AN-50e and AN-30e wireless IP transport products are among the first wireless backhaul equipment to gain acceptance to the USDA/RUS manufacturers listing.

Redline's robust wireless AN-50e and AN-30e backhaul, distribution and access solutions provide more flexibility and choice to operators planning broadband deployments under the USDA/RUS Broadband Loan and Loan Guarantee programs.

Among the companies that represent and deploy Redline's wireless IP transport products, are Alliance Corporation, one of North America's leading wireless network equipment distributors, and PDQLink, an innovative Wireless Internet Service Provider based in Illinois. Redline chose HBLN Services to manage the product submission and acceptance process. Manufactured in Canada, Redline's products meet the "Buy American" criteria for compliance to the USDA/RUS program.

"The USDA Rural Utilities Services program has recognized the economic importance of making broadband access available to more communities, especially those in smaller markets. Its programs have helped service providers to accelerate the delivery of these important services," stated Edgar Masri, Chief Operating Officer, Redline Communications. "Broadband access is yet another essential "utility" for the future growth of our economy. We are pleased to be a part of this program and to offer our low-cost carrier-grade backhaul solutions to these markets."

"The acceptance of wireless as a viable delivery method for broadband services has driven the cost of building these networks down substantially," stated Walt Henley, President of HBLN Services. "Redline's wireless backhaul and multi-point solutions are a key building block to continuing this trend."

Redline's Advanced Wireless IP Transport Products

The AN-50e is part of Redline's full suite of advanced wireless IP transport products for backhaul and access applications. Redline's high speed wireless AN-50e Ethernet bridge operates in the license exempt 5.470 - 5.725 GHz and 5.725 - 5.825 GHz bands and is configured for point-to-point (PTP) operation, with point-to- multipoint (PMP) operation capabilities. Accommodating backhaul and access functions, the AN-50e is the industry's first true high performance, high capacity, multi-services OFDM platform. The AN-50e system delivers an over-the-air rate of up to 72 Mbps, equivalent to 49 Mbps at the Ethernet level. With a robust non line-of-sight (NLOS) capability, long IF cable support for tower and high rise installations, audible antenna alignment and diagnostic capabilities for Ethernet and wireless, the AN-50e addresses the most challenging deployment scenarios through simplified installation and support.

CBCL Breakout Holding/Bouncing Off Support
We're in a steady breakout with the stock going to new levels as a result of its recent merger with HBLN. This pattern is holding steady and support has moved up to 006. The bullish triangle breakout pattern is in force, which is making steady higher highs and higher lows. According to this pattern, which has held and is holding firmly, this morning CBCL is poised to bounce off support.

This thing was in SMMW land 2 years back. They did a 1:1000 r/s and after 2 years it finally bucked. And now the 200 MA has moved over the 50 day MA. Kind of risky, wouldn't you say?

Posted by YMP on :

The difference is that CBCL has now merged with HBLN, which is a long standing, active company. The stock has been bouncing off the 10 MA and that's the most important indicator when watching the development of a breakout. If it closed under the 10 MA I'd be singing a different tune and have told everyone I posted to in the yahoo groups that I'd let them know when to get out (imo). The stock's held steady in quick pullbacks and the breakout pattern is continuing. It looks ready to start its next leg.

Held very good through several shakes. Pattern clearly holding.

LOL Mod's finally cut you guys down to one thread eh?

Watch this closely the next couple days. If it can maintain support over...say....0045 you have a very nice pennant in the making which should top out again around .007/.0075. Prior to the pennant you had a very sharp pps increase which, if it stays to pattern, should mean even further growth after the pennant is fully formed.

Not in again yet but if it continues to hold I will be soon.

Had an offer in for .0041, and they didn't fill me the first time it traded there. I have since cancelled. This is going to be unpopular, but it is my dumbass opinion, that it goes lower yet.

Posted by edgewise on :

in at .0043..
expected it might get near .0040, but didn't wanna miss out just in case an early bump this way came..

it's recently been doing a 3 days down, then a day or two up, and today's it's third down day in a row, so if the semi-pattern keeps up, it should have a nice day tomorrow.

it's nice to see that it came off of the .0041 nicely though but i'll agree it wasn't the most profound micro-bounce, but nearly-10% ain't a bad couple-minute recovery..

Posted by edgewise on :

in at .0043...

out at .0049...

it's my first actually profitable trade in awhile.. not a massive one, but playing it safe was nice.

might get back in next time it drops around the low .004's.. if that happens, which i'm not too sure it will.

Great job, Edge. 0.0043 was the
best one can get for this round.
There was one fake trade at 0.0042,
but it's only a small order used by
the MMs as a signal. After a few days
of consolidation at this level, the
MMs will bring the pps to higer levels
to unload their inventory.

The merger allows them to bid on Wimax contracts through HBLN which is already a major player in the field. All large carriers are highering these smaller companies to build their networks. RedWire's already in with them and we should see a flood of other contracts. Earnings will be out by Mon. and will be a blowout as a result of the merger.

Here's my take The merger with HBLN Services has made CBCL a growing company with phenominal earnings potential. The merger has already brought the company contracts and they are in a position to gain much larger ones. Anyone familiar with WiMax knows that major carriers like Sprint are hiring many small companies to develop their network. HBLN Services (now the major part of CBCL) is a natural choice.

This sentiment was evidenced by the earnings report released today. The quarterly shows real earnings, even in the development stages. All this causes me to believe that getting in here is getting in just as development is about to take off.

CBCL This is great news because the merger is officially complete, making CBCL a viable company, ready to gain serious WiMax contracts just as HBLN Services has already. Sprint and other major careers hire such wimax contractors for their network and some like Red Wire have already dealt with HBLN Services (now part of CBCL).

still not bad at all - cap only around 1.6 million for a company that is quite profitable. I like the look of the chart...any news of the new subsidiary should make it fly!

Thread Title : "Topic: CBCL has impressive chart"

Think it was trading at .006 then. OUCH!

Posted by Schwabie on :

YES BUT WILL...

WE ALL MADE ALOT OF MONEY FLIPPING IT WHEN JimSC CALLED IT.

I'M GUESSING PEOPLE WANTED MORE PROFIT AND BECAME BAGHOLDERS INSTEAD...

Posted by will on :

Great to hear.

If I recall it went from that .006 ot the lows .004's beofre a bounce.
Can't recall the details. I'm sure some newer inexperienced traders might have missed the nuances of "the call".

Posted by will on :

Just checked. My recallection wasn't accurate, looks like it had bounce from the .006 area to .0079, before the take down.
It was called several times reviewing the thread :
8/7 at .0064
8/10 at .0043
8/17 at .0042
8/21 at .004
8/25 at .0037

I liked it at .003.

Now it could retreat to .002 before a substantial move up. Th problem is that they diluted 10X in a quarter, from one form 10 to the next.

Posted by Schwabie on :

YES, I THINK YOU WERE CONFUSING IT WITH SLWF

.006 TO .0017

Posted by Revrat on :

It's "called" every day here. someone just posts inane things in this thread every day to bump it up. If you post enough crap every day eventually you will look like you are right. When this thing runs it isnt because of the charts and it isnt because of news. it's because some group play somewhere decides to send it for a ride. You have about two hours to sell and get the heck out of dodge because it will drop like a rock when the pumpers dump all over you.

Posted by Schwabie on :

FYI, I DON'T PUMP ANYTHING.

I BASH [Big Grin]

I DON'T OWN STOCKS, I JUST FLIP THEM.

This is in the early stages of a turnaround, IMO.

Chart looks nice, looks to have bottomed on low volume which is good sign depending on how you look at it. I think these are the 'load up' stages. Can't ignore .002 support

I initially bought a small interest at .0035 awhile ago. Bought some at .0013 late morning and intended to 'double down' at .0011, but EOD snuck up on me and funds did not clear. Stupid E*Trade. Will try again tomorrow AM.

Seems pretty oversold. I think that 10-fold dilution in the last 10-Q left a really sour taste in people's mouths. Nevertheless, even at the diluted a/s, it remains pretty oversold and it seems ready to move
