I'm in & buying more today knowing up front it's a total crapshoot!
Interest is rising as evidenced by volume. Huge volume. CMF has been positive since December 18th.
I bought into a stock three years ago coming off a bottom of .0001! QBID. They had 7.5 billion OS when I placed my bet due to volume just like this. Three months later after a series of news releases & spikes it hit .028 up 28,000%. I sold most on the way back down at .02 & yes, it went all the way back to .0001.
I know of some pretty shrewd investors that have started playing this. I don't have any specific target but if this puppy trades in pennys & you're holding a million shares, that's $10,000.oo dollars for every penny it moves. The balance of risk versus reward is heavily tilted to Reward!
If 98,569,997 shares = 16.5% of this company comes out to 606 milliom shares. Knight basically just told us the OS for CBCL is about 606 milliom shares. At .0002!!!! This thing will fly!

whizknock, the R/S rumors are true now for CBCL. In addition to the Knight filing late yesterday indicating 16.5% ownership in CBCL, check OTCbb.com for the pre-filing from the company also late yesterday for the 1:1000 R/S for CBCL. It looks like around mid-March. Hard to imagine only 1.8 mil o/s after the split with Knight holding 16.5% of that. How many other strong holders locking up the float? There won't be anything left to trade after the R/S. lol.
My key is trying to determine a reasonable market cap after the acquisition provides some revenue guidance. An example would be $5 mil revs could warrant a market cap of maybe $10-$20 mil IMO. I believe the current market cap is about $360K. I'll do some math on that. :-)
All IMO. ////////////////////////////////////////////////
Even if they dump the other 7.5 billion we still could make a little change on this. I just need to decide how big of a risk it will be if they dilute their entire AS & how much of it they've already dumped. Knight declared their position after CBCL filed their motion for an RS.
Anyway that was some very good information you added as to AS & current OS & definately food for thought before I take a dive on more. Thanks a million! LOL literally

no problem! not trying to rain on your perade WHIZKNOCK just posting whats out there. if KNIGHT owns preffered shares they may be convertable at 1000 for 1 even though his shares will be subjected to the same split ratio as common shares afterwords he could convert to common at 1000 to 1 and have 98 million again! if he can sell them on the way down "post split" even at an .05 average he can make 4,900,000 dollars on a 19+ thousand dollar investment( or 980,000$ at a penny! ). "if" he owns 98 million of the 100 million authorized preffered shares. ( the filing does not CLEARLY state the class of securities aquired.) all this assumes he bought at .0002

You're making really good sense & believe me I'm listening! Furthermore I do not view this as raining on my parade. It's very important to look at all angles & the items you've pointed out make very good sense. I will be watching volume like a hawk Monday morning!
However I can't help but notice that the company states in their filing that they now have 1,808,837,715 shares and after the split there will be 1,808,838 shares. Because they say this in a filing & not a PR or letter to shareholders they have to stick to it by law. In other words they really can't sell any more shares under the current structure or their filing with the SEC would be false.
Add the fact that Knight has filed stating that they own 16.5% of the shares does suggest that they have a vested interest & could cause a spike & I see a run on this thing.
I will not load the boat so to speak but I do see a possible play & will attempt to buy more Monday if they are not already spiking.
Madmoney! Thank you again for your input. My play will be conservative with my eyes wide open to a pump from Knight that may pay off.

Be very careful with that train - corrections are issued all the time.

And that would make me think that Knight would be really gung-ho around helping CBCL sell shares for the best possible price. I'm looking for them to take the share price up so CBCL can be very successful getting funds prior to the split. Hello. That might even be part of their agreement. Help me unload these shares at a premium & you're getting preferred status with that 980 million shares. Just a thought.
In any event I will be very carefull as to how I play this during the coming week but Knight's involvement has me a little excited.

Did anyone try .0001 today? I could not get a fill but it looks like someone did. Either that or MMs refuse to sell * .0001 but will buy there. Very low volume today, 2,352,899. That's like $235.29 plus commission. The only good news is that people are not letting it go as Crabby pointed out yesterday. Furthermore volume is so low the last two days that it would appear the company is not dumping.
Be forewarned. This is a huge gamble in light of recent filings.
However there has definately been alot of accumulation & moneyflow has been increasingly positive for two months which is an understatement. We have about two weeks to see a pre-RS run.

I found this information on my Scottrade under Quotes & Research.... A run would be a mircle..
Insider Activity It has been over a year since an insider at CBCL has made a purchase of company stock. Presumably, insiders have not had high expectations for price appreciation in the stock. The last buy occurred when FERANDELL PAUL purchased 4,000,000 shares on 6/9/2003. Over the last 5 years insiders have on average purchased 4,600,000 shares each year.

I held too long, so out of $2500 down to $90 now, I should be able to walk away with about $30. What a POS this has been.

CBCL.OB is now CBEL.OB and a 1:1000 R/S. The pps is now .05 half what it was before the split (.0001). It now need to go up to $2.80 for me to break even. What's the chance of that happening with this POS company that has no plans in the works.
