If you are on the level then we're cool but take "news" of that sort with a grain of salt. A BIG grain of salt.
Number 1 problem with the dividend...
You stated that you learned about this from the CEO's uncle who works with the company. That makes the uncle an employee. If he released that information to you prior to public release that is insider trading and against the law for which he could be held liable by the SEC.
As to the group play. Could be true, but it seems to me you are just posting rumors or trying to create rumors without any verifiable information to back it up. You said next week Monday...we will see...but I believe that is bogus as well.
I'll believe you are just excited about the stock and trying to find any positive information to post for now but try to use more discretion. Try to stick to information you can back up.
Thank you,
The Bigfoot

I get the feeling today will be a consolidation day with little movement until EOD. That last hour of trading is usually good for us though so I'm expecting to stay even or grow on yesterday's gains.

I wonder if they will get the financing to buy the company. I thought it would have happened by now. There must be some problems.

I guess we can race by the bank. I see no reason for this predicted "off to the races" in fact, in order for that to be true, we would have to get to .10 first, this is where we were last year. The fact is that it can't break .04 and if it breaks .03 which, it could do on Monday, double zero's will be a sure bet. Sorry for the negativity, I own the stock but it performance has been a disaster.

word is that possibly JHDarbie is loading up on shares.....JHDarbie is a wall st banker and a good customer of the MMs......the MMS will keep it in the .03 range till darbie or whoever else is done loading the boat.....then when the company has things lined up with the PR campeign, it will run.....so much MLXO can PR, agpro aquisition, sonoma aquisition, reduced a/s, otcbb filing, plastics biz revs, agpro and sonoma projected revs.......the potential is there.....rumor is that Tom the CEO put his and his wife's shares up for collateral......what CEO ever does that??? SO Tom is defintely not into diluting.....word is also that cornell had a CD with a few million shares, but someone has been eating up those shares...we think it;s darbie and friends......also, someone on hsm said they tried to get shares at the ask friday for .034 and the MMs would'nt let him have them (no AON), but passed over 100k shares thru at .031.....this tells me someone who knows the MMs is accumulating and when they are ready, which I believe will be soon, within 3 weeks, will make this run.....

Side, while I hope your right, as I own this stock too, I see no reason for this to explode. This stock was at .10 when it had all the financial problems. Those are gone, the cd's are going well and they are purchasing (maybe) a company for alternative fuel, yet the pps is close and most likely will fall to its all time low. I just see no real reason to be optimitic. We can all hope, but reality, at least at this point, doesn't look good.

This is unreal. I think the SEC needs to take a look here. I would favor a halt in trading so no one else gets screwed.

now you've crossed the line casviper/dollar2dollar/snuggs....stop trading because someone is cashing in a legal convertable? that's outrageous!
no one is getting 'screwed'...you make your decisions in this market and have to live by the consequences, positive or negative...cornell has every right to be reimbursed on their loan...if anything, you should look at their methods as a positive because they can only cash in a small percentage per month so instead of cashing in all at once they do a little at a time...
if the sec needs to investigate anything it's manipulators like you

First of all I don't know who is dollar2dollar/snuggs.
Second I'm by no means a manipulator of any stock. I'm expressing my opinion on what has happened with this stock and MY REACTION TO WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS STOCK.
Third this statement is PURE LIBEL "if the sec needs to investigate anything it's manipulators like you" and if I knew who you were you would need a lawyer now.
Side, I would suggest you refrain from statements that are libel in nature. Many have been sued for less.

^^ Good luck with the libel suit. YOU need to have experienced a defamation of character that caused damage to YOU. Not an online alias in the middle of an anonymous web forum. So.. because you're getting so defensive about something said on a forum - I'm listening to sidestyle.

what is really great about this stock is that once we aquire AGpro, there's no need to "build the manufacturing plant".......we will see immediate (within a month or two) revenues coming in from this.......DO YOU GET THAT PEOPLE! IMMEDIATE REVENUES! Look at all the stocks that have soared to over a dollar saying bla bla bla next year they will build their site.......ACMG said it, another one, forget the symbol, saying they will build in toms river NJ....that one ran to over a buck! and they still haven't made good on their promise.....LOL.......there are others as well.......NOW THIS IS THE REAL DEAL and IMMEDIATE REVS COMING......and we're talking nice revs for years to come, so eventually, this will get to over $1 per share if they keep the O/S low and since we've seen the actions on Tom the CEO not diluting or hype PR, we are in a great stock! Just a matter of time and the official word on the AGpro aquisition and we are outta this 3-5 cent zone. Now if those other stocks with promises of building ran to over $1 and have not made any revs yet, how much more should MLXO get to over a measely .20......in due time, with some patience in waiting for the "next leg up a few times, I think we are gonna get there, but maybe much quicker since someone has been buying up the cornel shares and we do have a small float......I feel really good on letting my money rest here.
