Hey Bigfoot, I'm guessing that SLSE shares would be restricted shares? [Smile]

There hasn't been a clear answer on that one from the PR's but yah...their restricted.

SLSE is trading at .35 right now. That would be one hell of a dividend if they were common shares. Everyone would be pouncing on this one.

Buy a mil for less that a grand. Get 10K of SLSE as sell for $3,500?!

I don't think so.

Good strong close at .0009. Very interested to see if that teleconference will translate into movement tomorrow. Seemed some big positions were acquired today that suggest some folks are taking that bet.

We shall see.

I am still waiting for these guys that are talking this dividend up to tell me if they called their brokers to see what it takes to UNrestrict dividends. They think this pos divy is so great, it will lay in their account forever, and will most likely be worthless in a year's time anyway. It will cost a lot more than it is worth to unrestrict it then, if is worth anything at all.

LBTN gave a divivend not long ago that had value, free LBTN shares. It sent it from .002's to .0089. I'm still sitting on a modest amount of freebies from that run. Wish they run it to .005, I dump 'em in a heartbeat.

Actually will, with your words of wisdom I sold. I just don't have time to be waiting 1 full year for my cash.

I honestly thought the divy's were going to be unrestricted but found out it would likely go through the JPHC route in which I want no part of. I do just fine playing after those types of transactions and not getting "stuck".

I doubt that I have much wisdom. I do know a steaming heap of horsecrap when I see it though. You have a CEO that refuses to give basic information such as O/S, you have a dividend statement that is ambiguous as to whether the shares are restricted or free trading. Why all the ambiguity? A decent company, (which pennies are not known for, decency), would have been forthcoming, forthright, and clear regarding all the above. These guys been pumping this mamo machine for years, if it really had value don't you think it be saving lives by now. Anything in the medical industry that would help detect, evaluate, mitigate, breast cancer would find its way to REAL MONEY quick. These guys have some type of psychic chicken inside a black box that they call "innovative technology". They have nothing more than a printing press and R/S.

I'm not quite sure why everyone is having a problem with figuring out whether the divy is going to be restricted or not. I posted the answer to this awhile ago on a different forum, before all these new ones were created, lol. It was written right in the PR that it is going to be restricted:

"Solos Endoscopy, Inc. has obtained medical assets from Lifeline Biotechnologies Inc for $4 million in RESTRICTED shares of Solos Endoscopy, Inc."

Pretty obvious to me that they will be restricted =)

Sure seems that way. I didn't even read the tripe PR's, I just went on what I read here. You're correct about losing information to new threads too, but that's the way this forum is ran, so get used to that too.
LBTN has history of being a diluter / R/S'er. They can keep the pos dividend. imdao, it is still a pos.

Post #of 134

LBTN held a teleconference today at 4:15 Eastern time, 1:15 Pacific. I called in and listened to the whole thing. Jim Holmes was there, CEO of Lifeline, and Segerson and Gatto from SLSE (Solos Endoscopy).

The interviewer asked intelligent questions, but I believe it was their own PR firm, so I wouldn't expect any hard questions. There was no questions/answers portion at the end, as I wanted to ask about the chances of a reverse split.

Jim Holmes was very well spoken, best of the 3 IMO. He said the dividend is on track for a record date of August 18th, and the pay date would be 30-45 days later. Sounds like business is good, they're looking at acquisitions in Solar energy, and Ethanol, and Coal refining. Because they have so much SLSE stock right now (which is exploding) I doubt there will be a RS, especially if the price keeps climbing like I expect. Jim said they might spin-off their new acquisitions as well, this might become the "mode of operation".

Segerston wasn't terribly well spoken, because he did alot of "uhh" and "aah" inbetween answering questions, but sounded legitimate and answered all the questions. He said at one point, Solos was making I think 40 million per year (or maybe it was 40 million total, need to listen again), and they "want to get back to that point". They have been around for 20 years, and just started trading 4 months ago. They want to move to a big board, and think once their audits come back (in progress, finding auditors) the price will be alot higher.

Gatto was very well spoken, but didn't get asked many questions. He answered everything immediately, and sounded very convincing. All in all it was very positive, there was nothing "Scary" said, and it appears they are moving right along with the gameplan. LBTN will likely get alot of attention in the next month or two, and I hope people listen to the broadcast tonight, there might be a run tomorrow morning. It might be on the internet but I don't know where, "The Big Apple" company has it available if you call them toll free:

"You are not permitted to send private messages. A board leader has elected to deactivate this option for you."

I still am asking if anyone has contacted their broker to get a detailed explanation of what it takes to UNrestrict a restricted dividend.
Has anyone here, ANYONE, ever UNrestricted a dividend afeter a year's wait, or less if those were the conditions? I am asking about a restricted dividend of another company given by a comapny you had shares in.

ANYONE ???

Not me, that's why I don't plan to wait for the divy. I know it can be done but it requires coordinating with the TA, your broker, and the company. There is also a fee from what I understand though I couldn't say for sure that's true. Your broker WILL need legal verification to unrestrict your shares. It doesn't just happen.

I've heard there is also an easier way to unrestrict if you are willing to wait two years but don't know much about that either. I still have a few months before my first restricted stock comes of age.

Divy aside the chart still looks good. IMO That's what I am playing.

Oh...I've also heard that if the company doesn't want to unrestrict your shares after the year is up they can dither for a quite a while before they have to pony up.

So, all in all, the dividend has little or no value in reality.

It is a ploy to attract attention to a stock. I imagine some big hitters might benefit from it, but that's doubtful also.

So, NO ONE has executed UNrestricting shares, and no one who is counting on receiving this dividend has bothered looking into the process of unrestricting them with their broker.

Guess that does make it worthless, because you are correct Bigfoot, it just doesn't happen automatically. There are forms to be filled out, and fees to pay. Don't know the particulars, just know that they make it difficult enough to discourage and frustrate you until you give up. The other unknown is, what will the value of that dividend stock be a year from now. Chances are a lot less than it is worth today. Can't prove that, but something tells me I'd be rich if I made book on that proposition.

"Divy aside the chart still looks good. IMO That's what I am playing."

I respect your skill and ability to read charts, but with some key information being deliberately concealed by the CEO, such as O/S and share structure, leaves me kind of leery.

Does this have a bounce left in it? I have no idea. It just isn't my kind of play.

LBTN just posted their share structure
yesterday on pink sheets dot com.
The play will be similar to IDWD
a few months ago. Take your profit
and run, don't bother with the divy.
It will run because the MMs have spent
time and money with it for the past 6
months. The genearal public will believe
in divy and lose their capitals thru
R/S. This is purely a gamble only.
Never invest in this company.

Think this will get higher but the bid support is a little shaky right now so I am being safe.

So that means, through dividends, if the price of LBTN and SLSE were the same, you would earn over 100% of your investment in LBTN valued in SLSE shares....
