Alright, instead of adding and subtracting which is difficult for this company as they issue shares quite often to secure services I am going to go off their share statement from the last 10Q.

State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity, as of latest practicable date: Class A
392,208,578 shares of Common Stock, $0.001 par value, as of May 19, 2006; 5,000,000 Class B $0.001 par value as of May 19, 2006.
The dates of the 100mil shares cancelation are previous to the dates of this statement from the 10Q so it looks like that is old information that no longer has bearing on the share structure.

Class A common stock 392mil
Minus 150mil Class A common shares in escrow

Total Class A common stock 242mil shares.
Total Class B common stock 5mil shares.

My last stock did this too. Would go for hours without a trade and then a flurry near EOD.

Made a good 45% for a weeks worth of watching.

Expecting similar activity here.

All bets are placed. The wheel is turned. Wil the roullette ball end on black or red?

UBSS and NITE are always positioning like that..
You can almost time this thing for portional flips like clock work..Gives me something to do when working other stocks..See that one? Wasn't me but thats how it's done.

Not a bad way to be once you know how the spread works. I don't usually do the small flips like that but I've seen it enough to know it can add up over time.

I want to see some more .034's go through followed by a bid uptick. Get a little proof that folks want in.

Typical Nite behaviour, he will sit down there on the bid, then jump up the bid, and give the ask a push to fill a client..But we are not supposed to know that...LOL

We were able to retain our HOD at .035 and we had an increase in volume over yesterday.

One weak hand at EOD yesterday brought us down to .033 on bid with fill of 80,000 shares.

Ask still strong.
