Yes, and I bought a million shares of LBTN. Now, restricted or not to me is unknown, however I won't mind especially with the health care industry growing in huge demand. Supplies will be needed along with high tech equipment.

I think you guys might want to call your broker and see and understand the process of UNrestricting dividends. It is not an easy process. If they're restricted for a year, well, a lot can happen to the price. If they're not restricted then it's a good deal, but I suspect they are restricted, because they sure would mention an inticement like that if they weren't. The PR is purposely ambiguous for a reason - the HOOK !

The CEO finally email me back and it doesn't sound good to me. I asked the following questions.
1. What is the current share structure?Outstanding shares? Authoriszed Shares?
2. Has there been any more dilution since May 3rd.
3. How is the move to the Bulletin Board comming? What is the next step in that process?
And these were his answers:
"I'll hold on several of you Q?s, til public information is made available, those being:
#1, and #2
#3 Bulletin Board, no plans at this time. If that should become an item, we'd have to file a Form 10SB w/ the SEC, become reporting, then move to the BB.

What I feel is going to happen (because of past pr's) is that after the dividend pay-out, they will release a pr about some more dilution. Just My Opinion because of what the CEO has said and past dilution+dividend pr's.

You have to ask what to think of this. It's an in and out play, not a hold. The CEO won't even disclose basic information, that being the share structure, not very comforting or encouraging.
Anyone check with their broker on UNrestricting a dividend yet.

thank you. I'm not holding this one or any other. I usually don't care what the ceo says. I usually ignore the fundamentals anyway and use t/a and momo as my quidance. B/C most of these pennies are pump and dump. And there's still money to be made here.

Don't want the divy personally though it looks like it might have more value than alot of the restricted junk that gets passed around on these boards.
I have enough restricted stuff in my account already and don't plan to clutter it up more until at least one of them proves to be a benefit.
I am expecting a break of the .001 wall next week and will sell into the rise.

My "guesses" are about 60/40 right now. Everything depends on breaking the wall at .001.
