CyberKey Solutions, Inc. Continues Buy-Back Program

ST. GEORGE, UT, Jan 04, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- CyberKey(R) Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CKYS) is pleased to announce that the Company is continuing their buy-back program that was started on October 30, 2006.
CyberKey Solutions recently increased their authorized shares which will allow the company to buy back common shares with preferred stock. This will enable the Company to reduce the overall outstanding share total. In addition, the increase in the authorized share total will allow CyberKey Solutions to pursue acquisitions and continue their growth strategy.
"The continuance of the buy-back program will allow CyberKey to expedite our overall business strategy for 2007 and help increase value for loyal shareholders," stated Jim Plant, CEO of CyberKey Solutions, Inc.

News is out, buy back now BOOM down she goes 20%. to .016 Like clock work, sooo predictable micros on fluff news bank on it, 100% of the time. If you're smart get in late friday at .013, maybe next week, I do not have a crystal ball, but do know we'll see low teens very soon. Good luck. I'm going to hold my small position and try to get the rebound next 2 weeks to .02's.

I mentioned a possible relationship still existed between ckys and hisc - check out hisc now up 26%. lol. no - NOT A REC. to buy - just something I am watching for future events.

this is pretty crazy...i just can't believe how they can PR the a/s without letting us know the exact structure and whats preferred, restricted or whatever...and then read all the boards and see every1 arguing about who said what....sheesh. looks like we're now relying heavily on results from the show next week, new contracts, af's...etc. put this way if you're a gambler you double down cause our low was i think .009ish late august early september.....who knows....fingers, toes, arms, all apendages crossed for non fluff pr(s)!!! The list you are looking at is for "Exhibitors Added Since December 22, 2006" Cyberkey was already on the list.
They are under Big Apple Consulting USA, Inc.
