All I'm saying is, is that I dont necessarily agree that the 102 means anything other than the MM saying:

"Look, only one trade today, at the low of the day, on the bid, maybe you, nervous trader, should consider selling us your shares, that we will gladly snap up on the cheap.."

I hear what you are saying Pheonix. I use the term signal not because I believe in 'em but because I don't have any other term to call it. If it were a partial fill we would have seen a bigger volume, so to if it were a scare tatic. Instead of putting out a measly 102 they would've been sidways trading a large number of shares to simulate dropping support.

Maybe someone just want something to talk about on the boards.

Regardless, three MM's stack on .008 show interest by buyers. No shares traded show conviction in holders. Who will budge first...those who are in or those who want in?

Weird going ons today. A whopping 102 shares traded at .008 to show an 11% decline. Somehow something doesn't seem right, but those are the facts. LOL

Not encouraged or discouraged, just simply surprised they can get away with this stuff.

Still have to believe there isn't any dilution taking place, next to no volume. My money is still on the low O/S and float with this one.

Buyers were more stubborn than I thought yesterday. Still expecting the rise but won't predict a timeline again. If you look at the 6 month chart the stock rarely flatlines for more than two or three days in a row. When this goes it should go up. Lookin for .015 - .018.

Yeah, it's ridiculous. Make it look like it declined 10% on selling -- but anyone with an ounce of sense wouldnt believe that in a heartbeat.

Unless of course people have been trying to sell and not using AON orders -- and the MM is filling them for only 100 shares -- and taking the bid down. That would really piss me off. Happened to me before -- I got reamed in a stock, tried selling, and they deliberately gave me a tiny fill and moved the bid down.

I'm not selling. Not gonna play their game and give them my shares.

hmmm...

The games were annoying but it looks like today they were successful at shaking loose some of those stubborn folks sitting below bid...(don't know if that was the intent or not)

Keep up da volume, bring on da rise.

Did the ask turn up when that 86 came through and then drop again or did those share come in above the ask?

My L2's show UBSS at .0086 and VFIN at .0087 on the ask...ETRD and SSGI on the bid at .0072...oddly enough the ask in my portfolio view shows .008 as the ask...

macd flattened with that trade BTW...

There's been some weird L'2/streamer discrepancy action on this one before. Don't know what to make of it.

Upside, you can always find shortcomings in a frigging 10Q. Focus on the O/S, and the prce & volume over the last week.

Total current assets $305,935
Total current liabilities $1672,769

The quick ratio sucks, OK.

Class A - no par value; authorized 10,000,000,000 shares; 22,459,530 shares issued, 20,641,695 outstanding and 1,817,835 shares held in escrow.

A/S 10B, that sucks too, future dilution, BUT IT ISN'T HERE YET. OK.

So the 10Q is wanting, is this news for a penny stock? Thay ALL do ! Oh, excuse me, 99.99999% of them do.

Tex,

I'd say all this is lacking is attention. We've seen how even 500k (which is basically 5-8 trades) can bounce this up quickly. A good run is almost gauranteed to my mind.

P.S. Having personal trouble figguring out how to express my opinions on this stock. The float is so low any real positive exclaimation could be seen as trying to start a group play. That is not my intention. Could happen while I'm in it and I'll take advantage if it does but don't want to be one of the authors. Not the way I like to trade.

It's a pos, no different than any other penny stock. Don't buy it. Stay away from it. It sucks. It's going to go lower. It will never recover, and you will lose all your money.

Don't play it, go find another play with a sterling, sparkling 10Q that trades at .01 or less. Make sure it has enough cash on hand to cover 3 yrs of liabilities. Current assets of 10's of millions of dollars. An O/S of 2M shares with A/S of 5M....and is at it's 52 week low, so there is little downside risk, preferably trading under .001.

Here's your volumes. Notice from 8/2/06 on. Does that look like dilution? If it were they'd be dropping the Ask like crazy and trading 10's of millions. Maybe those two days of 102 shares traded diluted its value.
