Silver Screens Studios to Create Holding Company; Holding Company to Spin off Individual Business Units into Publicly Traded Companies
07/28/2006 10:00

Silver Screen Studios, Inc. (OTCBB: SSSU), www.silverscreenstudiogroup.com, today announced that the Company has officially began the process of becoming a Holding Company. Currently Silver Screens Studios has three business units that will be spun off into their own publicly traded companies over the next few months. Each of the business units: Real Estate, Financial Services and Entertainment will be put into a pink sheet shell and a dividend paid to shareholders.

The first shell has been acquired and the dividend and pricing for Global 1 Real Estate Investment Group, Inc., our Real Estate Business Unit will be announced shortly. Over the next two to three months we will acquire additional pink sheet shells for our remaining business units.

Holding Company Formation:

The Holding Company concept was set up so the parent company, Silver Screens Studios, Inc. will become Silver Screens Holdings, Inc. Silver Screens Holdings will develop each business unit and spin each company off into its own publicly traded company. In the meantime, Silver Screens will begin to look for new companies to acquire and develop for 2007 and beyond.

"We feel this is absolutely the best way to build shareholder value for Silver Screens' shareholders," Donald Evans, CEO of Silver Screens Studios stated. "Ownership in not one, but multiple companies not only is a way to build value but reduce risk over time as well," Evans concluded.

Our restructuring is moving along ahead of schedule. As of Wednesday, 26 July, 2006 we have acquired a lease for office space for Global 1 Real Estate Investment Group, Inc. in the business district of Atlanta, GA in a Class A building. Securing this centrally located office space will provide Global 1's operations a place to conduct business and continue to grow. This is also an essential part of the execution of Silver Screen's overall business restructuring and that is to have each one of our business units become a stand-alone, publicly-traded company.

We have received publishing and marketing funding for our first two novels, The Set-Up and The Single Life. And, we have received a Line of Credit for the development of our film slate and equipment acquisition including a high definition camera.

Summary:

We are moving to build value for our shareholders as we build our business plan and model, the results are beginning to accrue and we expect to continue to achieve our objectives.

And some more good news!

Silver Screen Studios Enters the Print Publishing Industry through Global 1 Publishing; Global 1 Publishing to Sign, Publish and Distribute New Authors
08/01/2006 11:59
Silver Screen Studios, Inc. (OTCBB: SSSU), www.silverscreenstudiogroup.com, today announced that the Company has officially implemented its publishing strategic business initiative and has moved to become a full service print publishing company through a new strategic business unit, Global 1 Publishing Group, which we will develop to become a publicly trading company.

Publishing Business Unit:

As a company we are excited to enter the print publishing business. The print publishing industry is one of the most profitable segments of the entertainment industry. The profit potential is enormous and we feel this component will add to our business infrastructure in the entertainment industry. The print publishing industry generates more than $40 billion per year in revenue with profit margins estimated to be 20-30%.

We will launch Global 1 Publishing with the official release of "The Set-Up" to be followed by the "The Single Life." These two novels will introduce Global 1 to the industry and we will sign and develop new authors with our various properties; a web TV channel, our movies, and various writing and video events we plan to host.

Profit Dynamics of Publishing:

The profit dynamics of a novel offers the potential for a large financial return on a successful project. Due to our small overhead and cost structure, we are able print a novel that will retail for $16.99-$23.99 for $2.75-$3.95 per copy.

It is estimated The Da Vinci Code has grossed more than $5.0 billion from books and a blockbuster movie before the movie has been released on DVD. It is estimated to generate $200 million on the DVD sales. Clearly publishing has the potential to grow Silver Screen into a force in the entertainment industry.

Books that have been made into successful movies: Lord of the Rings, $3.0 billion; Harry Potter, $5.0 billion.

Synergy with Movie Business Unit:

We feel this integrated strategy will enable the company to grow and become profitable in 2006-2007. Our immediate goal is to have five books in publication within six (6) months and for Global 1 Publishing to trade under its own symbol.

Summary:

As a company we are actively seeking new business opportunities to develop for our spin-off program with dividend distributions to our shareholders. A portfolio of entertainment companies each trading with its own symbol will allow our shareholders to build equity in multiple companies and spread the risk of ownership.

I have been watching this stock and buying Some the last few days. Jeff has been sitting on the ask for a week. I think this has a good chance to take off in the near future. This is just my opinion.
