Might be un-gagged but won't say anything that hasn't been posted in a PR. And sounded like the 3B wasn't official yet. When I told him it was posted on the NSOS he wouldn't say anything about it "we have to stick with what they put out by press release".
I don't see this as a terrible bone crusher since it could be used for expansion and growth but you would think the TA would be ready for these kinds of questions. He only had the share structure as of the 20th of November 1B auth, 700M o/s, 200M float.

Paul - I won't say hold or buy. is it just panic selling? a/s increase could be used for different things. if it were an OB i would have expected a chance for a vote - not that it would do any good - but at least we'd have a reason eh? we shall see.

Stocks that I traded in before micors, mining and such hardly ever used up the authorized shares unless they told you.
These micros are sneeky and dilute at will.
3 B shares is too many for me.
I'll be out this week at a loss.
Good luck to you guys on CKYS.
And yes this will be one of my last PK's. Only OB's from now on.
I'm making parimeters as i go along.
If I follow my rules closely I should do all right by yr end.

Man, this was one of the few pinks that I actually thought might be for real. I got in when prdponce mentioned it and got out around .02 not too long thereafter. What you're seeing now is sad. They seem to be following the blanket formula of every other pink sheet dog out there. Hope I'm wrong and good luck if you're still in it.

I'm a member of audiogon, the stereo chart forum/trading site. The CES is a big thing in all things audio.
I'd love to attend to hear a few of my fav stereo systems.
I hope the CES does something for the falling stock price of CKYS.
I'd like to see it back up to .024 so i get can out at breakeven. Bought in at .023 thinking that was a good bottom.
After I get out I may be out for good until they can get control of their run away share structure.
I'd like to see a 1000 for 1 split
lol

I still have a pretty good av, shouldn't have bought last week at .021 but if this has a couple more good dips I'll be sitting pretty. For now my dd says risk / reward is worth seeing what happens. flipping a portion and buying lower is one way to play. I like increment buying - only a portion in the otc for the gamble - buy a little see what happens - not all in all at once. if it skyrockets you didn't miss out - if it dips major and your dd supports buying more, cool. you still have some of your candy money left to get more for when it does go back up - but your dd is even more critical at that point. I have learned to stay out of the pinks - but i'm a gluten for punishment. and adding to my to do list to check the state boards more often to find out sooner about AS increases. for this play - we may not hear anything until after the show - a whole new week with no explanation of what is going on. acquisitions? protection? who knows - more speculamentation. keep an eye on the O/S - that is the key for now imo.

You have a very good stradegy for not only making money but more importantly PROTECTING your capital.
Playing a % in the OB's only, nothing PK's. And buying small first, then averaging down if it dips considerably.
I'd like to follow that plan, but really need to get to 25K for my margin privlidges back again.
So I'll only be looking at "runners", like ACTC had 5 months ago, or TERX had 3 months ago. Stuff like that.
Picks that have a good 2 or 3 day bull run. and then followed by some stability.
CKYS might have a one day run, but then comes the huge sell off. IOW I can't tarde flippers anymore.
So it will be seldom I'll post in the micro board much.
Maybe to throw in an opinion to SQUASH a pumper, when I'm in the mood for it.
Though I know there are 3 or 4 memebers who have requested I stay off their picks, which I will honor.
And I'm sure Tex and the other moderators have gooten requests to have me booted off the board.
"he gets on my nerves"
But what rule have I broken?
No sindes, no insults, no attcaks from me.
The moderators figure it this way "if you can't take the heat, get out the kitchen".
IOW if you have a fire proof pick, there's absoluetly nothing paul can say to trash your perfectly good pick.

I'll be sort of a watch dog of sorts, just to keep pumpers from sucking in the newbies and unawares.
Hey what I give is only an opinion, and everyone has their right to give thiers with respect.
I see who starts a topic and pumps it to death.
I'll stay off their picks. Seems I may ruin their chances for making an extra tick on their stock so they miss out on making that few extra $'s.
I'll leave them to their little games.

Nothing I saidin the last part is in reference to you Boodog.

I've taken my share of criticism, mainly for my lack of explaining myself and forgetting to say the simple "thank you" to some of the senior members - or even the new people on the block. I've been posting less and less myself. lurking even more - good luck to those on CBAY btw - some sharp eyes on that imo. i hope to contribute more as time goes on. watching and learning. this is only candy money so to speak for me. My main investments are elsewhere. i like the pinks and ob stocks for the volatility. a roll of the dice.
I try to be honest - this is a forum on the big wide web - anyone can say anything and there is no way to tell if someone is being truthful. I like to squelch a pump - like the phgi/ gbdx and there were others. I hate seeing people get suckered. research research research! You have a lot of energy paul - and i wish you the best. I have followed you and watched. You are one of the good guys in my book. good luck!

Thanks Boodog for your giving me a fair shake and the encourgament.
Yeah so you have other investments, gives you more freeedom to play the stocks.
Its all or nothing for me, and everyday I learn several new things.
I should do allright yr end 07.

Yeah you also like to snuff out a POS, you did great exposing the scam GBDX and others.
Man that was incredible detective work. Outstanding.
You saved some of us from going red. Though i had a red flag on GBDX, you waved it in front of my face so to make sure i halted any ideas for a 'quick gain'.
There was none to be had as the chart clearly shows.
Keep up your good work in 07. I know you have no intentions of policing them all, but only those you know are super scams.
lately I'm in the "shiiits" with some members here.
So like you I may just lurk and stay cool.
Will make the board a happier place.
