Squire, I was green only three times in the last seven days (except today) and those were the days I golfed. If you ever get up north I'll pay for your green fees.
This looks like a good one. It's about time because it was been a tough month. Let's hope for a very green July. Thanks everybody!

This thing is going to RUN huge next week. If you are not in it now, you are still okay, monday you can get in before the spike that day. Look at how steadily the price increases, instead of a pump and dump that goes up 100% and an hour later is down 20% from opening price. There has been a lot of accumulation going on, and the MM's have been holding this back IMO. Couple this with some good news about their stemcell microbank opening, and this is a winner!

The largest problem that most stem cell stocks and companies have had has been the ethical issues that are involved....thats all removed when it comes to Calbatech-CLBE thats 100% focused on adult stem cell extractions only and so now the walls no longer exist.CLBE as many already know is not you typical penny stock,I feel as good about this one as I have about buying all the BIPH I could from .09 to .25 back in the day......there are very few med sector penny stocks that stand out above the rest and we are in one of them here.
Vatican and Stem Cells Friday, June 30, 2006 The clash between scientists and moralists that Jordan highlights below is displayed also in reaction to the recent comments by Cardinal Alfonso Trujillo of the Pontifical Council for the Family concerning excommunication of those involved in embryonic stem cell research.
The comments are reported here, and scientists’ reactions here.
Meanwhile, the Church wholeheartedly supports the use of adult stem cells (which has already proven effective), as indicated by this story about a Missouri priest.

Good post Quest. There are already some who support embryonic stem cell research. However, there is also a large group of people opposing this research.
CLBE is prforming adult stem cell research which increases public support from many opposing embryonic research. There will be fewer road blocks for this type of treatment. This looks like a winning situation. Support from the Roman Catholic Church is also huge.

Embryonic Stem Cell Research ‘Far Behind’ Adult, Says Ethics Group
By Michelle Vu A recently revived bill expanding the funding for embryonic stem cell research is opposed by a research ethics coalition that calls instead for greater funding of adult stem cell research, which it says has shown greater results than its counterpart.
“We oppose that bill for two reasons – number one: we believe this is unethical research; this is using human life as a means to someone else’s end,” said Gene Tarne, communications director for DoNoHarm: The Coalition of Americans for Research Ethics. “It is ‘commodifying’ human life by necessarily entailing the destruction of living human embryos.”
On Thursday, a bill that would expand funding for embryonic stem cell research was pushed forward after being stalled in the Senate since the House passed it in May 2005.
Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, urged by Nancy Reagan, “untangled” objections to the bill and moved it closer to being passed, according to The Associated Press.
The bill allows for the government to fund human embryonic stem cell research.
Tarne explained his opposition to the bill by highlighting that there are no cures yet for embryo stem cell research and no benefit yet shown in human patients.
“There are no cures,” the Research Ethics Coalition spokesperson said Friday. “You are sacrificing the embryos on purely speculative research.”
“Their success in the lab has been very, very limited.”
Tarne pointed out that while there was media frenzy over the John Hopkins University’s report on the successful use of embryonic stem cells to repair damage spinal cord in rats last week, DoNoHarm and Sen. Brownback (R- Kan.) had hosted a press conference and reception last week that featured human patients who have received a therapeutic benefit from either adult or cord blood stem cells.
Among the patients was a woman who had received an adult stem cell treatment for her spinal injury who has, as a result, regained some sensation and feeling and was able to walk with the assistance of braces.
“Meanwhile on the embryonic stem cell side we have people still in the lab still trying to do work with rats,” compared Tarne. “This was probably a great advancement for embryonic stem cell, but in my opinion it shows how far behind they are that they wouldn’t even dare try this in a human patient when we are already trying to treat spinal cord injures in human patients using adult stem cells.”
Tarne concluded, “The practical objection is that there is only so much research dollars available from the federal government so we want to spend those dollars in the best possible way and the most promising avenue of research. If we go ahead and pass this bill it would just take more money away from the adult stem cell research, which has already helped people and put in its place this highly speculative path that after 25 years of working on animal model still has not had a successful animal model of treatment that they can transfer to a clinical trial for a human patient.”
Double bottoms form after extended and aggressive short selling drives the pps down over several weeks/months...but the long term investors know that is a great time to buy up cheap shares and are savy enough to buy in the red and continue to develop large holdings in a stock ( read past thread and you can see those who did just this..nice job to those traders!). it is the sentiment of these longs that stop the bleeding and stabalize the stock from falling any further.
the first bottom is formed when short sellers realize the bottom has been reached and now want to cover their shorts and buy up new shares to realize profits..new investor sentiment catches on with other traders who may have bought at a higher pps and they too begin buying.
after several days the reaction high is hit but volume and buying pressure fades, shorts see this and jump back in driving the stock pps down while many of the bulls sell to take profits. on very light volume the second bottom has now been formed..sometimes it will fall through the previous bottom but not always.
it is at this point when a huge short covering begins ( which is anticipated on this thread) You see the second leg down never falls like many believed it would and selling pressure fades...the shorts get very nervous and begin buying to cover thier shorts and a new group of bullish speculators begin buying and taking long postions (eg. many on this thread of late!!) and a reall rally begins. continued...........................

it is this point when short covering becomes a frantic pace and buying pressured is massive. ( many on this thread are anticipating just this)
to be valid a double bottom must:
-volume increases as stock moves toward the first and second bottom, usually volume will be greatest at first bottom because the savy investors are accumulating like mad.
- reaction high must be penetrated
- after reaction high has been penetrated pps tests breakout level (new support) and it cannot go below support or double bottom is invalid
clbe has done all of these..and now we have our trump card which is microbank news on the very near horizon..this is to be one of clbe's most profitable divisions.

I'm guessing tomorrow it should climb up to 6 - 6.5 cents on rumored good news. Come Wednesday it should climb again, then begin to run after PR (maybe a slight retrace after PR so MMs can shake out a few shares).
Everything stated is my own opinion.

I've noticed that NOV/APR is always an up time for STEM CELL stocks. So coming from that - Now would be buy time. It also seems that time is closing in on an diverse and wide open research, but they are making good progress and being more widely accepted, with more testimonials.

AJ...now is definitely the time to buy and hold on for major things about to happen not only for CLBE but for stem cell usage now that all ethical issues are removed.
BTW Good morning all.....
the upcoming news can contain several differant subjects but I think the main content will be the opening of the Microbank which should already open in the profits. The last share holder letter announces the June opening. The company has been fairly tight lipped concerning other questions but the last quarterly shows the rev direction clearly so we may get positive direction for profits and revs in the PR also. There are some nice lines directly from the CEO which I like,"We believe this means that CalbaTech has tremendous stock upside potential. If our revenues and profits begin to reach pro-forma projections, particularly with LifeStem's Stem Cell MicroBank(TM) Service to open this month, the stock price should respond accordingly," and also "KD Medical, Molecula, and another of our other wholly-owned subsidiaries, Molecularware, Inc., all were profitable and as a whole experienced a 25% growth in revenue" and "Stem Cell Microbank(TM) Service will be profitable from each collection" and even this "the price of our stock should respond accordingly"....these statements take a lot for a CEO to put into a share holder letter and no one in a leading management position could me more clearer then this.

Looking at the L2, it seems we might stall out at .055 today, pretty big wall there. I think once we get to 55 there will be 9 MMs hanging out. But that would be another 10% green.
