Claremont Technologies Corp. (CTTG) announced that the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada has entered an order dismissing the Company'sChapter 11 bankruptcy case, based upon a joint motion to dismiss the case and a joint motion to approve a global settlement with the Company's creditors.
