No 8k yet, only 10q , 8k could come anytime now.... from 10q----"After the filing of the Company’s second fiscal quarter report for 2006, the Company will file an 8-K with information regarding the acquisition of the pipeline. It will file an 8-K with the details of the definitive agreement for the purchase of the two Montana gas wells once it is signed."

That's the point I was trying to make. There is no new 8-k yet. It will be announced shortly. I just don't like people making false claims after they bailed on the stock!

On August 15, 2006, the Company executed a Letter of Intent to acquire two working interests in GAS PRODUCING WELLS located in Toole County, Montana. On August 23, 2006, the Company signed a definitive Purchase Agreement to acquire a 4.5 mile pipeline in Campbell County, Wyoming from PRB Energy, Inc.

First i apologize if i made a rash comment so quick, it was the 10qsb, i got ahead of myself, but anyways that line about says it all! "no agreement reached". To be honest i was EXTREMELY excited to read through this 10qsb, but once i read that, i threw my hands in the air. Also, does this mean they have to give back the $25,000?
look i feel bad for bag holders, if you are one, but there is still a chance for you to get out with atleast some money. Just like everyone else is saying, after july 15th no updates?, then things are probably not going as planned. Yes, catus,(a good man by the way) says there is still good news left, they aquired some GAS interests in 2 states, could work out for them? and whoever is still in this stock.
Alls im saying is, i made some new friends here, glad i rode this one up and down since MAY i made alot of trades on it!!! its been fun. Thanks for a good time!

G'd morning.... Did a ticker symbol change occur yesterday? On my scottrade summary, what showed as ARET then is now showing as ARETE. ...What did I miss?

mrdoor, I agree with bad posting, but people do make mistakes. I have been on this site for slightly under a year now, came on now knowing much at all. Learned the hard way on some things and I am still learning. But some things I did pick up on are pumpers and people who just talk nonsense. My point being I have yet to see Liberty post anything of the sort. Just my opinion. I feel the same about cactus as well as very few others. GLTA

Good Morning all, just to fill people in with a littl about me, im not a pumper, i dont bash, and i use this facility to find out info and particiapte in the investing community. DO ALOT OF DD AND GET IN <BEFORE> A RUN. It works.
I hope you all learn quick because you can gain 100-200% like that - OR - you can loose 70-80% of your money FASTER than it took you to earn the money. Just a bit of advice for you newbies. Take a profit when you have one!

I dont want to bash cause, in respect, this has been a long process, but if they merge with a new company, cause it looks like they are trying to, who and what kind of business are they in. The PPS always looks good down here when there is a merger on the burner. Sept. 6th isnt to far away!!
Besides that, no one knows whats going on anymore besides the purchase of some oil fields and gas pipelines (do they even serve a purpose-the gas pipelines that is???), which if they cant afford to stay current - how can they afford these properties???
Well, if i can understand whats going on i would be back in this in a heart beat, just concerned and waiting for a good entry point now!!!
