I can understand a little bit, but this is excessive. I mean, if they ran it up 1000% they could load up on shares at the top because everyone would dump on them. I mean thats the same end result right, just at a slightly higher price lol

Kinda like what they did to IGAI a couple of days ago. They brought it down for months and weeks and then made it explode more than 1000% when they had all the shares they wanted.

good point after they released the report on the 25th stock didnt move till days later

Everyone is scared of this stock.... only one type of product and not many different outlets to sale too .... so far ... the govt.... IT will break and run up gr8 if they anounce sales to others instead of just the government ...... that govt sale was set up a long time ago..... they r just not completing the order.....
