Satelinx Intl. Announces a 15 - 1 Forward Split of it's Common Stock

MONTREAL, Jul 19, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Satelinx (PINK SHEETS:SLXI) announced today, that it has forward split it's shares of it's common stock 15 for 1. The expected effective date of this forward split is Monday, July 24, 2006.

"We believe that this forward split will increase liquidity for our common shares and increase share holder value for our existing stock holders," said Sam Grinfeld, Chairman of Satelinx Intl.

have the rules changed? the pay date is 7/24 and the ex date is 7/25! Where is the three day rule????

3 day rule is for dividends, not splits.
