Becareful with this one. 1-1000 R/S is in the works..
If anything, this is only a short term play. Make sure you get out before the R/S happens, which I think is happening at the end of the month, but don't quote me on that.

The registrant has cancelled the proposed vote by a majority of its stockholders on July 28, 2006 to effect the following corporate actions:

The errors were discovered in connection with comments raised by the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") in their review and comment on our Exchange Act filings on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2005. Upon review by management of these violations, we discovered our errors. Upon this determination, management and the Board of Directors were alerted to the facts and circumstances regarding the errors in disclosing the violations of the Investment Company Act and the Securities Act. Authorized officers of the Company discussed this matter with the Company's independent public accounting firm who agreed that the Company's annual and quarterly financial statements could not be relied upon and needed to be restated.

This is a new one on me...I need to look into other sub penny companies to find out how this action affected the PPS. My gut says I need to buy in Monday morning thinking this will run.
Has anyone gone through this before with another company? How was the PPS affected?

It doesn't seem to have anywhere to go but up and ever since they announced the RS, its been a landslide to where its at.. not much to lose imo.. I think i'm going to pick some up on monday at 2.. its a gamble but the upside seems much larger than the downside, so i like my odds.
